What was the experience like participating in Miss Philippines Earth 2020?
It was a whirlwind experience. This was the first time that Miss Philippines Earth went virtual and I struggled with finding enough resources to stage my best performances. There were numerous times throughout the competition where I questioned whether or not I could even make it to the top 10 because I was often the underdog in the predictions.
However, what really motivated me was working with numerous NGOs to distribute relief goods to the marginalized communities affected by the pandemic and making meals for frontliners. During the intelligence and environmental awareness round, I got to speak from the heart sharing about that and that was when I began to shine. All of the hardships were worth it when I was eventually crowned as an elemental queen.
How is a typical day like for yourself?
Prior to quarantine, I worked six jobs, so I would just be driving around the entire city between shoots, radio, and teaching indoor cycling. Now, I moved into a bigger space and have decreased my workload, so I take more time for myself. I usually wake up no later than 8am, sneak in some cuddles with my puppy, and do some sort of workout – whether it be HIIT, cycling, or teaching on the versa climber for Rise Nation.
Then, I go between zoom meetings, visiting the various companies I partner up with, or hosting Miss Earth events (as the international pageant is on-going). In the evening, I work remotely on radio for my show, The Vibe, on Wave 89.1.
At night, my boyfriend and I cook ourselves a healthy dinner and watch Netflix (crime documentaries and movies based on true stories are our favorites)!
Do you have any guilty pleasures when it comes to food?
I love anything with chocolate and anything with cheese. My friends said they have never met anyone who could consume as much chocolate and cheese as I do. I try to limit myself to eating something chocolate-y or cheesy only once a week, making sure that when I do indulge, it’s absolutely worth it.
Would you rather be completely invisible for one day or be able to fly for one day?
I would love to be able to fly for one day! Traveling is one of my biggest passions and there is so much of not just the Philippines, but the entire world that I still want to explore. It would be fantastic to at least see the beautiful aerial views for a day.
What do you not get about the opposite sex?
There’s a beauty in vulnerability, so I never understood why societal standards have built negative connotations with men who share their feelings and emotions.
I especially respect when those of the opposite sex are unafraid to share that part of themselves because it equates to more efficient communication and building stronger relationships.

I love sex work. I have gone through a rollercoaster of feelings regarding the industry. There’s a lot of shame due to the stigma society has placed on it. In my first year in the industry, I was outed by a companion who did not even know me. She found out my personal information from a photographer. I am very active in non-profit volunteer work, and this woman contacted them. Shortly after that, I retired then eventually rebranded. Because of this, it made me not trust any other women in the industry until these two beautiful women, Ava and Miranda, took me under their wings and showed me how beautiful relationships in the industry could and should be.

A lot of people view sex workers as not being smart people. I am educated, and I am currently working on another degree. Most of the women that I work with are also educated. How Competitive Is The Sex Work Industry?
I recently moved to Tampa from Michigan. And have spent a significant time in NYC. My favorite city hands down is NYC. I’m still new to Tampa, so I am still feeling out the industry. I think my price point for this area is much higher than the average rate.
I haven’t met with a lot of people since my move here. I have heard from other ladies in the area that it’s not a super busy place, but I am close to the airport so it is working for me! 🙂 I have amazing people who book Fly Me To You’s, which is my preference anyway.
Challenges & Difficulties Facing Sex Workers
How we connect to people is on a deep level. I can’t speak for all sex workers, but for myself, I’ve had challenges when I see the same person every week, then all of a sudden I don’t hear from them again. This is part of the work and part of the transaction piece, so I get it, but I am still human and have a very big heart.
My main duo partner retired amidst a tour we were supposed to do together. She was one of my closest friends. When she retired, it felt like a breakup. I am still pretty sad about it all.

Will The Situation Change For Sex Workers In Future?
To be successful in this career, you have to keep a strong balance. Open your heart enough to connect fully. Connection is the main piece of fully healing. But also, keep up a boundary so that you don’t become too attached and hurt. The tools that I use in sex work are the same tools I use with therapy clients.
For me, a good self-care routine is essential: Meditation, yoga, rituals, journaling, reading, and being out in nature. It is also vital that you feel yourself coming out of balance to take a step back, deep breath, and process it all. To me, sex-work is healing work, and if you, the healer, aren’t healed, that energy will transfer over to your client.
Advice For Aspiring Sex Workers
Sex work can be a very beautiful experience. If you are not mentally aligned though, it can chew you up and spit you out. Good friends in the industry help, having support, community, and advice has changed my life. Be careful who you allow yourself to connect with, though, not everyone is nice.

How did you get into modeling?
Since I was little, I wanted to be a model and I finally got to start modeling with an agency in 2018. Before that I always loved being in front of the camera. I was an only child and my mom took A LOT of pictures of me which got me very used to being in front of a camera.
I started learning how to do makeup more in 2014 which I really practiced at and would take my own photos of my makeup looks and outfits to post on social media. Which is kind of when this all started. I constantly begged to get into modeling and now here I am!
What do you enjoy about modeling and what do you feel can be improved about the industry?
I love the creativity, I always love getting together with friends and thinking up new fun ideas to create for ourselves. One of the ways the industry can be improved is something I have personally experienced which is just being more open to all shapes sizes and heights. I am 5’3 which can lead people to turn me down. Being more open with trying new things is what I think could help.
What inspired you to be a makeup artist?
I remember I would go into the bathroom where my mom would do her makeup and I would just sit in there and talk to her while she’d do her makeup. It was so fun for me and eventually I was old enough to start wearing makeup myself so my mom taught me a lot.
From there, I wanted to learn more so I would watch YouTube video tutorials and I would copy them until I would perfect the look. It was really calming for me to do my makeup so I fell in love with the art of it.
How do you keep up to date with the latest fashion trends and styles?
All of my friends on social media honestly! I have so many talented friends through social media and all of them slay every outfit. I normally watch reels on Instagram or YouTube videos for style watches to see what the next trends will be.
Do you believe in any superstition?
I’m not sure honestly.
If you could time travel, what will you like to witness?
I think it would be cool to go far into the future to see my great great great grandchildren LOL. I’ve always wondered what the future will look like.
