    Hi SimplySxy, it’s an honor to be here. I’m Erika Kristensen, a 21 year old Filipina-Danish fresh college graduate and model from the Philippines.

    What is the best compliment you have received?

    The best compliment I have ever received was when someone told me that I had a big heart. I won’t ever forget that, and it inspires me to do more for people.

    Do you have any hobbies?

    I do! During my free time, I usually watch movies and shows, bond with my dog, spend time with the ones I love, do fun shoots, and go to the gym!

    How is your fashion style like?

    My fashion style would lean towards being comfortable but also stylish, much like the brand which I’m an ambassador in, SM Youth! So a lot of jackets, denim, statement tees, funky polo shirts. It’s important for me to wear something I’m confident in but at the same time, comfortable so that it makes things easier for me to do what needs to be done during the day.

    Which is your most memorable life experience so far?

    My most memorable life experience so far was definitely winning the Second Season of the SM Youth Go See here in my country. It’s an online show which tests 14 finalists, if they are capable of being one of the Brand Ambassadors for SM Youth, a really hip clothing line for the youth. So every week during the season, we are tasked do to different challenges in relation to being a Brand Ambassador. It was such an honor to be part of the show. It was definitely a whirlwind of emotions, but the thing that I really cherished the most was being able to create long lasting friendships with my co-contestants.

    Not once did it ever feel like a competition to me. I was just in awe of how much camaraderie and teamwork there was despite us being in competition with each other. And now since the show, I’m just really grateful and humbled to be representing the brand, most especially the Filipino youth of today. My ultimate goal was really to inspire the Filipino youth and hopefully I did just that. I’m proud to be a part of this family that incorporates and celebrated individuality into their brand – their campaigns always have a purpose behind it and I’m thankful to be a part of that feat.

    Is there a food or drink you can’t live without?

    I cannot live without chicken hahaha! Any kind of chicken, I eat it. I love chicken.

    Where is your dream holiday destination?

    Definitely South Africa! I love nature so much. I’m always down to go on long walks in forests and beaches (much like what I do when I’m in Denmark), go trekking and hiking, visit different animals. And I know that I could do all these in South Africa.

    Funniest or lamest attempt a guy has tried to know you?

    The first date should always be for getting to know your partner so a simple dinner in a nice, quiet restaurant where you guys could talk is the ideal first date for me.

    Sexy for me is not about how you look, but rather the way you carry yourself. Confidence, wit, intelligence, action, purpose, and knowing what you want is what makes someone sexy.

    To be really honest, I think my fashion sense is bad hahaha. I am more towards simple and nice.

    Do you have any hobbies?

    I like to listen to music when I am bored. I like to play some online games and do sports.

    Which kind of movies do you enjoy watching?

    Horror movie and cartoons.

    If you can have a superpower, what will it be?

    Power that can process money? Hahaha so I can buy a lot of food and spend money on clothes.

    Where is your dream holiday destination?

    New Zealand.

    Funniest thing was in high school, working out and a friend of mine did something I thought I’d only see on YouTube, she stepped on the treadmill at high speed and it took her legs with it, off she went… hahahah.

    Hi Dew it is a pleasure to feature you on SimplySxy.  Please share with our readers a little about yourself and where you’re from?

    Hi guys! My name is Tijana (silent J ;)) I’m 27 years old model, photographer and self taught makeup artist from Belgrade, Serbia. I live with my fiance and my two baby kittens and try to make my own art without boundaries.

    When did you get started into modeling?

    Ages ago, feels like it’s been a century already… Just kidding! I started being curious about modeling when I was 15. My friend started doing photography back then and needed someone to model for her, and so it all began. Afterwards I figured out that self-portraiture is a great way to express my aesthetics, so I started reading photography books and learning how to retouch in Photoshop.

    Does being a photographer yourself make it easier when you are posing in front of the camera?

    Definitely, and vice versa. Models I shoot are also usually really satisfied with the outcome of the pictures because I myself being a model too know how they want to look in pictures.

    How will you describe your fashion style?

    I try to avoid labels, and so therefore I’m inspired by many styles. Neo goth, baroque, new wave, 80’s, 90’s, sometimes pin-up, sometimes classical couture…  I’m Gemini and it’s usually visible that I am concerning how flexible I am in creating all of my characters. Most of the times I take certain fashion styles and turn it up a bit with makeup. I believe makeup is important factor in even making a rug look like high fashion. It all however depends on my mood on a particular day.

    Do you believe in any superstition?

    I can’t call myself a superstitious person, but I do believe in good and bad energy. I tend not to do anything that I wouldn’t like to be done to me.

    Is there a story behind one of your tattoos?

    Every single one of my tattoos has a story, but I also pay attention that my tattoos are pretty. I wouldn’t put a tattoo of a toaster on me only if it has a story for me. Every single of my tattoos was done in some important crossroad in my life.

    If you could meet with anyone past or present, who will it be?

    Franz Kafka, Andy Warhol, Tito.

    What is the lamest attempt a guy has tried to get to know you?

    Usually lame patterned messages via Facebook/social media, even if they saw that I’m engaged.

    A certain vibe someone has. Also intelligence. It can be a look, it can be a character, but it starts with physical appearance, something that’s caught in my eye. Good manners are also important to me.

    Hi! I’m a 19-year-old Eurasian Malaysian. I’ve been modelling since I was 16.

    What do you enjoy most about modeling?

    I love being able to be part of all the creativity behind the beautiful photos, videos and fashion shows we see around us. I’ve been able to gain so many wonderful experiences and meet amazing people from other countries. Being able to work with so many great people is why I love what I do.

    Which is your most fun or memorable photoshoot so far?

    I was given the opportunity to work with a team from Japan. It was really interesting being dressed in Japanese styles; from the hair, to makeup, to the outfit and the photography itself. It was especially exciting for me since I’ve always been a Japanophile so it was great to be in an all-out Japanese photoshoot. The language barrier made the entire experience more challenging than usual but a whole lot more fun and memorable as well.

    Do you follow a strict beauty regime?

    I normally stick to the basics for skincare but do play around with different masks and treatments from time to time. As for makeup, it would depend on my mood for the day-as well as the occasion. I wouldn’t say my beauty regime is strict since I tend to skip certain “steps” when I’m tired or rushing; which I think is normal…?

    How much of a party animal are you?

    On the scale of one to ten (with ten being an ultimate party animal), I’m more of a four. I do enjoy parties from time to time but nothing beats a LAN party for me as I very much prefer video games over partying. However, it is really fun to doll up for parties!

    Is there something you’ve always wanted to do but haven’t had the time to do so?

    There are honestly quite a few things I’ve wanted to do for a long time but haven’t had the time to do so. One of my top priorities is to actually commit to my blog more and be able to post more regularly. I also wish to be able to travel around more frequently-visiting new places and learning about different cultures. I’m a little envious watching my sister traveling around, experiencing new environments. On top of that, vlogging perhaps?

    Which superhero will you be if given a choice?

    Wonder Woman hands down! She’s strong both physically and in character. Her leadership is brilliant; with great empathy, love, kindness, and overall a beautiful soul. Being a superhero like Wonder Woman would be ideal for me.

    What is the funniest or lamest attempt a guy has tried to know you?

    There have been a few times where I was asked if I was married-which I said no-and was then asked if I’m interested in migrating to their countries with them. Countries including Dubai, Japan, and Australia. Those few attempts are definitely funny but not so much lame? Just really weird…

    The definition of “sexy” differs depending on everyone’s individual perspectives. My definition of sexy is someone who is confident-even though it’s such a cliché. Someone who knows what they want and am passionate to achieve their goals, someone who is well groomed inside and out, someone with great personality and character. Most importantly, being sexy means being able to love oneself, carrying oneself with class and elegance.

    What I love most about modeling, is the fact that I can become free and wrapped up in the beauty of art, and the many things art represents. I get to put my stamp on what I perceive it to be.

    How did your interest and passion for music start?

    I’ve been singing since I was 7 years old, my whole family is involved with some type of music so I kind of knew I was destined for it as well.

    Which is the best compliment you have received?

    The best compliment was someone told me that my smile, and personality will light a room up.

    Is there an achievement you are most proud of so far?

    My children are my best achievement so far.

    How do you spend your free time?

    I spend my free time with family, and when they go off to do other things I would study on my crafts, and do some writing.

    Funniest or lamest attempt a guy has tried to know you?

    The funniest/lamest excuse would have to be on the lines of, “aye ain’t you the model from Facebook” just so they can start a conversation.

    I define sexy, as being comfortable in the skin you’re in, holding your head up and letting your shine shine through. Sexy is a mental state, you have to think sexy in order to be sexy. Sexy is a look in the eyes. Sexy involves all senses in the body. You can feel sexy, look sexy, smell sexy, taste sexy, but most importantly just know that YOU ARE SEXY!

    Hello, my name is Kasia Podolak and I am an international model to the industry. I have been working since I was 14/15 years old and I am now 19 years of age. I have always loved creating art and am always striving to do new things! I am independent as it is, living by myself and about to graduate college. I have worked with many locals in Toronto, Ontario in Canada, where I am from and representing ICON Models.

    As well, I am representing Stray Model Management (Saskatoon,Saskatchewan) and I am signed by New Wave MM in Montreal! I am standing at 5’10 , 34-25-36, and am currently a Brunette. My biggest booking was for Vogue Italia (Online Editorial) published in 2015. I love travelling and my job; that’s why I am so proud to say I am a Global Ambassador for Canada and Poland in the B5C Global Pageant. Here’s a bit more about me..

    Is there a photoshoot or acting experience most memorable for you?

    The most memorable photoshoot so far has been a recent one that took place locally. I worked with a MUA by the name of Janine Nixon. The best part about this industry is connecting with people and learning about them. Janine has worked with Lady Gaga, Adam Levine and many other celebrities. I enjoy making memories by the experiences and feelings that were present that day and for me even though I was extremely under the weather, I’m glad to have such an amazing team that motivates me and knows how to make me smile!

    Do you have any guilty pleasures for food?

    Have you ever heard of Sesame Snaps?! That has to be my guilty pleasure; being that I bought a box of 500 when I was living in Residence. My cravings are very up and down with food but this is my go to anytime and any day.

    Which is the fashion accessories are a must have in your wardrobe?

    A must in my wardrobe is heels. I actually wear a uniform at my college and have been wearing them 5/7 days in the week for about 2 years and more now. I’m in Flight Services and after school I usually have work where I wear heels again (to shoot)!

    Where can we catch you partying on weekends?

    On the weekends, I usually don’t go out to party… For me that was more of a phase throughout high school and now I’d prefer hanging out with a close couple of friends and occasionally going out to a restaurant for drinks. When I travel, I enjoy the nightlife, as different cultures really fascinate me. I’m too busy!

    If you could learn anything, what will it be?

    If I could learn anything it would probably be how to speak fluently in French. My first language is Polish and then English tied in because of growing up in Canada. I always disregarded French but with my future goals, French would be an amazing asset. I’d also like to learn how to do sign language.

    What do you find attractive about the opposite sex?

    Physically: I like blue eyes (light eyes in general) but I can’t be a hypocrite because I have dark green eyes! but personality wise (which is what really matter in my opinion) is a good sense of humour.

    I would define “sexy” as being confident. Once you are happy with yourself and know who you are as a person, it’s much easier to accept your beauties and flaws that make you the sexy person you are.

    It depends on where my friends are when I’m going out. Ce La Vie, Bang Bang, Club Street, employees only. It’s very different when I’m going out. Places don’t matter but people does.

    Yeah a lot but can’t tell you 🙂

    Will you rather be stuck on an island alone or fight in a zombie apolcalypse with everyone?

    Fight and die in a zombie apocalypse while protecting my friends or family.

    Hey you!! I’m Angelle!! Wow it’s a really good opportunity to having this interview.  I’m 18 and I love to create good content in my Instagram like modelling, foods and personal fashion scenes.  On the side,  I’m a student who is studying business. I’m from Kuala Lumpur but I moved to Johor Bahru recently.

    How will you describe your fashion style?

    Hmm…my fashion style is “complex”  It can be very casual, it can be very sassy, fancy, street-style or feminine. Basically, I love to try different styles. You can see me wearing a shirt with short pants and the next day I’ll wear a dress with high heels. I wouldn’t say that I’m a fashionista but I love to follow up on the trends.  One last thing is wearing whatever you like. Be bold and young!

    What is your secret to looking so fantastic?

    There’s a secret, be confident.  Confidence is self-assured. Be yourself cause you are amazing, don’t change.

    Do you have any hobbies?

    I love photoshoots even if I’m not a professional.  Listening to music is part of my life too, any kind of music. You can follow my Spotify playlist at (Everything You Need) because you will see properly that I listen to everything. That’s how weird am I. I do love running too when I’m free.

    Which flavor best describes you?

    Coffee or matcha? Cause both of them are my favourite, specially matcha. It changed my life a lot, matcha describes my life. It’s tremendously sweet but sometimes it’s bitter than has ever been. That’s why matcha is bittersweet.

    How much of a foodie are you?

    I’m a food lover as you can see, I like to explore new foods and recipe everywhere.

    If you could have a super power, what will it be?

    It probably will be “being transparent” because I can do whatever I like without being watched by other people.

    Is there something you totally don’t get about guys?  

    I don’t know why some of the guys love to hurt their loved ones? If you really love a girl, why do you still do hurtful things to her? It’s heartbreaking.

    I’m 25 years young from the SF Bay area. I am a former Preschool teacher and love kids. I have one of my own and am now living in Reno, NV. I hope to someday own my own chain of childcare sites in which I will call Ms Moneishas’ Little Angels.

    When did you get started into modeling?

    I got into modeling two years ago, after a tough time in my life. After I had my child and developed postpartum depression. I’ve struggled with anxiety and depression for most of my adult life and it got worse after having a child so I needed a positive outlet. Modeling has become that outlet. It reminds me that no matter what I felt at the time, I can still be beautiful and portray beauty despite my mind telling me otherwise.

    Which is the best compliment you have received?

    The best compliment I received was from a photographer after shooting, he sent me an email thanking me for my professionalism and how easy I was to work with. He also stated that he could sense the drive and determination in me and that I will go far in life and he looked forward to seeing me succeed. It made me feel good that someone believed in me and not just seen me as a pretty face. That means a lot to me because I am much more than just a pretty face.

    Is there a particular fashion style you are attracted to?

    I’m definitely into the preppy styles, I love furs and boots and all things glam. A good outfit can really make me feel good and classy and ready to take on the world.

    What items or accessories are a must have in your wardrobe?

    Boots and fur jackets! Both the items can turn a regular outfit from plain to stylish in an instant!

    Do you have any hobbies?

    I love to do outdoor things which is why I moved to the mountains. I love to hike and shoot and hunt. I also like to go off roading, fishing and snowboarding.

    Would you rather be able to read minds or teleport?

    I would rather have the ability to teleport because the world is so vast and there are so many sights I have yet to see, it would be so convenient to be able to just get some place super fast and go back home. Besides, reading people’s mind would be overwhelming, I’m too empathetic for that.

    Funniest or lamest attempt a guy has tried to know you?

    I was at work one day and this guy comes up to me and says he’s going to jail. I look at him concerned like, “oh no, why?!” and he says because I’m about to steal a kiss! Before I had a chance to process it or get what he meant, he just went for it and kissed me! I had a good sense of humor about it however. It was weird but I did get a good laugh from it.

    Sexy is a mind trait. You can be in sweats and a t-shirt, but still be portrayed as sexy. It’s in how you walk with pride, how your eyes beam with happiness, how your aura feels inviting and beautiful, in the way you carry yourself and care for your mental and physical self. It’s in the way you treat others and they way you feel towards life as a whole.

    Sexy people are those that have become accepting and happy with themselves and thus that inner beauty shows and makes the person sexy and confident. Everyone is sexy, you just have to bring it out! Thanks for having me.
