I think beauty is taking care of yourself, a total care of your body from inside out. Beauty is not just outside, you have to take care of the inside as well. Are you taking care of your organs? Are your cholesterol numbers of good? How’s the blood pressure? Your heart rate? and how is your eating habit? Is it balance and healthy?

So, I think  beauty is combing you appearances, your QI, your lifestyle and eating habits are extremely important to express the BEAUTY OF YOU to people.

Unfortunately most people don’t care too much and don’t know how to eat healthy.

My Beauty Regime

I have been taking traditional Chinese ginseng as my inner beauty body regime to keep me energetic and rejuvenated in every way.

I like to use Monat skincare as my go to beauty skincare, it’s vegan and no animal testing, and also antiaging.

I use ELF for makeup often, will always love to discover more vegan, cruelty free makeup products in the future.

How Important Is Skin Care?

I would say there are two parts that are very important; what we use from outside is for cleaning skin purposes, and the product you choose can be environmentally friendly, no animal testing and naturally vegan. I think that will be the best to the human race and to our beautiful earth.

Does Good Fashion Sense Help?

I think yes, a good fashion sense can help you a lot in your daily life, for example a job interview, meeting new friends, going to a party or business seminar. A good fashion sense can help you lots for networking and first impression for business purposes.

3 Essential Items In My Wardrobe

Modern chic, cool, edgy, casual smart comfortable, and sometimes sporty

Three things in my wardrobe:

  1. Gym fitness clothes
  2. Black/white blazer
  3. Tight jeans

Important Tips Every Lady Should Follow!

Here are some important tips I think is very important to follow and need to be taking care of:

Your lifestyle (fitness, sleep, mood, stress)

Your eating habits (healthy, skin glow, your hair, your body fat)

Skincare (vegan, cruelty free, contains no chemicals)

Nutrients (what is your body missing, this effects your QI)

Fashion sense (your appearance)

A good heart (do good to help others)

In order to have a beautiful body (glowing skin, beautiful hair, healthy body, good shape and body weights of your body, what you wear when you go out, your true age, you can look much younger if you are taking really good care of your body)

It is extremely important to take care of all these parts!
