I use to be a heavy smoker and a drinker and one day it just clicked that I didn’t want to be that person anymore – life’s short enough as it is … I might as well be the best me!
How is your training regime like?
It’s pretty intense. I’m not training for anything in particular at the moment but I just enjoy being pushed and learning new things.
I always start the week with strength training for an hour with my PT, then the rest of the week is focussed on training. Thai boxing five times a week for 2/3 hours a time, followed by 7k runs, then I will finish the week with some heavy lifting! So it’s pretty intense for six day’s of the week!!!
What favorite quotes or mottos do you like to use?
A motto I go by is that you really don’t always need to ask anyone for their opinion on your life choices and desist one!
Think how many things you could have achieved if you didn’t get put of by someone else’s point of view?
Life is about taking risks!
I wouldn’t have taken the dive to work for myself and quit the 9-5 if I had listened to people around me. I would still be working away minimum wage and for someone else to gain!
Do you have any other hobbies and interests?
Eating …. oh and holidays!
