Hi Jacklyn it is a pleasure to feature you on SimplySxy. Please share with our readers a little about yourself and where you’re from?

I am from Montreal Canada and I am an identical twin! My twin sister and I are business partners. We run a social media agency, blog and online shop together. My first job in social media was for Playboy! Second job was for Michael Kors. I then went into business with my sister and never looked back.

What is your proudest achievement so far?

After opening my business.. I would say definitely working for Playboy. It was a game changer for my career. I got to go to California and meet the whole team there. It was an amazing experience.

What is the best compliment you have received?

That I am brilliant. LOL.

If you collaborate with anyone past or present, who will it be?

I would love to collaborate with Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen. Seems far-fetched, but as a twin I have looked up to them my whole life. I admire their relationship as twins.

How is a typical day like for you?

Busy! I am up at the gym every morning, and then head to the office. Usually in meetings or phone calls half the day. Other half is spent working with my team.

Which cartoon or fictional character do you most relate to?

100 percent the woman from Devil Wears Prada. I can’t remember the characters’ name but Meryl Streep plays the role. I feel like I’ve had to really toughen up since opening up my business. I’ve had to become very strong and hard. It’s not easy running your own business, and I look up to this characters’ strength and resilience.

Do you believe in any superstition?

I am an avid Friends fan, and one time Phoebe said that if you breathe in near a cemetery, you can breathe in the dead souls. It sounds so silly…but for some reason when I drive by a cemetery I always hold my breath.

If you could change on thing about the world, what will it be?

Less hate, more love. I really can’t stand negative people or energy. Would love the people to be kinder to one another.

I define sexy as confidence. To me, it doesn’t matter what you look like or what you wear. It all depends on how you feel.

Thank you for having me. I’m from Latvia but currently I’m living in London, United Kingdom. I’m a social media influencer and freelance makeup artist.

Which is the best compliment you have received?

“You have inspired me so much.”

You have many photos wearing different coloured wigs. Which are your most favorite so far?

Yes, I like changing my looks a lot. I don’t have a specific favorite wig but I really love the pink one that I’m wearing in some of my pictures. But I like them all.

How is your fashion style like?

It’s a mix of everything. Most of the time it is casual or sporty but if I’m going out, it can be elegant as well. It really depends.

What items or accessories are a must have in your wardrobe?

Probably a black classic coat, black shoulder bag and skinny jeans because I can wear them with anything. I really love over the knee boots as well.

Do you have any hobbies?

My favorite hobby is makeup. Makeup is really my passion. But I have other hobbies as well like photography, eating healthy and fitness.

Would you rather spend a day at the beach or up in the mountains?

I would rather spend a day at the beach I think because I haven’t been there for a long time. But I woudn’t say no to going to the mountains.

Funniest or lamest attempt a guy has tried to know you?

There have been many but I think the most ridiculous was just texting me and asking me to marry him on the first message.

Fashion Blogger & Influencer Helen Chen

Hi Helen it is a pleasure to feature you on SimplySxy. Please share with our readers a little about yourself and where you’re from?

I am born and raised in San Francisco, California. I am currently a fashion blogger/influencer on Instagram. Growing up in a traditional Asian household, my parents wants me to so badly become a nurse or doctor and to live their American dream for them. But my dream is to finish school and achieve my dream as a fashion designer. I want to one day be able to design clothes for both men and women, clothes that will make them feel confident and sexy, but be stylish at the same time. By doing so, I hope to be able to make my parents proud.

What is your fashion style like?

I have two type of styles. On my lazy days, I like to dress more casual. By doing so, I would wear more grungy, streetwear types of clothes, such as band tees, ripped jeans and sneakers. (Ex. Kylie Jenner or Rihanna) On days where I have to dress up, I would generally wear tight dresses, fur coats and heels or long trench coats with bodysuits. (Ex. Kim Kardashian).

Where do you usually enjoy shopping from?

For my more casual outfits, I shop at Pacsun or Urban Outfitters. As for my more dressy outfits, I shop at Macy’s or Bloomingdales.

Which is the strangest fashion disaster you have seen?

None, I believe that everyone has their own unique style. What is strange to you may be normal to others, vice versa. I think it’s really cool when someone dresses different. I think it makes them stand out. It’s better to be different than just like everyone else.

How much of a foodie are you?

I am such a foodie! I would make my friends drive me for hours just to try one food place! People think I am crazy but if I see a cool food place on Instagram or Yelp, I have to try it. You should check out my Yelp account for all the food places I have visited.

If you could learn anything in this world, what will it be?

If I could learn anything in this world, it would be to see things through someone else’s perspective and to know what others are thinking.

Which was the last movie you watched and was it any good?

The last movie I watched was BayWatch. It was really funny but also can be very cringy and cliche at certain parts.

Lamest or weirdest attempt a guy has hit on you?

I don’t have a lamest or weirdest, but I definitely have a scariest. Once in Times Square, New York, some guy kept hitting on me, so I just ignored it and walked away. But he followed me around for blocks.

Hi! I’m Regina and I’m from Singapore. I’m a influencer and also a cosplayer 🙂 . I love to play games and have a bubbly personality.

Which is your proudest achievement so far?

As a influencer I’m honored that I got selected as Etude House Ambassador from 2015-2016. As a cosplayer, I’m glad to say that in just 3 years I have handmade 4 to 5 sets of costumes <3 even though I’m still quite new in the committee.

What is your secret to looking so fantastic?

IT’S A SECRET. *winks*

Just joking. For me it’s having confidence in yourself and also keeping up to date with the trends and makeup styles/fashion.

Do you have any hobbies?

Drawing, cosplay, makeup, cooking, and collecting stamps.

What kind of music are you into?

I love pop songs ! Can’t live without it. My current favorite song is Shape of you by Ed Sheeran. I also love oldies like songs from Westlife too.

If you could describe yourself as a flavor, which will it be?

Dark chocolate. Classic, fun, sexy but mysterious 😉 .

Have you experienced a funny or embarrassing moment before?

HAHA , yes to be honest a lot of times. Especially when I thought I saw my friend, called out to them, ended up getting the wrong person .

What is an ideal first date for you?

Romantic but casual. I would love it when both of us are feeling comfy yet being able to enjoy each others company . FOOD>FLOWERS.

Sexy doesn’t necessary mean you need to have a curvy body or being pretty. For me sexy means having confidence and being proud of yourself for doing what you love.

Hello, my name is Kimberley and I’m an influencer in Singapore. Being an adventurous and out-going person, travelling and meeting new people come as a joy to me. I’m someone who values life and has a goal to live it to the fullest.

Are you a morning person or night owl?

Definitely a morning person. Staying up late isn’t my thing.

How much of a foodie are you?

I love food. Food is life. Even though some of my favorite food aren’t exactly the healthiest, I’ll still give in to temptation and train it off later.

Best compliment you have received?

You’re the strongest girl I’ve ever met.

What other hobbies do you have?

I write from time to time when I feel inspired to. Most of my thoughts are documented on my Dayre or Blog. Apart from that, I’ve recently developed a huge love for travelling.

If you could have a superpower, what will it be?

I would like to be able to read minds. Reading minds trumps the rest of the supernatural powers out there for me because it saves me the trouble of reading between the lines. And the best perk of it all is, I’ll know who’s true and who is not.

What is an ideal first date to you?

I would say a dinner at a café, followed by some drinks at a roof top bar and maybe a drive to somewhere chill to just talk and get to know each other.

What do you find most attractive about the opposite sex?

First impression, dressing and style. I think it’s really attractive when a man puts in substantial effort to dress up and takes pride in how he looks. As for personality, I would say confidence, the ability to keep up a conversation and someone who’s slightly sweet and funny.

I define confidence as sexy. As girls, looking sexy on the outside comes easy. Even if you’re not attractive naturally, there are options you can take to enhance how you look. Nonetheless, as a young adult, I believe that true sexiness comes from how you feel about yourself within.

Malaysian model and social media influencer Naddy Rahman

Hey everyone! My name is Naddy Rahman. I’m from KL, Malaysia and I’m 22 years old. I’m a year 2 student currently majoring in Law, part time model and a social media influencer.

How do you manage to juggle law school, modeling and your social life?

Definitely not easy! But it’s all about time management and I’m good to go! I’m pretty much occupied on weekdays as I have to focus on my classes, revisions and anything that has to do with school. In terms of modelling, I will usually work on weekends. There’s always time to catch up with family and friends in-between. I’ve been busy studies and career wise, but I am enjoying it.

What is a typical day like for you?

Pretty hectic during the day when I have classes. Then, more laid back during the evening for some coffee and chill time!

Do you have any preferred fashion style?

Hmmm… not really! I like a lot of fashion styles and I get inspired to anything that I see is nice. But most of my outfits are a mixture of chic and a little bit of edgy.

What’s your secret to looking so fabulous?

Self pampering at least once a week! Doing my hair, manicure and pedicure at the least. Eat healthily, kickboxing for a toned body at least twice a week and visits to the beautician for skin advice helps as well.

Three fun facts about yourself not many people know of?

1) I was a cheerleader in high school but I didn’t know how to do a proper cartwheel.

2) I have a huge sense of humor that I pretty much laugh at anything. Even lame ones.

3) I hate bean sprouts.

Do you have a preferred side when taking selfies?

Yes!! Left! Always left!
