What is your fashion style like and where do you get inspiration from?
My fashion style is kinda hard for me to describe. It’s a mix of casual, skater girl, and street wear. With an occasional tight fitting tops and shorts with thigh high socks. My inspiration sometimes comes from watching anime or fashion that’s on trend. But I mainly go for what makes me comfortable and it usually always involve a nice comfy pair of sneakers, mainly Vans or Sketchers.
Do you follow any beauty or exercise regime to look so fabulous?
Well growing up as a kid, I was more of a tomboy so I didn’t really mind all those things and I was naturally active because I saw myself as “one of the guys”. But to this day, I am still active and do consistently go to the gym. And I’ve been practicing more with my self care.
Which is the best compliment you have received?
The best compliment I received would be, being told that I inspire them. After I told them my past experiences and the things I’ve been through and the things I’ve done. They never expected someone like me to have gone through what I had experienced.
On a scale of 1-10, how much of a foodie are you?
WHO DOESNT LOVE FOOD!? Growing up in a Filipino household, it would be disrespectful not to eat their cooking. Even if you’re full, you still gotta eat something!! So of course, a 10!!
Is there something you’ve always wanted to do but have yet to find the time for it?
There’s a lot of things that I would want to do. But as much as finding time for it, being able to afford it was more difficult. But if I were to pick one…. it would be to travel to Japan.
Which flavor best describes you?
A flavor to best describe me? It’s really hard to pick since I never really thought of that before and I’m not a really good cook so I don’t know all of the spices. But I’m somewhere between sweet and spicy. I’m sweet to those who are nice and kind and considerate, then I can be very mean and spicy to those who are mean jerks and wastes my time. But my friend describes me as a cotton candy.
What turns you off on a date and do you have a bad date experience to share?
The biggest turn off would be if the energy or vibe isn’t matching. Or that there was no planning or thought put into the date. My time is precious and I don’t like to waste it.

How I define “Sexy” is not just by how one looks, but how the person carries themselves. The confidence they emit, inside and out. Their morals, passions, visions, dreams, goals and how they are with expressing their emotions. Now that, is sexy.
I’m currently in the works for being accepted for Hot Import Nights model on Oahu. Fingers crossed that I do get it. But besides that, I’m just going with the flow
My fashion style varies a lot depending on the season and mood. Lately I’ve really been into the dark feminine look. I’m also a very active person and love to stay fit, so athleisure is another one of my go to looks. During colder seasons, however, I like to be versatile. I love to play with different layers and usually opt for streetwear sort of clothing; an effortless yet edgy style.
As for shopping, it depends on the clothing. For quick and easy summer clothes, I usually like to shop online from boutiques or stores like the kript, ohpolly or revolve. I do like to shop in stores a lot when I’m back in Tokyo, particularly places like moussy, shelter or beams. For more winter based clothes, I like to shop at APC, acne studios or NAKD (an online shop).
If you could learn anything in this world, what will it be?
I want to learn more about the impacts of AI and how, if it is even possible, it will replace programmers and humans in the foreseeable future. I’m very intrigued by such topics as it’s still a new phenomenon and is rapidly changing the way we do things online.
What favorite pastimes do you have?
I love to stay active regularly by exercising, going for a class like pilates and spin, and lately a lot of golfing. I also love to just sit in a cafe and drink good filters or oat lattes, whilst reading a good book. On the weekends, well, you know what happens on those nights!
On a scale of 1-10, how much of a foodie are you?
20/10! I’m a very adventurous person when it comes to food. I think my family has always placed a big emphasis on food since young, and I am very grateful to have traveled the world to experience an array of cuisines. I can and will eat anything, literally.
Would you rather have the ability to fly or talk to animals?
The ability to fly. Since I’m an avid traveller, i think it’d make my life a lot easier and less physically exhausting!
Do you believe in any superstition?
I believe in good and bad karma. Do good things and it will reciprocate back to you. Do bad things and vice versa.
What turns you off on a date?
A man with no ambition (or a lack thereof), and when he’s using you. A girl knows when she’s being taken advantage of!

Sexy to me is just being confident in your own skin and embracing every inch of what you got. As cliche as it sounds, but really if you constantly tell yourself “I’m sexy”, your subconscious mind programs you to feel that way. As Buddha once said “what you think, you become”.
Hello everyone and thank you Simply Sxy for featuring me! My name is Daisy, I am born and raised in Orange County, California. I’ve been in Orange County my whole life – completed my grade school education in Orange County as well as my bachelor’s and in just a few months also my master’s degree.
I started my modeling venture in high school with pageants, then moved onward to fashion shows doing runway to support local Vietnamese designers and then made my way into the Import Modeling scene.
What inspires your fashion style and where do you love to shop from?
My mood and my tasks play a huge role in my fashion choices. For example, if I’m going to school (where the AC is set at like 57 degrees) you’ll find me in a hoodie and some leggings. If it’s a girl’s night out, you’ll see me dressed for the occasion. If it’s just dinner, maybe some jeans and a crop top or a dress. Now if we’re going clubbing, you’ll see me in shorts and sneakers. As much as I love to wear heels, I’m a pretty tall girl (5’7) and unfortunately, I have planar fasciitis from my years playing volleyball and basketball so if I do wear heels, its for a very short period of time.
My favorite place to shop is the clearance section at any mall or online store (haha).
What hobbies or interests are you into?
I love basketball and volleyball, but I admit that I can get too emotionally invested with these sports. I’ve severely limited my play-time in the past few years to make room for my studies, but whenever I have the opportunity to play, you can count on me being there. Other than sports, I recently picked up photography as my new hobby.
I picked up a Sony Alpha 6500 from OfferUp and have a particular interest in photographing vehicles. I am really enjoying the editing process (playing around with light settings in Light Room) and trying to recreate what my eyes see and incorporate my emotions into the photos that I take.
Lastly, I have been working on restoring a 1988 CRX HF. I’m taking my relationship with the CRX one step at a time because we’re here for the long run. It’s really fun piecing together the parts, it’s like a life-sized puzzle!
Do you have a favorite side when taking selfies?
I don’t think I have a favorite side when I take selfies. Whatever looks good on that day haha.
How is a typical day like for yourself?
My days are so inconsistent, but for the most part I work 3-4 days out of the week (remote or on site) school 3-4 days a week. I save my weekends to catch up on work or my studies. If there’s time over the weekend, you can find me at car shows or doing photoshoots. Again, my schedule is so inconsistent, I need at least a 2-week notice prior to attending any event.
As you can see, I love staying busy. I sometimes wonder if I should try to incorporate consistency into my schedule, but honestly, I enjoy the excitement that comes with a dynamic schedule.
On a scale of 1-10, how much of a party animal are you?
Oh man, maybe a 2?
If you could learn anything in this world, what will it be?
Wow, if I could learn anything in this world, I would love to learn EVERYTHING. I love learning (hence my educational record). But for the sake of this interview, I think I would like to learn how to compartmentalize my emotions. I’m a passionate and sensitive individual and sometimes my emotions bleed into other aspects of my life and get in the way of me being able to clearly focus.
What is a funny or weird attempt a guy has tried to know you?
My Instagram DM’s are quite hilarious. The things people say when they’re behind a computer/ cell phone screen is ridiculous. They’ll say things like:
Let’s go on a trip together baby, I’ll pay for everything and treat you like my queen. – Why on earth would I go on a trip with someone I don’t know? LOL
Can I pay you to kick me in the balls? I have evidence to prove that I do this stuff. – NO COMMENT LOL.

I believe that sexy extends beyond appearances. I think sexy has a lot to do with one’s confidence, intellectual ability, and love for oneself.

What inspired you to be a model and how long have you been modeling?
What inspired me to be a model is I love being in front of the camera doing poses and being creative. As a model you have to be creative with your poses, not the photographer. I have been modeling since from November 14, 2014. I am an internationally published model. I got published in SOUR Magazine, February 2019, Femme Modern Magazine, April 2019, Xpressions Magazine, October 2019, Make Sense Magazine, April 2022. Social media star. I am on every internet page.
Which is a memorable or unforgettable photoshoot you’ve had before?
Memorable photoshoot that I had was at Cherry Beach holding an umbrella in my hand. Differed from other photo shoots that I had. I like the beach and the water, calms me.
How was the experience like participating in beauty pageants and winning them?
Experience in participating in beauty pageants was great and winning them was amazing. I feel honored winning such a notable title. In the entertainment industry if you don’t have a name, you are nobody. Losing is easy, winning is bravery.
Is acting on camera a lot more challenging than being on a photoshoot?
Acting on camera yes is a lot more challenging than being on a photoshoot because when you are on camera you need to be creative, express yourself in ways that you don’t get to express yourself in other ways. I like how you express yourself with your hands, facial expressions and with your acting skills. Read the script ten times until it is perfect. Definitely a challenge. Acting is not an easy job. It takes dedication, commitment and hard work. You need to give hundred percent in every audition you go to so you can get casted. As for being on a photo shoot, you need to be creative with your poses being in front of the camera. You should know which pose is right for you than the photographer. It is still hard work being in front of the camera more than one hour. You have to put a lot of hard work into it if you want your photos to turn out good/quality, especially when submitting for magazine publications. Quality is key as well as creativity. You need to have creative imagination when it comes to poses and producing quality work. As the saying goes, quality counts more than quantity.
Which are some of your acting highlights so far in your career?
My acting highlights so far in my career is I think the film that got me out there was Two Ways to Heaven (role of Ms. Melissa Mauricio) lead actress (High Profile Businesswoman), January 22, 2017 (Revue Cinema) and Simulation Actress that played at Aga Khan Museum, July 2017, New Things student short film role of a mother, lead actress and many other roles.
You have won several awards before, which is the most memorable to you?
Most memorable award was, Miss Congeniality Armenia award (2020), London, England. (Pageant Queen). They are doing it virtual now due to COVID 19 pandemic. I have a legal background. I went to Seneca College of Applied Arts & Technology took a two year Law Clerk Diploma Program. I went on my own doing court agency work, criminal set dates and small claims litigation. I think it was a pretty good fit. There is definitely a match.
If you could act alongside anyone today in a production, who will it be?
Great question. If I could act alongside anyone today in a production, it will be Hilary Swank. She is a great actress and lots of people like Hilary Swank. She is brave/courageous actress which I admire that a lot in actresses and she is very brave from what I have seen films that she has been in. She seems a versatile actress. Likeable and talented. It would be my honour to act alongside with her. I am sure I will learn a lot from her.
For those who are not familiar with burlesque, can you share a bit of what it is?
A burlesque is a literary, dramatic or musical work intended to cause laughter by caricaturing the manner or spirit of serious works or by ludicrous treatment of their subjects. The word derives from the Italian burlesco, which in turn, is derived from the Italian burla-a joke, ridicule or mockery. Burlesque overlaps in meaning with caricature, parody and travesty and in its theatrical sense, with extravaganza as presented during the Victorian era. A variety show, typically including striptease. Cause to appear absurd by parodying or copying in an exaggerated form.
Is there a lot of training required to undergo before being a burlesque performer?
Not really. Burlesque is not hard. You can do it yourself by watching it on you tube. A lot of it is choreography, sensuality and costuming. Burlesque dancers spend lots of money on wigs and costuming. You would need to have a stable income to be in burlesque. Feather boa is the most important accessory. There is not a lot of burlesque stuff going on in Toronto, Canada. I feel honored being trained by a world renown instructor/legend by the name of Michelle L’amour. She is number one dancer in America. She won the title Miss Exotic World, Reigning Queen of Burlesque, 2005, World’s Best Group, 2010. Thanks to Michelle L’amour people are saying where you learned all these moves. I did a debut here in Toronto, Canada June of 2012, then I was hired to perform at Tryst nightclub, used to be Tryst now it’s Orchid. My dream is to win the Miss Exotic World Reigning Queen of Burlesque. I am going to take after my world renown instructor legend Michelle L’amour. Fantastic performer and a great person. I had ballet when I was a kid in Yerevan, Armenia so it was not hard for me. Learned a lot from her and her instructor Frenchie Kiss. Chicago has the best training program. Anywhere in Chicago, Illinois, New York, Atlanta Georgia, Seattle, Detroit, Michigan lots of burlesque there. I know American Classic Striptease.
How do you juggle everything and what is a typical day like for you?
I try to make a schedule for myself like I will do this today and tomorrow I will focus on my acting self-tapes, etc. I wear many different hats. I also have a voice talent where I recorded You Haven’t Seen the Last of Me sung by Cher from the movie Burlesque when I was in Chicago, Ilinois with the ex-husband. That was a modern burlesque that I saw with Christina Aguilera. With respect to singing. I don’t see a lot of voice stuff going on in Toronto, Canada. Not a lot of art stuff going on in Toronto, Canada. This is not the States when there are lots of opportunities there.
Do you have any exciting projects coming up for the rest of the year?
I am thinking of writing a book about my journey going into modeling, acting, burlesque and a story about my not so normal life then do a movie. Lots of problems happened here in Toronto, Canada ever since the split with the ex-husband, crazy ups and downs. Never knew that there would be this many problems. Have it published. I have accomplished so much and now I am looking for love. There is no Mr. Right/Prince Charming for me here in Toronto, Canada, when I leave here I will find my Mr. Right/Prince Charming.

My modelling journey started with creating content for my Instagram account for a few years. Then more brands found me and reached out asking me to model. It’s been about 3 years.
Do you follow a beauty regime to look so gorgeous?
I cleanse, exfoliate, use serums and moisturizers almost every day (I won’t lie, sometimes I get lazy) but I never sleep with make up on. I also love using lip scrubs and face masks.
What is a memorable photoshoot you have done that is unforgettable?
I would say FashionNova, because it was one of my first e-comm shoots and I did over 60 something outfits in one shift and it was crazy! I loved it.
Do you have any hobbies or interests?
I love digital content creating, which is what I’ve been doing for the past several years. Other than that, I love reading, hiking, biking, and shopping.
Would you rather be able to teleport or read minds?
Teleport for sure! Mainly because I want to see the entire world and I’m scared of flying so that would make it a lot easier 🙂
On a scale of 1-10, how much of a foodie are you?
I would say 7, I have a small appetite but I do love trying new things.
What do you not get about guys?
I don’t get when guys act possessive, controlling, and manipulative in a relationship.

Where do you love to shop from and what inspires your fashion style?
I love purchasing clothes from online stores, heart evangelista is an inspiration for my fashion style and I’m amazed at how classy she is.
Do you have any hobbies or interests?
Yes I do love riding a big bike, boxing and shooting at the firing range.
Which is the best compliment you have received?
They adore how I think, and they recognize my considerable talent hehe.
Would you rather have superhuman speed or control objects with your mind?
I will definitely choose superhuman speed because I live in the Philippines, if you know what I mean haha, and I want to be as fast as possible while also being able to do a variety of tasks.

I enjoy going to a fine restaurant, shopping at malls and of course the night life, clubbing.

Of course 10 haha I am a huge foodie.

What are your thoughts about fashion and what inspires your style?
Firstly, fashion for me, it’s part of my life, work, and lifestyle. Fashion is my passion. I write articles and interviews about fashion. I worked in a PR agency in Italy, and now starting to work with a PR agency in USA. I also am opening my swimwear brand.
Which 3 fashion or makeup accessories can you not live without?
I’m crazy about bags, I have more than 50 bags in my collection. This is famous brands, mass market, no name. I can’t live without my pencil for lips Chanel, number 167. And I also like swimsuits, and have more than 50.
How long have you been an international journalist and what do you enjoy about being one?
I have been an official international journalist from 2017. I have been a member of Ukrainian Association of Journalist from 2013. I think journalism is a life style!
If you could collaborate with anyone past or present, who will it be?
I would love to interview Princess Diana and Donald Trump. And, of course, the President of Ukraine – Vladimir Zelensky.
Is there something you’ve always wanted to do or learn but not had the time?
I can’t swim, I think I want to do it, but I’m afraid of water. Sounds crazy, but that’s the truth.
On a scale of 1-10, how much of a risk taker are you?
Hhmm. Sometimes it’s a 0, sometimes a 12 from 10. But in general, I think 7 from 10.
What do you not get about the opposite sex?
I hate greedy men! And I don’t understand men who gossip!

First of all, it is energy, and self-confidence! But no less important is a beautiful toned body, feminine appearance, the ability to look beautiful and tease men!
I grew up in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Kuala Lumpur but at heart I’m an island girl. Being around mother nature is my biggest must no matter where I’m living. This drives my passionate and positive personality in everything I do. I’m a bit of a bros girl who is free flowing and enjoys a bourbon neat from time to time but don’t get me confused, I’m not sporty in any form. I’m always up for an adventure discovering cultures and meeting new people. In spite of that, I’ve always felt like I’ve always stood out and never quite fit no matter how adaptable I am. This insecurity has now evolved into what I love most about myself.
What inspired you to start modelling and how long have you been a model?
I’ve never longed and dreamed to be a model as a kid, if anything I was the sassy girl with the comebacks defending my chubby self because I loved to eat and still do by the way. It started off by my love of photography and travel. I was comfortable in my natural curvy body documenting my travels. Embracing my thalassophile spirit and feeling the most confident in a bikini despite my undesired body type before the plus size or normal bodies movement had begun. This is what caught the eye of a local photographer @dreamersrehab, Catherea. That was the first time I’ve ever been asked to model professionally, it was the beginning of my modelling career. I have been modelling now for 5 years.
Which is a memorable or unforgettable photoshoot experience you’ve had before?
The most memorable shoot I’ve been a part of was titled Thique Clique by Catherea.
Do you have a lifestyle or fashion hack that you can’t live without?
One of my cheeky fashion hacks is that I wear most of my bikini bottoms backwards because it gives me a much better overall coverage in the front. The one item that is essential that I can’t live without is my Mason Pearson brush.
Which 3 things do you enjoy doing most in the city you live in?
The top 3 things I enjoy the most is going to the markets for fresh groceries, enjoying an ocean swim and lastly a little retail therapy or grabbing some cocktails at the bar with friends.
On a scale of 1-10, how much of a risk taker are you?
I would say I’m about a 6.5.
How do you like to spend your free time?
The perfect day for me would be having a cocktail by the pool being kissed by the sun or spending the day in cooking and trying new recipes.
What turns you off on a date?
Nothing turns be off quicker than a man who is rude to staff and has really bad hygiene and fashion sense.
