    Hi! Nice to meet you too. I’m a 23 year old cosplayer and streamer from Texas! I have two little corgis and I love voice acting!

    How did you get started into cosplaying and how long have you been doing it?

    I started getting into cosplay when I was a kid. I saw this show Yaya Han was on where people made their own costumes and I thought it was so cool! I did my first cosplay around the Summer of 2020 when the pandemic started and I loved it! I actually did that cosplay because a few friends told me I’d suit the character, which was Ahri’s KDA skin.

    Which cosplay character have you enjoyed cosplaying most?

    I loved cosplaying Asuna! I loved Sword Art Online in high school and I always felt a connection to her.

    What misconceptions do you hear about cosplay?

    That you always have to make your own costumes. Not everyone has the time or even the money to make such crazy cool props. It takes lots of work too! I think even if you just dress slightly like a character and are having fun that’s still cosplay! It’s all about expressing and enjoying yourself.

    Is there a city or country you’ve always like to travel to for a holiday?

    I’d love to go back to Japan! I went a few years ago and it was amazing.

    Would you rather be able to control fire or water?

    Fire because chaos.

    If you could time travel, what will you like to witness or experience?

    That’s a tough question! Maybe I’d go back to see what the ancient world looked like.

    What is a funny or lame attempt a guy has tried to know you?

    Hmmm, maybe when they abuse my business email to talk to me haha.

    Hi! My full name is Juliela Samantha Ysabel, and simply go by as “Sam”. I am a Performance/Theater Artist and a Commercial Model in the Philippines. I also stream horror games on my page on Facebook from time to time!

    What inspired you to be a model and how long have you been modeling?

    I have been modeling since 2017. I got inspired to modeling through my love for dancing. I practiced Vogueing before and attended the first Philippine Vogue Ball and joined the categories. From there, someone had piqued an interest in me and that’s where it all started. From there, I invested in enrolling in workshops for modelling and theater.

    Being able to express myself through the emotions and poses had made me love modeling. It’s not just posing in front of a camera, I get to create a story out of the concept in the process and also play a character to portray in a still photo.

    Have you ever felt nervous in front of the camera before?

    In print modeling, not exactly no. But, doing commercial modeling and acting in front of a camera did make me a little bit nervous since there are more intricate details needed when doing video shoots, e.g. knowing where to favor your face on the camera, saying my lines, etc.

    How will you describe a typical day like for yourself?

    Not a day goes by that I don’t submit auditions for commercial ads or tv acting for potential projects. Always hustling hard!

    Do you have any hobbies or interests?

    I love playing video games or dancing randomly in the house. I also did cross-stitching or color painting during my past times. I love watching films and anime, but in terms of being physically active, I looove Muay Thai. I also love outdoor sports such as volleyball, bicycling, roller blades, etc. But, since the pandemic, I usually try to keep myself physically active by doing home workouts and Yoga.

    Is there something you’ve always wanted to do but have yet to find the time for it?

    Oh, studying stocks and cryptocurrency! It takes a lot of time to actually learn and get into these stuff because of all the numbers and such.

    Have you been in an embarrassing situation before that is funny now when looking back?

    A lot of times, yes! To name one, I was at a beach with family and friends and I got really hooked on drinking cold Jaegermeister that it got me so drunk I forgot most of what happened that night. My sister told me that I kept on asking the same questions to her every five minutes. I remember that I was throwing up that night, and my friends found it funny that I was crying and kept saying, “I don’t want to drink anymore” and continued crying and throwing up.

    The last thing I remembered was waking up on my bed in my hotel room, having no idea how I got there and why there was coffee on the table. And I remembered thinking that it was such a waste for someone to leave a good coffee and not finishing drinking it that I told my cousin about it. She told me that coffee was mine LOL. I DIDN’T REMEMBER ANYTHING AT ALL THAT NIGHT HAHA.

    What is a funny attempt a guy has tried to know you?

    There was this one time, my sister and I attended a gaming event, and a guy tried to hit on me by sending out drinks and food to our table and invited us to sing karaoke. Me who is always g, said yes and invited my sister, but she was too busy. There were two girls in the karaoke room and two of the guys — and the guy who invited me tried to hold my waist (and probably something more since he tried multiple times), but I was like “nope, noooo. I was just here for the karaoke”, until I left the room essentially because it was making me uncomfortable.

    For everyone out there, please be reminded that being nice doesn’t mean a girl or someone is asking to be hit on or more. 🙂

    I may be bias for this, but for me, I define sexy as something that attracts me not just physically, but intellectually. Sexy for me is someone confident, charming and funny at the same time. And ooh, a gentleman of course.

    But physically speaking, sharp jawlines and lean fit guys is sexy to me haha!

    Hey! I am a Filipina / Vietnamese currently based in Singapore! I am a cosplayer, host, streamer, model and artist. I love anime, manga and games.

    How is your fashion style like and where do you take inspiration from?

    My fashion style is very comfy. At home, I love wearing oversized shirts and short shorts. People are often misled that I love fashion since I do a lot of fashion shoots. Unfortunately, I am actually a fashion disaster. I just wanna wear pyjamas everywhere I go~ I usually bring indoor clothes when I visit some friends. I also love wearing socks and slippers hahahaha.

    I can dress up every now and then if I actually wanted too, Korean and Japanese aesthetics are my go to but I am still the type that puts comfort above everything else…well maybe except cosplay. 😉

    Do you follow a regular beauty or exercise regime?

    I am the type that invests on skincare more than make up. A good base does so much wonders.

    I am horrible at exercise and outdoor activities though. I have the face of an 18 year old but the physical strength of a 65 year old lady.

    I often spend my days indoors and all my hobbies are indoors, I’d even go as far to say that I do not like going outside; the only exceptions are work and meeting my loved ones.

    Is there any food or drink you absolutely don’t take?

    I love the smell and taste of coffee, unfortunately, it makes me feel really really bad so I do avoid it.

    What hobbies or interests do you have?

    Oh where do I start… Besides cosplaying, I love watching anime, reading manga, drawing illustrations, playing games, dancing, singing and sleepinggg. I love sleeping!

    I also started doing clay art recently. I think I am a creative peson at heart, I might take a break every now and then but I would still go back to something creative to express myself.

    If you could choose to remove one misconception forever, what will it be?

    It would be really nice if people stop judging cosplayers based on some stereotypes and assumptions. I want people to see the positive things in cosplay.

    Cosplay brings me so much happiness! Dressing up as some of my most loved characters always feel amazing!

    Which flavor best describes you?

    Choco Mint! Some people love or hate this flavor~

    It is what it is! I like the contrast of taste and I feel like it represents my ever changing personality.

    What turns you off on a date?

    Hmmmm when I used to go on dates it was always either a yes or no. Nothing in between. I am a very decisive person when it comes to human relationships.

    If I had to pick a turn off, it would be as simple as if you’re not a gentleman, then byeeeee~

    Hi, my name is Berliana Effie. I am from Indonesia and stay in Jakarta. I have studied psychology and am now working in Human Resource in medical company. I like to be a cosplayer, gamer, and streamer. I started as photoshoot endorsement model on 2016 then come to be cosplayer. For now I have become a part of gaming cosplayer team and join every event of it as an influencer. As a gamer, I have become an official gaming streamer for one of the platform games since 2017. I stream any kind of games. Now I still stream on other platforms and I also stream as an official creator make up in live video apps.

    How will you describe your fashion style?

    I like casual styles, especially Korean style and Korean make up, because it looks simple and cute. Sometimes I also try another style of make up and fashion like dark, swag style, etc. For me, it is interesting to try many kinds of fashion styles and make up to see how would I look like different from usual. 

    Where did your inspiration to be a Streamer come from?

    It starts when I was in college and I have much free time. Then I became a model for apparel products and also tried to participate in photo contests. I often participate in many photo contests and surprisingly always win it. After that, there was a talent manager that had a look and was interested in me. He offered me to join and become a streamer. And after I tried, it was fun too because it got me many friends and gave me more knowledge. Then after graduating from college until now, I am still a streamer and do freelance/ side jobs along with my primary job in HR. 

    Which favorite quotes or mottos do you live by? 

    Never be limited by other people’s limited imagination. Never tired to achieve my goals. Because no one knows my capabilities except myself.

     

    Is there any food or drink you don’t take?

    I like all kinds of food and drink because I like to eat as a hobby. However I don’t take fish because of the fishy smell. But except for sushi, I like it and it’s my favorite food although it is made from fish too. So actually nothing that I don’t take because I take it all.

    Do you believe in any superstition?

    Honestly I don’t really believe in things like that. When I was in college studying Psychology, I read one research journal about supernatural things like that and it was quite reasonable. Then I began to think rationally and logically. I am not a paranoid person or easily afraid of something. But people in my country still believe in superstition. So because of the surrounding environment, maybe I should believe in it too.

    Have you been in an embarrassing situation that is funny now when you look back?

    I have when I was tired after doing overtime work and just arrived home but I felt like wanting to stream and play games. There was an event that I should join to a party playing game with viewers so I should stream at that time. Then in the middle of the stream, when the viewer asked a lot of questions I started answering strange things that were not connected and when the viewer asked again why the answer did not connect I began to realize that I was digressing or actually fell asleep but still kept my eyes open. It was an embarrassing thing and also a situation that was very funny. But from that incident I learnt lest to do it again (falling asleep when streaming) because I have to try to keep up my spirits and entertain the viewers when I stream.

    What is a lame or funny attempt a guy has tried to know you?

    I have a funny moment from when I was college. There was a guy that in the same class with me. He was too shy to meet me, but one day he got the courage to meet me. He tried to sit beside me in class and greet me. He asked me for my notes because he didn’t bring his notes for the class. I lent my notes and let him bring it home.

    Then in another day of class he gave back my notes again and thanked me. After the class he met me again, and offered to give me a ride home as a way of saying thanks. But I had planned a date with my boyfriend, and suddenly my boyfriend came. He became very ashamed and said sorry for the offer. A month after that, I broke up with my boyfriend and I became single till now. Maybe I will get more funny attempts from another guy next time.

    Thank you so much for featuring me! I’m a streamer who mainly plays Hearthstone, an online card game. I have competed in tournaments around the world and I represented team New Zealand at the Hearthstone Global Games. I’m half Thai and half New Zealander. I was born and raised in the Philippines, but currently reside in Paris. I have loved video games ever since I was a kid and I never imagined to be making a living off playing video games.

    Do you have any hobbies or interests?

    I love animals and I currently own my dream dog which is a Japanese Akita who I take on daily strolls in the city of Paris. I also enjoy designing and drawing, mainly for my stream. My goal is to also do a lot of traveling. Being part of the gaming world has allowed me to travel to some major gaming events. Ive been to 11 different countries and I want to cover more!

    How much of a party animal are you?

    I used to go out a lot, nearly everyday of the week. I have cut down a lot when I started streaming since I’ve been very focused on providing content to my online community. When I do decide to go out, I truly believe I am the life of the party!

    Which food or drink can you not live without?

    I can’t live without Italian food! I always find myself eating pasta and pizza weekly.The drink I can’t live without has to be chocolate milk. It always cheers me up when I’m down.

    Do you believe in any superstition?

    I think the only superstitious belief I have is never to walk under ladders. My mom always told me as a kid that doing so would mean I wouldn’t grow tall. Although I didn’t grow tall anyways but I still don’t walk under ladders because it’s just dangerous.

    Is there something you have always wanted to do or learn but haven’t had the time?

    I’ve always wanted to learn a second language fluently cause it looks bad-ass to know more than one language. Since I’m in Paris now, I should learn French barely anyone here speaks English! Oh, and also attend a pottery making class to get my hands dirty.

    If you can have a superpower, what will it be?

    I thought of time travel at first because I would want to learn about what really happened in the past to prove people wrong or see the future but I know that usually messes people up, so I’m going to have to go with teleportation because I’d want to get somewhere instantly since I’m pretty impatient. This would help me achieve many tasks and most importantly see loved ones who are far away.

    What turns you off on a date?

    Being full of themselves. There is nothing more unattractive than someone who brags or keeps making the conversation about themselves.

    How To Be A Twitch Streamer

    Adult web-camming has always been great and ahead of their times.  Streaming is the way to go to make good money fast.  However, I am surprised it isn’t as advanced as it should be with more mobiles since they were the leaders back in the day.  I feel camming should be right up there with going live on Facebook or Twitter.  However, it still makes it’s profitability in the adult industry.

    Podcasting is my favorite hobby and I get to record the episodes with my best friend, Joclyn Stone.  She completes me.  We pick a topic that fits our shows and run with it.  I do all the editing with slicing and dicing to make it sound pretty and perfect for our loyal listeners.  Did I mention I love editing?

    Appeal & Popularity Of Twitch

    I accidentally stumbled upon Twitch from another friend using it.  I was looking for a way to keep my clothes on since I am no spring chicken in the industry.  Twitch is known for streaming games from your PC or console.  I then realized I have to learn how to play a video game.  I haven’t played since the 1980’s.

    God, I used to love Super Mario Brothers but I started on an Atari. *cough*cough*  After getting all set up with equipment, I realized I loved this type of entertainment and I could practice my comedy with my team and viewers.  This was more fun than I realized.  I love technology and I get to play with new gadgets, games and geeks.  I should have been doing this sooner.  I just wished I had an unlimited credit card to Best Buy.

    I also have been experimenting lately with Mixer which is another broadcasting site for gamers.  I just like streaming my gameplay and bantering with my community.

    Choice Of Technology To Twitch With

    I don’t have the best of the best equipment but I know how to set it up correctly to make sure it runs efficiently.  You can also stream from your console as long as you have fast internet and connected to the wire.  New Twitches, just worry about your community and building the following.  You will get paid for your hard work later on when you prove yourself.  You have to put in the hard hours before you see the return.  Do not buy the best equipment just for streaming until you know you want to pursue this with passion.  Technology is expensive and changes rapidly.

    Recommendations To Get Started

    You could stream a PC game off your computer using stream for $5 if you wanted to.  I do suggest having great audio, and good mics are under $30 now a days.  You will want a laptop or desktop that can handle gaming.  I learned a lot through YouTube.com University…. LoL

    Getting Popular On Twitch

    Twitch is saturated and will take time.  I suggest using Mixer if you want to get noticed faster.  However, there is no guarantee they will be around in the long run.  I suggest to get noticed on Twitch, take a few months and get involved in the communities on Twitch.  This way, when you go live, you will have a head start.  If you already come with a following then you have an advantage.  I read a lot of books of Amazon like “Watched Followed Loved” and listened to podcasts like, “The Broman Podcast”.

    Hello! Thanks so much for reaching out to me for this interview! My name is Nicola, AKA NixxyPlays – I’m a Twitch Affiliate! I’m a variety streamer, who currently streams twice a week. I play games ranging from Overwatch, to Stardew Valley, and everything in between. When I’m not streaming, my day job is working in Film and Television! I work in the Art Department, in various roles from Graphic Designer, to Art Department Coordinator; my most recent endeavours in film are in Motion Graphics! Some of the projects that I’ve worked on have included Degrassi, 11.22.63, and the new IT (Stephen King).

    How did your interest in gaming start?

    I’ve been gaming since I was five years old. My dad is a giant nerd, and he’s been playing games since he was a kid – I didn’t stand a chance!! Hahaha. I have very fond memories of playing some classic Sonic, and Super Mario 64 with him and my brother. Gaming has been in my blood and soul ever since!

    Are there any upcoming new games you are looking forward to being released?

    It’s not a new game, but, I’m actually really excited for the Stardew Valley multiplayer mode that’s finally going to be coming out in 2018!! I have been waiting so patiently for this for so long, and I can’t waitttt!

    Describe a typical day like for yourself.

    Oh, goodness. Honestly, my days are super varied – I typically get up at 8am, and I’ll work until about 7pm at the latest (on a good day!) If it’s a Monday or a Wednesday, then I’ll rush through some dinner to try to get ready for stream – I stream from 8:30pm to midnight EST, so it can be pretty tight timing sometimes! On the days where I’m not streaming, I’ll either be indulging in a new Netflix show, or playing some video games ?

    If you could travel to anywhere in the world for a vacation, where will it be?

    Oh my goodness… I think that my answer has to be Japan. I have wanted to go for so long. I basically want to eat my way through that country, hahaha. The arcades, too!! So much that I want to do there.

    Which flavor best describes you?

    Would it be terrible for me to say wine flavoured?! Specifically Rosé. Obviously ?

    Have you ever had a secret admirer?

    Oohhhh… I don’t know about this one! Surely if I know, they’re not secret any more?! Hahaha. I had a stalker at a convention once… does that count?

    What turns you off on a date?

    Good conversation is really important to me – so if you’re struggling to keep eye contact, or you can’t really be bothered to try to contribute to the conversation, I’m gonna get real bored, real fast!

    Sexy is however you feel best in your body. If lingerie is your thing, then that’s sexy as hell. If lounging around in some jammies is your thing, and you happen to be like, “god damn. I feel so hot right now” then you go for it! For me, I especially love nights where I’ve done up my eye makeup really nicely – I’m particularly fond of my eyelashes!

    Hi everyone, I am Warm J, a video game gamer, and streamer. I came from China, mainland, and live in Canada, Ontario Provenience for 3 years now. I started to stream my gameplays after graduating from my MBA program. Except for video games, I also like fashion clothes, nature views, cute animals, classic music, family movies, and flowers. I think I have a colorful inner world in my heart.

     How will you describe your fashion style?

    Em, I think it is changeful. But in general, I would say cute and sexy. I like cute Japanese high school styles, such as high school uniform, skirt, leggings, and hold-ups. I also like the sexy hot lady style, like mini-skirts, shorts, low-cuts and one-piece dress. I like trying new things and new styles, so I don’t have a solid style.

    What kind of games are you into?

    I would say ARPG games, like dark souls’ series, blood borne and Nioh; Horror games, like Outlast2, Little Nightmares, Resident Evil 7 and Friday 13th: the game; and survival/adventure games, like the Last of Us, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, GTA V. I like other types of games too, and I am open to different games as along as I enjoy it.

    Do you have any other hobbies?

    Yes, I like nature photography, and I am good at discovering the beauty of life. I take lots of photos for scenery, blooms, trees, and animals. Recording those beautiful things can help me find inner peace. Besides that, I work out a lot to keep fit. I think managing my own body is a lifetime job, and I do enjoy it. I had a 100 days plan for building up my arms and I achieved that. Working out makes me be healthier and feel happier.

    If you can be a fictional character, who will it be?

    Em, I would like to be Lucy Pevensie in The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. I hope I can have an unusual life in the real world, meet something that is magic and unique. I believe there are other creatures in the galaxy, and there is a power that I have never seen before. I really hope I can open a wardrobe, walk into a whole new world and experience some new adventures.

    Have you experienced a funny or embarrassing moment before?

    Haha, yes, but my brain helped forget most of them. Recently, when I went back to play GTA V with friends, we were under attack by police with four stars. Eden and I were on the road shooting with police, and Andy came with a chopper to rescue us. When Andy landed on the ground, I accidentally pushed the triangle button, dragged him out of the chopper, and I sat in the driver’s seat. But the problem is I forgot how to fly the chopper, so we died together because of me. It was an epic one.

    Which is the sexiest item in your wardrobe?

    Ha, I would say I have several sexy lingerie and ropes. The sexiest one I think is the pure white sleeping rope. It is made by silk, very comfortable, and lazy. When I wear it, I feel like I am a lazy kitty lying on a soft sofa. I think this is the best sexy style I like.

    What is one thing you don’t understand about guys? 

    Well, what I don’t understand about guys would be how they understand “No”. I think I normally say “no” very politely and try not to hurt people’s feeling. But I found out some boys did not get my point. So I need to say “no” very straight and clearly. I was confused, and was wondering is that the difference between boys and girls, or just different personality?

    It’s my pleasure, thank you too. I would say “sexy” is the confidence of loving yourself and showing yourself to everyone.  I am going to create my own Patreon to make some sexy photos by my own understanding. I am aesthete, and I think every part of the human body will have its unique beauty. So I want to do some shooting for them independently, like only for butt, feet, legs, and neck. I hope there will be some people supporting to do that soon.
