A top 20 contestant from FHM Singapore 2014 and always keen to try out new things, get to know her better as we ask her a few questions. Oh and she does have a cute butt too!

SimplySxy: Hi Lulu, thanks for taking the time to answer our questions on SimplySxy. Please share with our readers a little about yourself and where you’re from?

Lulu: Hi! Thanks for having me here 😀 Haha. People always think I am from China because of my name, Lulu – which, is a stage name. I am actually from Singapore, born and raised here. I am 22years old, Asian and I can speak 4 different languages. I do freelance modelling for a living and I intend to venture into online business in the near future. I love travelling, cooking and trying new things – (like, eating live octopus in Korea 😡 !!)

SimplySxy: How did you go into modelling?

Lulu: I just got lucky I guess! I took some photos with a local photographer as a test-shoot subject. The photos got all over social media and photographers started contacting me for jobs/shoots. And along the way I met more people from the same industry whom have helped me out and taught me a lot. I joined Singapore’s FHM 2014 search too and made it into the top 20.

SimplySxy: Can you tell us 3 fun facts about yourself?

Lulu:

1. I own more lingerie than t-shirts & dresses. I simply cannot resist pretty lingerie.
2. I type messages on my phone with my index finger.
3. I love Sushi!!! I once ate sushi every day for a week ! :O

SimplySxy: Which is one thing that is a must-do for you everyday?

Lulu: Spend time with my dog(IG: babyboy.thedog)! No matter how busy the day is or how tired I am, spending time with my dog is a must <3 <3

SimplySxy: Is there an interesting story behind one of your tattoos and are there plans to get anymore?

Lulu: Oh this is going to sound so stupid. Nope. There are no interesting stories behind my tattoos. I was 15 when I got them. Peer pressure and being rebellious I suppose ? :/ Haha. Maybe just 1 more tattoo. I have been wanting to get a small couple tattoo – maybe when I find my Mr Right.

SimplySxy: What is the naughtiest thing you have ever done and not regret?

Lulu: I (& a date) went skinny dipping late in the night after a party at one of the local beaches. There were after-party people along the beach and we nearly got caught. But yolo! No regrets! *.*

SimplySxy: Do you feel sexier in a lingerie or bikini?

Lulu: Definitely lingerie. I just love the feel of lace, satin and leather against my skin.

SimplySxy: Which is your favourite body part?

Lulu: My butt. And my fingers. Lol.

SimplySxy: It’s been a real pleasure Lulu, One question before we end, how do you define “sexy”?

Lulu: Confidence. A woman with confidence, knows what she wants and feels secure about herself, that’s sexy. But of course, 34C” 25” 34” body stats is sexy too. Hehe.

Have a piece of Candy as we ask her a few questions in this sweet interview on her experience being a FHM girl, weird requests she has gotten from male fans and her passion for acting.

SimplySxy:  Hi Candy, it is a pleasure to feature you on SimplySxy. Can you share with our readers a little about yourself and where you’re from?

Candy: Hi, I’m from ‘the capital city of Perak state, they called it ‘food heaven’ – which is Ipoh, Malaysia

SimplySxy:  You have been on FHM Malaysia and FHM Philippines before. How was the experience on FHM like for you?

Candy: That was the greatest experience ever of my life so far. I’m glad that I did it!! I am a dreamer, and I always dream to be on the magazine and now I’ve done it! Thank you FHM:)

SimplySxy: Please share with us some of your beauty tips to looking so fabulous?

Candy: Be positive, eat more, sleep more, and most importantly..smile!! You wouldn’t know who’s gonna fall for you just because of your beautiful smile!

SimplySxy:  You have a flair for singing and have taken part in competitions before. Ever thought of being a singer as career?

Candy: This was one of my ambitions when I was young, but after getting into the acting industry, I found that I’m so in love with it..and nothing’s gonna stop my passion for that. I will work very hard on it. Pssssst…stay tune for my new upcoming videos.

SimplySxy:  Have you gotten any weird requests from your male fans before?

Candy: More hot photos please / please mail me your photos with your autograph on it and post it to me please (I am from xxxx country) but still, I love them so much~!!

SimplySxy:  Do you prefer to be in lingerie or bikini?

Candy: I go with whatever looks nice on me *wink*

SimplySxy: What is the naughtiest thing you have ever done?

Candy: I waited outside the male toilet as I saw a hot guy walking in. He dared not to come out, and after I waited 30 minutes, I left…LoL (well we are friends now) it happened 11years ago.

SimplySxy:  If you could choose to go for a holiday to anywhere in the world, where will it be?

Candy: Madly in love with Maldives!! Or anywhere with beautiful beaches, I’m a beach baby!!

Candy: Sexy is an attitude. It has nothing to do with looks. When a woman is sexy, she knows, and carries it, and works it. Sexy is what you make it, what you want it to be, and what you see in others. Most probably: confidence and personality.

SimplySxy: Hi Emily, it is a pleasure to feature you on SimplySxy. Please share with our readers a little about yourself and where you’re from?

Emily: Hello! My name is Emily Mei, and I’m from Los Angeles. I’m Chinese. I like to eat, travel, and occasionally take photos.

SimplySxy: How will you describe your fashion style?

Emily: This is a tough one for me! It really depends on my mood when I wake up. Sometimes I dress very kawaii and girly, other times I’ll be in dark sweats and a baggy tee. I guess my style is more relaxed, I very rarely wear jewellery and usually just throw some things together!

SimplySxy: What do you like most about being in LA?

Emily: I love that there are so many restaurants! I love eating and trying new places. I feel like I can never eat everywhere in LA even if I live to be 100 years old. I really love desserts, and there are so many cool little places to try in LA.

SimplySxy: Can you tell us 3 fun facts about yourself?

Emily: I can never really think of anything to say! Haha. I really love miniature things. So anything like small dogs, small toys, small food, or even small buildings. I’m really into collecting stuffed animals, especially Rilakuma dolls. My room has tons of stuffed animals everywhere, it’s like a Tokyo store. I’m very social, I love to meet new people and I’m usually very talkative! I’m never afraid to approach someone if I think they’re interesting and want to strike up a conversation.

SimplySxy: Do you have any hobbies?

Emily: I honestly think my favorite hobby is going out to eat LOL that sounds so terrible but it’s true. My friends and I love going to new restaurants and trying different places. We eat out almost every day! I am very picky, but I always find something on the menu I end up loving!

SimplySxy: Are you more of a lingerie or bikini girl?

Emily: Lingerie! I don’t go to the beach very often because wet sand is gross. Lingerie is always good. I always feel good when my underwear looks good, even though no one sees it!

SimplySxy: What is the naughtiest thing you have ever done?

Emily: Haha wouldn’t all the readers love to know? But I guess this stays between me and my boyfriend hehe.

SimplySxy: If you could choose to go for a romantic holiday anywhere in the world, where will it be?

Emily: I would love to go to Bali!!! It’s gorgeous there, super romantic.

Emily: To me, a person is sexy when they have confidence. The way they carry themselves shows way more than what they’re wearing (or not wearing). Girls (and boys) don’t always need to show skin to be sexy. I believe people can be sexy in sweats and a tee! It’s all about your attitude.

Go wild with Taiwanese model Akemi Luv

Akemi Luv is our babe of the day as we catch up and chat with her on her tattoos, lingerie and bad date experience.

SimplySxy:  Hi Akemi, it’s a great pleasure to feature you on SimplySxy. Please share with our readers a little about yourself and where you’re from.

Akemi: It is such an honour to be interviewed here and thank you for having me. Where should I start? I am actually just your typical every day girl next door. I am Taiwanese, part Mexican and born in Australia, living in Brisbane in Australia at the moment. I have a full time job at the moment so on my days off you will find me doing shoots for all sorts of projects as well as collaborating with street wear brands, brand promotion or catching up on some good sleep haha.

SimplySxy:  When did you begin modelling and where did the interest come from?

Akemi: My mum used to be a model back in the days so I guess I have some of her modelling genes. I have been modelling from an early age doing children’s runway on stage. I’ve stopped to focus in school and university but recently, these couple of years, I’ve been getting back into doing what I love along side my full time job. Modelling is a hobby for me now.

SimplySxy: Can you tell us 3 fun facts about yourself?

Akemi:
1. I looovvveeee burgers. Throw me a burger and I’ll be one happy girl haha. My favourite is a double cheeseburger with extra cheese and extra pickles and sriracha sauce.
2. I love music and I love to dance. I used to work as a podium/GoGo dancer in clubs in Brisbane nights.
3. Did I mention I am single? 😉

SimplySxy:  You have some amazing tattoos on you. Is there an interesting story you can share behind one of them?

Akemi: Why thank you! I love tattoos! It’s such a beautiful way to express yourself which I consider as art. A couple weeks from now, I have been booked in for more ink. I cannot wait!

All my tattoos are meaningful. The most meaningful one is the piece I have on my left rib to thigh. It’s of a cross with roses and a dove all done in grey wash. It represents my dear grandpa who had passed away a couple years back and due to me being in Australia, I did not have the time to visit him and having this piece reminds and makes me feel he is close to me. I cannot wait to go back Taiwan in October to pay my respects.

SimplySxy:  What is the wildest thing you have ever done and am proud of it?

Akemi: I don’t think I’m ever not wild. Haha. You got to live your life to the fullest but I remember when I was not working full time, I used to book plane tickets the day before and just go the next day. I love traveling! I’m planning to travel to America next year! That will be wild ;D

SimplySxy:  How many types of lingerie do you have and which are your personal favourites?

Akemi: I have every style and colour you can think of haha. I recently took on a lot of glamour concept shoots so I have been collecting quite a few pieces lately. I probably have more lingerie than my normal clothes (oh dear). My favourites are lace ones and non under wire. In the end, I love anything comfortable.

SimplySxy:  Which is your favourite body part?

Akemi: I love eyes. That’s what will attract me first. There’s something about eyes that can be mysterious and you can see ones’ emotion.

SimplySxy:  Have you ever had a bad date experience?

Akemi: It’s been awhile since I’ve dated. Haha a busy schedule gets the better of me (though I like it) but I do remember one time when the opposite sex was unhygienic and just wasn’t clean on our date. That was the last time I saw him.

Akemi: To me sexy is someone who is smart, can speak their mind and knows when to speak up. Sexy is one who can stand up for their beliefs and goals. Sexy doesn’t always define ones’ appearance but it could be that feeling when that warmth of sun hits your skin. That could be sexy too! If you are feeling sexy then you are sexy! 😉

Ziyi Kuek is an all rounder babe with beauty, brains and athletic ability

Smart, athletic and beautiful. Just a few words to describe Ziyi who performs well in everything she sets her heart and mind to, while the accomplishments keep stacking up. Those familiar with her will have seen Ziyi on pageants such as Miss Universe Singapore, modelling for FHM or at skating competitions. We catch up with this all rounder babe to find out more about her!

SimplySxy: Hi Ziyi, it is a great pleasure to feature you on SimplySxy. Tell us a little about yourself and where you’re from?

Ziyi: Hello SimplySxy, thank you for featuring me. Well, I guess the first thing people usually know about me is that I am quite a passionate skater, next followed by me being a model and a pageant queen from Singapore. Haha so other than what most people know, I also do performance driving, ride a bike and spent my pasttime studying Korean language. I am currently a FILA sponsored athlete and work as a project coordinator, designer, model, and skate instructor. I also write at https://skat3rgalz.wordpress.com/

SimplySxy: Being a very accomplished inline skater yourself, winning numerous awards from local and international competitions, how did your love for skating begin?

Ziyi: At the age of 11, I somehow started Inline skating when my dad found a pair of skate in the store of our home. Since then, I have always felt my heart race whenever I caught my eyes on the SKATE. It just seems to cast some magic on me, that get me so excited, even just thinking about it.

At the time when I did not think I will be able to find anything more to do with my inlineskate, I discovered FREESTYLE skating. I learned about it after joining Singapore Polytechnic’s skate club.

I was then 16. After that, everything else is history.

I started going competitive, in Speed Slalom and Slide, entering my 1st competition National Rookie Competition 2007, bringing back my 1st gold win. Then sponsored by Seba Skates, I represented Team Singapore and it brought me around the World.

SimplySxy: Is that how you are able to achieve that amazing figure of yours or do you have other tips to share?

Ziyi: Haha yes of course skating helps, it is one of the few cardiovascular sports around that work out your whole body, ranked among the best aerobic exercises according to the American Heart Association. However, I also switch around some other sports like gym and yoga to give my body a variety of exercise, or else it will get too comfortable to just skating!

SimplySxy: You’ve participated and done very well in various modeling and beauty contests such as Miss Singapore Universe and Miss Singapore World. What is the highlight of your modeling experience so far?

Ziyi: Gracing 20 magazines in a year, being one of Triumph’s models on the TV, doing a fashion show in Beijing, waving to the crowd during the Chingay parade as Miss Singapore together with the rest of the international contestants. My favorite highlight is still those international pageants; it changes my perspective of the world, the bonds forged between the girls and countries is an unforgettable one.

SimplySxy: Tell us how it was like to be a FHM model and ranked as one of FHM’s 100 Sexiest Women in the world?

Ziyi: It is one of the experiences of a lifetime. The enjoyment of gracing the cover, media coverage and appearance of TV shows! It doesn’t change my life around much, but it was definitely one of those memories that I look back upon and smile, and I still have my magazines to show!

SimplySxy: How common do catfights happen in the industry?

Ziyi: On the contrary of what many think it is like, we don’t really have cat fights in our industry. Most of us are very easy on our compliments and affections. It may appear fake, but if we really don’t like anyone, we are as easy on our remarks and feedbacks too.

SimplySxy: We’re sure you’ve attracted a legion of male fans who support you at your events and competitions. Have you had any creepy fan requests or stalkers?

Ziyi: Oh yes, sometimes it gets really bad. I have had them not only sending me weird messages and offering to pay me out, but I have had my photos edited naked and posted online and also spammed with more than 35 calls in a day. Of course there are nice experiences too, where they would make cards for me on my birthdays, offer to meet me up for coffee if ever I was down, drop by to almost every one of my events just to make sure I have got nice photos! Even sending my family hampers for Chinese New Year!

SimplySxy: Which is your favourite body part?

Ziyi: If you are talking about just body parts, it is probably my legs. Though it is all scar-ridden and all, I think of that as my battle trophies, the mark of my adventures.

SimplySxy: Thank you for the interview opportunity Ziyi and before we conclude the interview, can you tell us how you define “sexy”?

Ziyi: I believe Sexy is believing in yourself, and being comfortable about who you are.

Nicola Wong shines like a star

No stranger to pageants and modelling events, Singaporean model Nicola Wong has competed in Miss Bikini Asia and Miss ASEAN 2015 to great success. With her great determination and will to succeed, we’re sure Nicola will be a familiar name pretty soon. Learn more about her in this quick interview and enjoy the pictures of the lovely Nicola.

SimplySxy: Hi Nicola, it’s a great pleasure to feature you on SimplySxy. Please share with our readers a little about yourself and where you’re from?

Nicola: Hello there. I’m from Singapore. I turn 22 this coming August. I’ve only started doing pageant and competitions since 20xx.

SimplySxy: You have been modelling in many events and done very well in competitions such as Miss Bikini Asia. What has been the highlight of your modelling career so far?

Nicola: To me, it’s never about the title achieved but the people I’ve met on my road on the pageant. I pick up experiences, learnt the good together with the bad. Most importantly, it constantly reminds me to be thankful and blessed for the exposure.

SimplySxy: Do you have any beauty regime tips to looking so fabulous?

Nicola: Moisturise. Every single day. Don’t get lazy. Remove your makeup before you go to bed every single night no matter how tired you are. I do not have a tedious routine. Cleanse, toner, day cream/night cream. I try to put on a facial mask once a week at least too.

SimplySxy: Can you tell us 3 fun facts about yourself?

Nicola: Despite the wild party look that only most of you get to see on my Instagram/ Twitter, I actually love reading a lot. On particular Friday nights I’ll ditch the tequila shots and stay home with a good book instead.

I’m a firm believer in horoscopes because my horoscope, Leo, depicts exactly which kind of person I am. Cliché I know.

Lastly, I do not have everything spoon fed to me from young. My parents believed in ” When the going gets tough, the tough gets going”, and strict discipline, so I’ve always had to worked for what I wanted.

SimplySxy: How will you describe your fashion style

Nicola: Simplicity. Dress simple and you’ll never go wrong. You don’t have to own a lot of clothes, you just have to mix and match to make the best use of them.

SimplySxy: Which items in your wardrobe can you simply not live without?

Nicola: I’m a big fan of watches, all kinds of them. Won’t go anywhere without them.

SimplySxy: Which is your favourite body part?

Nicola: My eyes I guess. That goes the same to every person I’ll ever meet, I usually take a closer look in their eyes before anything else. I strongly believe when they say “The eyes are the window to the soul “. You can tell a lot just by looking into people’s eyes.

Nicola: Confidence is sexy. It is not about how much the scale tells you or which size you wear. If you love yourself you are already there.

Vivien Chua loves her Lingerie

SimplySxy: Hi Vivien, it’s a great pleasure to feature you on SimplySxy. Please share with our readers a little about yourself and where you’re from?

Vivien: Hi! Thank for the feature! I’m from Singapore, have been in the modeling and dancing scene since I was 19. And lately just started getting into filming works. Guess I’m passionate about performing arts 🙂

SimplySxy: How did your interest in modelling begin?

Vivien: It all started with a photoshoot for a certain club and slowly grew my interest in it. Creating beautiful images is really satisfying, especially when you look at the end product and realize the hard work is worth it.

SimplySxy: Can you tell us 3 fun facts about yourself?

Vivien: I’m an extreme snapback lover, I’ve over 30 snapbacks in my collection. Huge fan of buffets, I can eat continously for 5 hours.. Haha! Lover of leopard prints designs.

SimplySxy: Are there any items in your wardrobe you simply can’t live without?

Vivien: It would definitely be lingerie! I do mainly lingerie photo shoots.

SimplySxy: What is the naughtiest thing you have ever done and not regret?

Vivien: For me to know and for you to find out :p

SimplySxy: Your favourite alcoholic drink is?

Vivien: I’m no doubt, a beer lover.

SimplySxy: Do you prefer being in lingerie or bikini?

Vivien: That’s a tough one, because I love to chill out at beach bars and beach parties!

Vivien: My eyes.

SimplySxy: Hi Emily, it’s a great pleasure to feature you on SimplySxy. Please share with our readers a little about yourself and where you’re from?

Emily: Hello! Aw it’s a pleasure for me to be featured on SimplySxy, so thank you! I’m very bad at introductions but my name is Emily Bellerose, I’m a huge animal lover (especially ducks) and I’m from Sydney, Australia. I’m nineteen but I look twenty-nine haha, and I am absolutely obsessed with puns!

SimplySxy: Where did your interest in modelling come from and begin?

Emily: Growing up, I’ve always wanted to be something that was either in the entertainment business or someone who was in the spotlight. It went from wanting to be an actress, a singer and eventually a runway model.. until I realised that I was nowhere near meeting the height requirements. I decided to try out import modelling because it seemed so fun and confidence boosting and now I love it and hope that I can eventually model for a living!

SimplySxy: Can you tell us 3 fun facts about yourself?

Emily: Hmm, well this may seem a little odd and weird to a lot of people but I’m actually double jointed in my entire body! I can do weird things like body skips, rotate my hand 360 degrees and so much more. People get so grossed out though, but it’s fun to show off my wacky skill. As I mentioned before, I’m a huge animal lover and love ducks so much that I actually don’t eat them at all! Not to say I haven’t eaten them before but when I got to the age of around ten, I had a moment of realisation and just stopped eating them completely. And last but not least, my blood type is AB which is one of the rarest blood types, and the blood type with the weirdest personality apparently!

SimplySxy: Do you have a fitness regime to staying in such fabulous shape?

Emily: Once upon a time, I used to hit the gym quite often but after my membership expired I’ve just been working out at home. I generally just do some squats and abdominal workouts but I do love vegetables so that keeps me quite healthy. Broccoli is my favourite!

SimplySxy: What is the naughtiest thing you have ever done and not regret?

Emily: Haha! I’m very much a good girl so I don’t think I’ve done anything too naughty? Especially since I’m still only nineteen but in the past I’ve done silly things like get piercings behind my parent’s backs and then get kicked out of the house but nothing that a normal teen hasn’t done!

SimplySxy: Have you experienced any bad pickup lines from guys before?

Emily: I’ve had occasions where guys have tried to convince me to eat with them or scare me by appearing out of nowhere but surprisingly no! I do know a funny anti-pickup line that actually happened though… Here in Sydney, our phone numbers begin with 04 so one time my friend witnessed a guy ask a girl for her number. She told him 042… Sexy for you, and just walked off! I’ve yet to try that haha!

SimplySxy: Are you more of a lingerie or bikini girl?

Emily: I think I’m more of a lingerie girl because there are so many more styles of lingerie. Lingerie makes me feel more classy and fancy than a bikini does but there is always a time and a place for whatever it is you’re wearing and as long as you’re wearing it with confidence, then that’s all that matters.

SimplySxy: Which is your favourite body part?

Emily: Legs!! You can never go wrong with a pair of long legs in a skirt, shorts and even a pair of jeans. I think a pair of legs are attractive in a more subtle way compared to a pair of boobs or a nice ass and that’s what makes them extra nice.

SimplySxy: Thank you for taking your time to answer our questions on SimplySxy, Emily. One question before we end, how do you define “sexy”?

Emily: It was my pleasure! Many people define “sexy” in different ways but I don’t think sexy should be defined specifically to a certain look or body type. To me, “sexy” is to have confidence shine through and to have a lovable personality to go with it! “Sexy” shouldn’t be wearing revealing clothes or even lingerie because people can look “sexy” even covered up in the winter. So I think that to be sexy is to be someone with confidence and personality; looks are only a bonus!

JiaYeen: Cool and sexy while maintaining my beauty. Nonetheless, I love to try out different styles just for fun.

SimplySxy: Do you have any personal indulgences when it comes to food?

JiaYeen: Oh yes, of course. I always crave for soupy stuff, like Ramen in thick Tonkatsu broth and Chinese Rice Noodles in yummy fish based soup.

SimplySxy: Can you share some beauty regime tips with our readers to how you look so good?

JiaYeen:

Tips on how to take good care of your skin:
1. Always remove sunblock and/or makeup thoroughly.
2. Daytime – Wash, Tone, VitC, Moisture, Sunblock
Nighttime – Wash, Scrub (Once a week), Tone, Mask (Twice or thrice a week), VitC, Moisture

1. Don’t be lazy when it comes to taking care of your skin.

2. A good skin foundation is more important than putting on thick makeup.

3. Avoid eating fast food and drinking soda beverages but consume more fruits and vegetables.

4. Green tea every morning to boost up your metabolism rate.

SimplySxy: The one item you can’t travel without is?

JiaYeen: I can’t travel without my sunblock, even if I am out for only half an hour or one hour. Never leave your house without any sunblock application.

SimplySxy: Tell us 3 fun facts about yourself?

JiaYeen:
- Was a very hardcore gamer and I was addicted to online and offline games, like Gunbound, Dota, Maplestory, The Sims, Left4dead and more.
- Have a weird obsession – love for zombies. That explained why I played Left4dead. Furthermore, one of my favourite movie is Resident Evil.
- Did I mention anything about my passion in food testing?
SimplySxy: What is the craziest thing you have ever done?

JiaYeen: Flash mob performances. Imagine dancing in front of a huge crowd spontaneously. (Well, to them, it is a spontaneous performance.)
