Philippines Beauty & Lifestyle Influencer, Mikki Galang
I am Mikki Galang, a beauty and lifestyle influencer since 2010 and owner of a digital marketing corporation “DIGIFY” in the Philippines. Recently, I have just launched a hair business called @MikkiGalangHair banking on my communities’ demand for bold and outre-designed beauty accessories. Since I was in college where I graduated from Applied Chemistry, I’ve loved makeup/cosmetics industry and the concept of beauty in all of its aspects – philosophy, art, science, economics, gender (LGBT).
What is your fashion style like?
Sophisticated, bold, glam, dramatic.
How will you describe a typical day like for yourself?
I kinda breathe social media for work and play, from 10am-5am, everyday. but I make time to really take a break, breathe and reflect on things outside my phone.
Is there a food or drink you can never live without?
Milk tea (preferably Thai) and Korean grill!
Where do you usually love to shop from?
I love shopping online and in bazaars for very unique finds but my favorite brands are Topshop, Guess, Levi’s; because most of their designs are fitting and feminize my body shape.
What have you always wanted to do but have yet to find the time for it?
Music and movies. I am really a frustrated filmmaker and pop star LOL but I have been starting to insert those elements in how I present my content on social media like YouTube.
Would you rather go bungee jumping or sky diving?
Neither! LOL
What turns you off on a date?
Judgments and a HUUUGE ego. I can smell that from a mile away. LOL

Around 80-90% of the time in places, meetings or parties I go to, I get judged by how I look and who I am especially by men. Sexy is Freedom and Grit. It’s being able to present yourself in any way you feel like with zero fear, anxiety or doubt.
