Dutch Model, Stylist & Designer Brigitte Summers

Hello, well thank you for featuring me! I am Brigitte, I’m 21 years old and I live in the countryside of the Netherlands. In 2018 I graduated and achieved my Bachelor of Arts. At the moment I have multiple jobs, I am a freelance model, freelance stylist and designer and also do the PR and marketing for a company. I have a passion for fashion and art. In my spare time I like to drive my horse or meet up with friends. I have also have a lot of other animals, including three aquariums.

What got you started into modeling?

I have wanted to be a fashion model for quite a while, I auditioned multiple times and even have my catwalk certificate. Eventually I realized I probably just don’t have what they are looking for in a fashion model at this moment. I still wanted to model so I started doing TFP shoots which was often a great experience and a confidence booster. At the moment, I shoot a lot for Suicide Girls.

Which is your most memorable or unforgettable photoshoot so far?

Oh gosh, there are multiple. I think the most memorable shoot for me was with a photographer that was super awkward. He kept pushing me to do literally physically impossible positions and he was really awkward to communicate with. After we were finished he asked me multiple times if I wanted to do another shoot with him but I thanked him kindly. The pictures turned out nice though!

How will you describe a typical day like for yourself?

A typical day like me would be waking up around 9, having a panic attack about my day. Then I get my shit together and make breakfast, often a smoothie, I eat plant based. When I’ve finished breakfast I brush my teeth, get ready and take care of my horses. Then I do some meditation, yoga and then a little workout. I usually work behind the computer doing PR and marketing or I take on a design/clothing project.

After lunch, I often walk my dogs and then I go back to work for a few hours. At around 5 o’clock I lunge my horses (basically make them run), it’s part of their daily exercise. Around 6 I have dinner and then I go back to work.

At 9 I usually install myself with a glass of wine in front of the TV or I read a book. I try to go to bed at 11. That would be a typical day for me, I am kind of bored of working at home but I hope to get a new job soon at a clothing store.

Is there a story you can share behind one of your tattoos?

Well all of my tattoos have stories. But one of my first tattoos was my half sleeve, inspired by my favorite movie/comic character Wolverine. I have a tattoo of Wolverine and Phoenix because their complicated relationship has always fascinated me. I mean how difficult can a man’s life be? Being in love with the woman who is the most powerful mutant that is also mentally unstable and in a relationship with another man.

At some point he even kills her because she asked him to because she had become too dangerous. Jeez, that is one sad but beautiful love story. Phoenix also reminds me of myself because I have experienced serious mental problems in the past. Now luckily things are going better, but I wouldn’t wish a psychosis to happen to anyone.

What have you always wanted to do but have yet to find the time for it?

I have always wanted to launch my own sustainable fashion brand, which takes a lot of time.

If you could time travel, where will you go and like to experience or witness?

I think I would travel to the 70’s or 80’s the music and fashion back then was just amazing! I love glamrock and I am a fan of Queen and David Bowie (and many other’s) but their concerts would be something I would definitely go to.

What is the funniest or lamest attempt a guy has tried to know you?

Some guy in the train just started talking about my appearance and suddenly asked for my phone number. I didn’t really want to give it to him but I still had to sit in the same train for 15 minutes, awkward……

My definition of sexy is be proud of who the fuck you are. Rock your insecurities, love yourself for who you are and if you can’t accept something about yourself don’t whine about it, do something about it.

Malaysian Freelance Designer Evon Loh

Hey! Thanks for featuring me! I’m 22 years old, born in Johor Bahru. I work as a freelance designer now.

Do you have any hobbies or interests?

Drawing, reading and….. video games! Hahaha! I love to draw things from my imagination or something that I’ve seen before and turn it into a new artwork. Besides that, I think reading can enlarge my knowledge. To be honest, video games can motivate me to learn something such as building up my imagination and learning new styles of art on it.

What is your beauty regime to looking so gorgeous?

Awww thank you for your compliment! Umm… I would say, be confident! Also, looking for something that you are really into it, set a goal and do it. It will make you more charismatic.

How do you like to spend your weekends?

I usually spent time with my friends. We will plan some activities like cafe hopping, visiting a bookstore or gallery. Besides that, we will go to some nice places and walk around places like Petaling Street.

Where do you love to shop from?

I like to shop online. Every time I receive the parcel, it feels like I’m going to unwrap a present hahaha!

Can you describe a typical day like for yourself?

I have a flexible work schedule, but usually I’ll wake up around 9 o’clock in the morning. After breakfast I’ll start my work, basically sitting in front of the laptop for a whole day.

If you could have a super power, what will it be?

I would choose Healing magic! I hope my parents and friends won‘t suffer from diseases. It could be useful in daily life as well.

What is the funniest or lamest attempt a guy has tried to know you?

I remember once my friend and I went to an art gallery. There was a foreigner, and he tried to ask me something. In the end, he just asked, “would you like to get some drinks after this?” I won’t say this is the funniest to yours but definitely for us hahaha!

For me, “sexy” is not about just exposing your skin. It’s an attitude. Being sexy is for ourselves and for who you wanna be, not because a man says you have to be.

Malaysian YouTuber & Designer Boom Hui

Hi everyone, I am Boom Hui, welcome back to my channel!

This is my introduction for my all subscribers/viewers of my video and yeah, I am a YouTuber / content creator / designer currently living in KL, Malaysia.

How will you describe your fashion style?

I’ll describe in one sentence – style in comfort.

Do you have a beauty regime to looking so fabulous?

Be yourself and be comfortable in what you are and what you are wearing.

When did you get started into creating YouTube videos?

As many persons out there, at first I just started to do some travel vlog for keeping those beautiful memories.

Then I felt like I actually quite enjoyed and was interested in making videos. So I started my channel as a platform for me to practice and share my daily life or things that I would like to share. Luckily there are viewers who like my videos and content, and I really appreciate feel happy for that.

And from here, I started my YouTube journal.

Where does your inspiration to create content come from?

Most of the ideas are from my daily life, from my friends and family or some movie scene. I like movie transitions and their vibes, including the angle and the whole video progress.

Is there any food or drink you can’t live without?

Definitely rice and fruit juices. Haha.

Which flavor best describes you?

Peach, I think. Sometimes it’s sour, sometimes it’s sweet.

And that is my favorite flavour in this world so far.

What turns you off on a date?

A bad smell. (No matters at places or on people)

I have a sensitive nose so I cannot stand for a smell that I do not like.

Filipino Model Melanie Cortel From Arizona

Hi Melanie, thank you for taking the time to answer our questions. Please share with our readers a little about yourself and where you’re from?

Hello my name is Melanie Cortel. I’m 19 years old and I live in Phoenix, Arizona. I was born in the Philippines and I can speak full Filipino. I am an aspiring model, future fashion designer and a traveler. I started freelance modeling after high school and I’ve worked with some of the best photographers in my state. I started getting noticed on Instagram for car shows such as Hot Imports Night, Spocom, Elite tuner etc… but I would love to get into more events in the future. In my free time, I like to DIY clothes and or go out for some Pho (meatball is my all time favorite!!). My favorite TV shows growing up was Ed, Edd and Eddy and Spongebob Squarepants.

What is your proudest achievement so far?

My proudest achievement so far would be getting into car shows. I’ve always dreamed about being an import model. I’m slowly getting there but I won’t stop trying until I’m there all the way.

How will you describe a typical day for yourself?

A typical day for me would be doing my makeup, getting ready for the day to take some bomb selfies then going out to the movies or for some food.

Do you have a preferred side for taking selfies?

I don’t have a preferred side when it comes to taking pictures but if I had to choose, it would definitely be my right side.

Where can we catch you partying most of the time?

You can catch me partying at Salt every weekend 🙂

Which is the last movie you watched and was it any good?

The last thing I watched was actually a show on Netflix called Good Morning Call. I’m a huge fan of Korean/Viet/Filipino/Japanese drama and if you are too, I definitely suggest this for you! It’s my favorite show and it’s really good!!

If you could do anything in this world, what will it be?

If I could do anything in this world, it would be to bring all of my moms’ side of the family here in Arizona to live with me so they can live a better life and experience how it is to live in the US.

What is the funniest or lamest attempt a guy has tried to know you?

Oh jeez! This topic takes me back to when I used to work at Hooters. It was Mother’s Day and you know I’m just working, minding my own business doin’ my thang until this guy stopped me and told me “Happy Mothers Day!” I just laughed and said “Thanks but I’m not a mom” and he goes, “Are you sure? Because you look like my baby mama”. I couldn’t stop laughing!! I must admit, it was pretty smooth haha!

Hi Alycia it is a pleasure to feature you on SimplySxy. Please share with our readers a little about yourself and where you’re from?

Hello! Thank you for having me. I’m Alycia, a Welsh designer who just loves making beautiful things. After graduating University, I wanted to extend my craft, so I created my brand ‘Emiah Couture’ which specializes in bespoke bridal, corsetry and boudoir.

What inspired you to start Emiah?

I have always loved art and creating things, even as a child I wasn’t far from some paints or colouring pencils! In high school this developed further when I discovered how much I enjoyed the sewing classes, and grew even further when I recently graduated University with a degree in Design for Performance. Whilst studying, I realized how much sewing combines my love of creating art, with the happiness I feel when helping people to feel more beautiful.

So I created ‘Emiah’ as this allows me to create beautiful pieces to make people look and feel luxurious. It gives me an outlet to express myself through beautiful textures and painstakingly hand crafted embellishments, which can then be adorned onto my bespoke garments.

Which is the best compliment you have received?

For me personally, I think the best compliment I‘ve ever received was when someone said that my smile made them happy, which made me feel warm inside.

If you meant about my work, then I will always remember when a model said that she felt like a living piece of art in one of my creations. She mentioned how surprised she was with how comfortable she felt whilst wearing something so lovely, which made my heart burst, as that is my aim as a creator.

Is there anything you wished you knew or could do better when you started Emiah?

Hindsight is always 20/20, but I think I would have told myself to just calm down and not worry so much. I’m a perfectionist by nature, so would overthink everything I made, when instead I should have just gone ahead and made the thing and just learnt from each piece, which is what I strive to do now.

What is your dream super power to have?

I would love to be able to manipulate time. I always find that there are never enough hours in the day, so imagine what it would be like to pause time and be able to get more stuff done! Or to be able to fast forward through something that is monotonous and boring… that would be so useful haha.

If you could travel to anywhere in the world, where would it be?

I would love to travel to New Zealand one day. My favorite animals are penguins, I even named my brand after the smallest breed of penguin in the world; the ‘little blue fairy penguin’ that lives in New Zealand, so I would love to see them in their natural habitat.

What flavour would you say best describes you?

I would probably say I’m quite a ‘nutty’ character, but I guess most artist and creators probably are! It’s also my most favorite topping on ice cream, which might have been where I got the idea from haha.

How would you describe an ideal date?

Oh I’ve never really thought about what an ideal date would be for me. I guess what would make a date stand out, would depend on how they made me feel whilst being with them, I am quite an easy going person and I love to laugh, so as long as they can make me smile, then I think I would count that as a success.

To me sexy is when you feel confident and strong. When you’re comfortable within your own skin and love yourself I think it really shines through. I know this can be a hard thing to do in the ‘social media age’ as you can constantly compare yourself and your life to others, which is why when I catch glimpses of this confidence, I think it can be very sexy. This is what I aim for; for my clients, for them to walk away feeling confident and sexy in something that I have created for and with them.

I am a writer, blogger, designer, model and a dancer. I love to multitask basically, despite the fact that I get overwhelmed constantly. Hahaha I am a KL person through and through.

How will you describe your fashion style?

Very Kpop-ish. I basically got my ‘ fashion look’ when I was 18 because that was the time that I got to know of Hyuna and other Kpop idols. Before that I was just very ‘unripe’.

Which is the best compliment you have received?

“Your eyes could kill my soul over and over again, and I will still stare at it”

Do you have any hobbies?

Would you believe me if I said all my professions are my hobby? Writing and dancing are my top favourite hobbies.

Which is the funniest thing you have witnessed or happened to you?

Trying to throw a joke at my sister. She wouldn’t even have to reply anything but I will be out of breath and in tears when I am trying to tell her the joke.

If you could change one thing about the world, what will it be?

Negative jealousy. There are way too many people who get easily jealous and they tend to try and sabotage others. It would be better if they were positively jealous so that it becomes their fuel to achieve their own dreams.

Where is your dream holiday destination?

Japan.

What is your worst date experience ever?

There is none…hahaha I am probably lucky in this department.

Hello everyone! I’m a Los Angeles based photographer and writer. My work revolves mostly around social media photography and marketing integration, and currently, I’m trying to expand to editorials and travel photography. I work for various companies as a contract photographer, as a freelancer in both photography and graphic design, and as a writer for Canon USA.

How did your interest in photography start?

I started shooting around the narcissistic age of 18 (2011) when I started up my oh-so-hip Tumblr blog. I got a Canon T3 Rebel from my dad as a graduation gift and from there on, I started experimenting with it (aka I took a lot of selfies and photos of my stuff). I didn’t start pursuing it professionally until January of 2015 when I started to pivot away from the corporate world of graphic design.

What are the challenges a photographer typically faces?

I think the biggest challenge for any creative is getting over self doubt. It’s really hard to compare yourself to a talent so intangible and so susceptible to human interpretation. Your worst enemy is yourself and I think getting into this field, you really need to understand your self worth and always fight out of the slump that pulls you down. I’ve seen many give up photography because they didn’t think it was worth pursuing in the end. It’s not an easy journey, I will tell you that.

Another challenge that I experience personally is trying to stay above the curve. The market is super saturated and it’s hard to stand out and be different from the rest. How can I make my work speak for itself? That question still haunts me and I’m still trying to figure that out for myself. How do you define who you are and stay consistent within your definition?

Which is your most memorable travel experience so far?

My most memorable travel experience would have to be New York this past February. I got to spend a full 2 weeks in NYC and experience it in all its glory. Not only did I get to experience NYFW, sit in the photographer’s pit, and get published in Composure Magazine, but also got to actually enjoy my stay in the Big Apple. It’s probably my first long-term trip that I paid completely with my hard earned money since I started my career and I’m very proud of this accomplishment.

If you could shop for free in any brand or shop, which would it be?

Man…that is like asking to choose your favorite child. Thankfully, I don’t have kids yet so this should be a little easier. I would probably go with Nasty Gal because anything weird and edgy is my type of clothes.

Are you more of a morning person or night owl?

It’s around 2am as I’m answering this, so yes I am of the night variety. We are zombies pretty much until 5pm and then the coolness of the evening awakens our inner beings and suddenly we are 10x more productive. If you start howling at the moon, however, you’ve gone too far and you probably need some sleep.

If you could time travel, where will you go and why?

I would go back to that time I tripped and ate it on the sidewalk…actually there are a lot of those incidents…Can I go to every time I’ve fallen on my face and erase that from history?

How will you describe an ideal date?

I love dates that have no strings attached. I love casual dates that just lead from one event to the next and the night is free-flowing. The best dates are effortless with good conversation (and good wine).

This is a personal project of mine inspired by Valentino’s all red shoot featured on instagram. With all the unrest in the world as people fight over identification, supremacy, and racial stereotypes, I wanted to start a project that brought beauty, not only to the clothes that one wears, but also, that in the end, the color of your skin is the most beautiful part of you. CEO and Swimwear Designer Laura Patricia on the Types of Bikini Every Women Should Own

Who is Laura?

Hi SimplySxy! It’s my pleasure and thanks so much for featuring me on your cool site. My name is Laura Patricia and I’m of half Sri Lankan and half Filipino descent. I have my own clothing collection called Urban Niche which specializes in swimwear, dresses and gymwear. Apart from that I’ve been modelling part time for about 7 years now and have been very blessed to appear in several local and international magazines such as FHM, CLEO, Debonair and even commercials for brands like Johnnie Walker and Axe. I’m also a freelance travel writer for Leisure Travel Magazine and I do emceeing and event management occasionally.

Tell us more about Urban Niche and how you started it.

I started Urban Niche in 2013. I decided to do it as I’ve always been very passionate about fashion and the latest clothing trends. My focus for the brand has mostly been swimwear as I find that in KL there is sometimes very limited choices when it comes to finding a perfect bikini design that suits your body type. Being a bikini model for so many years, I’ve been truly blessed to meet so many people in the industry including photographers, models and makeup artists, some of whom I’ve become very good friends with. Everyone was so supportive when I decided to start the brand and I got so much help and support with all the photoshoots and fashion shows that it started to escalate really well. I now have a pretty decent following on Facebook and Instagram as well as a store in Paradigm Mall called Red’s Revenge where my merchandise is sold. I’ve also branched out into dresses and gymwear. I find the gymwear doing particularly well this year as there are more and more women getting into health and fitness these days. I’m actually considering venturing into a lingerie line as well next year if all goes well.

What types of bikini should every lady own?

Well to me the most important thing when it comes to wearing a bikini is that a woman should feel comfortable and confident in it. If you feel sexy on the inside you will automatically portray that on the outside as well. Of course one should know their body type while choosing a bikini so that they know what design will fall best on them. I find that a lot of women like the monokinis that are the one piece swimsuits as it gives more coverage in certain areas to cover body parts that they might feel insecure about. Some ladies who are bolder and more daring like the bikinis which come in several types of designs such as bikini thongs, bandage bikinis, tanga bikinis, bandeau bikinis and even Brazillian bikinis. If a woman is keen on getting a perfect even tan, then I would definitely recommend the bikinis with less coverage to achieve that.

Do you have any hobbies?

Yes I certainly do! I got very into health and fitness about two years back. I try to hit the gym at least 2-3 times a week. I also enjoy yoga and swimming as I find it very relaxing. I used to be a figure skater when I was younger but unfortunately I had a terrible knee injury and had to stop. I still do enjoy skating but can’t do it at such an intense pace as I used to before. For leisure, I enjoy shopping and watching movies during the weekend. I can also play a pretty wicked game of pool if anyone is up for it!

Which is one memorable travel encounter you have experienced so far?

I would have to say my recent trip to Japan just last month was one of the most interesting and beautiful places I’ve ever been to. I was actually there for work to cover a few specific places for the travel magazine that I write for. It was truly a different experience for me as the whole history, culture and beauty of Japan was absolutely intriguing. I was in Osaka for a couple of days, and I really liked the winter fashion for women over there which I found super cute. The food was amazing as well and was definitely one of the highlights of the trip as I’ve always been a huge fan of Japanese cuisine. Apart from that, another memorable encounter was probably my trip to LA a few years ago. I was there as Miss Eaglerider Malaysia at the Long Beach Grand Prix which was so much fun! I definitely dig the Hollywood vibe and I just love the style and fashion over there. Everyone looks like they just stepped out of a movie or a magazine!

Where do you usually shop?

I absolutely love H&M! I don’t think I’ve ever walked in there without buying something! Lol. Their recent collaboration HM X Balmain was so gorgeous but unfortunately most of the stuff was sold out by the time I got there. Apart from that, I like Miss Selfridge, Bebe, Zara, MNG and Topshop. I’m really into highstreet fashion and the urban look. For lingerie I like Lasenza and Victoria’s Secret as they always have really nice cuttings and cute designs. For shoes, I usually head to Charles & Keith, Aldo, Guess or Vincci. When it comes to makeup, I usually stick to brands that I’m comfortable with like MAC, Sephora, Bobbi Brown and Urban Decay.

What is the most expensive item you have ever splurged on?

The most expensive item I ever splurged on was probably my Burberry Bag. It was a rather ridiculous price for it but it was so lovely I just couldn’t help myself! Lol.

Which is your favorite body part?

I like my eyes. I like the way they’re shaped and I’ve been told by several people I have very feline like features. I think your eyes are the window to your soul and you can always read a person a little bit better by looking directly into their eyes. Plus which man can’t be disarmed with a sexy glance? 😉

Thank you for taking your time to answer our questions on SimplySxy. One question before we end, how do you define “sexy”?

I think sexy is more of an attitude. It is a confidence with a touch of class. Of course I think every woman should groom themselves and make sure they look great for their man and even occasionally surprise him with some sexy lingerie after he comes back from a long day at work. However, it is not necessarily always related to physical appearances but can also sometimes be more of a mental connection you have with someone. To me, being sexy is being ambitious and independent because I think a woman should believe in herself first before trying to impress anyone else.

Retail and Hospitality designer Jeshere Lim

I’m Jeshere, 22 and I’m from Singapore. An undergraduate taking my Bachelor of arts with honours in Interior Design.

Where did your interest to be a retail and hospitality designer come from?

Well, I guess pretty much a big influence from my dad since young to become a designer. And well the term towards retail and hospitality leads me to a wider choice of interior varieties such as retail, hotels, f&b, homes, etc. Hence, my choice to be a retail and hospitality designer.

Which is the project you are proudest of so far?

I guess it would be the Final Year Project during my Poly days.

How long have you been blogging?

I have been blogging at the age of 16.

What do you enjoy most about blogging?

Able to share and blog down my travel logs. I always believe in “Taking care of all your memories, for you cannot relive them. There is real value in sharing moments that don’t live forever.”

Where have you been on a holiday that is absolutely memorable?

I guess holidays are meant to be memorable and definitely traveling around UK/Europe and to Krabi were my absolute memorable ones!

If you had the chance to learn anything in this world, what will it be?

To be able to speak all kinds of languages, all over the world.

Which movie character best represents you?

Katniss Everdeen in the Hunger Games, the determination to succeed.

One fun fact about yourself not usually known?

I hate the colour pink!

Craziest thing you’ve done?

Standing at the edge of some steep rock that oversees the see in Isle of Skye.

What’s sexy to you?

Sexy is soul. Sexy is accepting and loving yourself exactly as you are, sexy is daring to speak and live your truth as honestly as possible, sexy is when you are living for a purpose bigger than yourself.

Ziyi Kuek is an all rounder babe with beauty, brains and athletic ability

Smart, athletic and beautiful. Just a few words to describe Ziyi who performs well in everything she sets her heart and mind to, while the accomplishments keep stacking up. Those familiar with her will have seen Ziyi on pageants such as Miss Universe Singapore, modelling for FHM or at skating competitions. We catch up with this all rounder babe to find out more about her!

SimplySxy: Hi Ziyi, it is a great pleasure to feature you on SimplySxy. Tell us a little about yourself and where you’re from?

Ziyi: Hello SimplySxy, thank you for featuring me. Well, I guess the first thing people usually know about me is that I am quite a passionate skater, next followed by me being a model and a pageant queen from Singapore. Haha so other than what most people know, I also do performance driving, ride a bike and spent my pasttime studying Korean language. I am currently a FILA sponsored athlete and work as a project coordinator, designer, model, and skate instructor. I also write at https://skat3rgalz.wordpress.com/

SimplySxy: Being a very accomplished inline skater yourself, winning numerous awards from local and international competitions, how did your love for skating begin?

Ziyi: At the age of 11, I somehow started Inline skating when my dad found a pair of skate in the store of our home. Since then, I have always felt my heart race whenever I caught my eyes on the SKATE. It just seems to cast some magic on me, that get me so excited, even just thinking about it.

At the time when I did not think I will be able to find anything more to do with my inlineskate, I discovered FREESTYLE skating. I learned about it after joining Singapore Polytechnic’s skate club.

I was then 16. After that, everything else is history.

I started going competitive, in Speed Slalom and Slide, entering my 1st competition National Rookie Competition 2007, bringing back my 1st gold win. Then sponsored by Seba Skates, I represented Team Singapore and it brought me around the World.

SimplySxy: Is that how you are able to achieve that amazing figure of yours or do you have other tips to share?

Ziyi: Haha yes of course skating helps, it is one of the few cardiovascular sports around that work out your whole body, ranked among the best aerobic exercises according to the American Heart Association. However, I also switch around some other sports like gym and yoga to give my body a variety of exercise, or else it will get too comfortable to just skating!

SimplySxy: You’ve participated and done very well in various modeling and beauty contests such as Miss Singapore Universe and Miss Singapore World. What is the highlight of your modeling experience so far?

Ziyi: Gracing 20 magazines in a year, being one of Triumph’s models on the TV, doing a fashion show in Beijing, waving to the crowd during the Chingay parade as Miss Singapore together with the rest of the international contestants. My favorite highlight is still those international pageants; it changes my perspective of the world, the bonds forged between the girls and countries is an unforgettable one.

SimplySxy: Tell us how it was like to be a FHM model and ranked as one of FHM’s 100 Sexiest Women in the world?

Ziyi: It is one of the experiences of a lifetime. The enjoyment of gracing the cover, media coverage and appearance of TV shows! It doesn’t change my life around much, but it was definitely one of those memories that I look back upon and smile, and I still have my magazines to show!

SimplySxy: How common do catfights happen in the industry?

Ziyi: On the contrary of what many think it is like, we don’t really have cat fights in our industry. Most of us are very easy on our compliments and affections. It may appear fake, but if we really don’t like anyone, we are as easy on our remarks and feedbacks too.

SimplySxy: We’re sure you’ve attracted a legion of male fans who support you at your events and competitions. Have you had any creepy fan requests or stalkers?

Ziyi: Oh yes, sometimes it gets really bad. I have had them not only sending me weird messages and offering to pay me out, but I have had my photos edited naked and posted online and also spammed with more than 35 calls in a day. Of course there are nice experiences too, where they would make cards for me on my birthdays, offer to meet me up for coffee if ever I was down, drop by to almost every one of my events just to make sure I have got nice photos! Even sending my family hampers for Chinese New Year!

SimplySxy: Which is your favourite body part?

Ziyi: If you are talking about just body parts, it is probably my legs. Though it is all scar-ridden and all, I think of that as my battle trophies, the mark of my adventures.

SimplySxy: Thank you for the interview opportunity Ziyi and before we conclude the interview, can you tell us how you define “sexy”?

Ziyi: I believe Sexy is believing in yourself, and being comfortable about who you are.
