You have wonderfully expressive eyes.
How will you describe your fashion style?
Casual, sometimes classic and crazy. 3C!
Which fashion accessories are a must have in your collection?
Actually I seldom use any apps to create my photos. My boyfriend uses the film camera during the shoot. And I think is great!
Is there a food or drink you can’t live without?
Lemon water!
Are you more of a morning person or night owl?
Night owl. Parties are my favorite!
If you could have a superpower, which will it be?
Being rich like the superpower of Batman.
What is the funniest or lamest attempt a guy has tried to know you?
Kept talking to me but I just replied him”okay”or “thanks”.Then he asked me, “You don’t understand English. Why do you only reply me with only one word?”. I told him, “I can understand English.” Bravo, it’s more than one word.
Thank you for taking the time to answer our questions Lesley. One question before we end, how do you define “sexy”?
Thank you for having me! I’m an alternative glamour and fetish model. And also a performer with fire and burlesque. From Devon, born and raised!
When did you get started into modeling?
January 2015, I was approached by a dude who went to the local art college. He loved my tattoos and asked to photograph them! From there I was contacted by a few indie clothing brands to shoot for them. And the rest is history!
How many tattoos do you have and is there a story behind one of them?
I honestly have no idea, too many to count! At the top of my back I have in beautiful scripture ‘Make History’. This is a lyric from a favourite band of mine called Letlive. The full line is ‘F*ck making love, I’d rather make history’. And that speaks to me.
Where can we catch you partying on weekends?
Wherever the metal and boobies are!
Is there a drink you can’t live without?
If we’re being honest, probably the ‘Zero’ sports drink tablets in Berry. They’re dissolvable tablets full of electrolytes and magnesium. They give me the push I need to get my shit together everyday and have energy. Worth the £15 a week I spend on them for sure….
How long will you survive a zombie apocalypse?
Probably not long as I’d be in two minds about how to act and before I know it I’ll be eaten alive hahaha.
What flavor best describes you?
Sweet chili, because everyone thinks I’m Asian HAHA. And because I may be sweet but I’ll still kick your ass!
What is the funniest or lamest attempt a guy has tried to know you?
Anytime a guy approaches me with an image of their joystick…. *cringe*
Thank you for taking the time to answer our questions Katie. One question before we end, how do you define “sexy”?
Sexy, to me, is being yourself and fucking proud of it! Holding your head high and owning everything you do in life.
My style changes depending on the day, but generally speaking I love anything boho and retro. Anything that screams ‘beach’, ‘festival’ or ‘70s’ is right up my alley.
Which is the best compliment you have received?
I think being complimented on my heart and kind nature is the most memorable. I love to help others and give what I can.
How did you get into modeling?
It was pure chance! A friend passed my name along to a local store looking for a model (she didn’t even tell me until after she’d given my name haha). And from there I made a few connections which grew over time and led to where I am today.
Do you have a memorable photoshoot experience to share?
Definitely a seven hour shoot I had in the middle of summer where I was climbing up silos all day. It was physically exhausting and I was dehydrated by the end of it, but we did manage to get amazing shots!
Where can we catch you partying on weekends?
I’ll be wherever my friends are. I love trying new experiences and finding new spots to hang out. Every weekend is something different with a new story.
If you could have a superpower, which will it be?
Definitely teleportation! I’d love to travel anywhere in the world whenever I feel like it.
What do you not get about the opposite sex?
I’ll never understand how it feels to be kicked in the balls.
Thank you for taking the time to answer our questions Isabella. One question before we end, how do you define “sexy”?
I think sexy is all about being confident and the way you hold yourself. I also believe that personality and intelligence is just as attractive.
Thank you so much for having me! Well I’m Randi Joan, I’m a multi-media artist, musician, writer, and stylist from upstate New York! I am the live rhythm guitarist/keyboardist for Debris Of Titan (they just released a debut album and we have lots of EPs dropping left and right) and I run a vintage and Japanese inspired fashion blog.
What is your proudest achievement so far?
Wow, I think it still honestly has to be this national award I won in high school for photography. I tried very hard, taking a finished photo every day and submitted about 50 entries! I didn’t make it to finals the year before and it was my last chance. I made it though and teared up on stage. It made me realize I could do anything if I put my all in it and didn’t give up.
Which is the best compliment you have received?
When I’m complimented on something that can’t be replicated, that is unique to me. Usually if I’ve helped somebody, especially just by being myself. On my fashion blog I recently had somebody tell me my photos were a body-positive motivation as they struggled with an eating disorder. That blew me away.
Do you have any guilty pleasures or indulgences?
I’ve tried to turn my major one into something productive (referring to my blog). Haven’t been good at doing that with fried food though!
What is the funniest thing you have witnessed or happened to you?
I once fell down an upwards escalator, which was…as remarkable as it was, enduring.
If you could change one thing about the world, what will it be?
More empathy, less fear. That goes hand in hand with honesty. With yourself and to others. People deceive themselves all the time and when you hide from what you are or how you feel, or let those things rule your day to day life…we suffer. We act out. We hurt and oppress others. We lie. Even when we think it’s for the best or not a big deal. There’s no reflection or quiet time in this busy world.
Which genre of movies do you enjoy most?
Cinema is one of my favorite things ever so honestly, I’ll watch anything. I get a kick out of well directed movies. Where the cast has chemistry. The characters and writing have growth. The plot has depth. And the cinematography is interesting. Since I work with visual media, I really pay attention to highly stylized shots. Or just when you can tell it’s very intentional with its concept, if that’s something you tend to look for! Bonus points if the wardrobe and soundtrack are amazing.
Funniest or lamest attempt a guy has tried to know you?
I suppose anyone who thought it’d be easy and quick, haha.
Thank you for taking the time to answer our questions Randi. One question before we end, how do you define “sexy”?
I’d say sexy is all about being yourself and being it passionately. It has little to do with outer beauty. If you’re a soft and quiet sexy, or a bold and loud sexy, when you are comfortable in your mind and body you’re happier. Attraction is more mental than physical for me but everyone is different. I have to feel as if I’ve glimpsed your soul and that you can understand my own. Once that’s there, everything about you is a magnetic glow. Uniquely sexy.
When both our guards are down and the vulnerabilities can be understood, you’re easier to be around and I admire that confidence to just be completely yourself. Who you truly are, your thoughts and feelings and opinions, what you like and dislike, your ideas, your criticisms, your knowledge, past, and plans for the future. That’s what catches my attention because I love learning about people.
Hey! Thank you so much for featuring me, I’m so glad to have been given the opportunity.
I’m Kiara-Bella, a 17 yr old up and coming fashion designer and entrepreneur from Queensland, Australia. I have always dreamed of being a high-end fashion designer and to have my own international label. At age 13 I decided to start showcasing my couture fashion illustrations and feature all my own dress designs on Instagram @kiarabelladesigns. I have been running this page for over 5 years, it received a lot of attention from industry names which was exciting as I was getting through high school.
My final year of school was very difficult for me on many levels, so in September 2017 in the heat of finals, I started my fashion label Kiara-Bella Designs. I have started with feminine day wear such as skirts and matching crop tops in gorgeous fabrics, designed and handmade myself. Although it is early stages, it has received so much support – I have so many ideas for the label and I hope in the future I can incorporate my couture designs. I also hope that I can make a difference with my career in the future by heavily involving it with charity.
Where did your inspiration in fashion come from?
My love for fashion has been something that has always been a part of me since I was very little. Ever since I could hold a pencil I was drawing dresses and creative outfits constantly. My mum has kept dozens of folders full of illustrations from throughout my childhood. I would spend hours in the morning putting together extravagant outfits just for preschool and my passion for clothes and fashion only kept growing from those early days.
I get asked a lot where I get my ideas and inspiration from for my dress designs/ illustrations, but it’s always just something that comes to me as I go. I never know what I’m going to come up with when I sit down to draw, it just unfolds itself. I love so many different styles from chic to bohemian to red carpet and it is such an amazing feeling to see your ideas on paper come to life.
What is the best compliment you have received?
I think the best compliment I have received is being told that I inspire people when they see me going for my goals and chasing what I am passionate about at such a young age. It adds so much value to what I am doing with my life, that I can inspire others and motivate them to go for what their hearts desire regardless of what stage of life they are in. You are never too young or old to chase your dreams.
Which fashion accessories are a must have in your collection?
Handbags are a key accessory in my collection. I always have to make sure I have one that ties my outfit together before heading out. I also love a gorgeous pair of earrings, it makes all the difference.
Is there a food or drink you can’t live without?
Orange juice for sure! I don’t think I could ever get sick of it.
Are you more of a morning person or night owl?
I love waking up early, I get up at 5am to fit in some me-time at the beach or a workout before I start my day on the business. It’s such a great way to get on top of each day with a clear mind.
If you could collaborate with anyone, who will it be?
I would absolutely love to collaborate with Emma Watson. I love everything she stands for regarding ethical fashion and the fashion industry. It would be truly amazing to collaborate my fashion with someone so inspiring and likeminded.
What do you not get about guys?
I don’t get how so many guys look completely different on their social media to real life haha.
Thank you for taking the time to answer our questions Kiara-Bella. One question before we end, how do you define “sexy”?
I define sexy as nothing but being comfortable and confident in the skin you’re in. A woman who is sure of herself and has a kind heart radiates something powerful and there’s nothing more attractive in my eyes.
My website and official brand was launched on April 1st 2018 so head down to my social links below to stay updated and be first to see all the new designs coming. I’m also going to be uploading YouTube videos throughout the year so click the link and subscribe.
Hi there! Thank you so much for featuring me on your platform! It is a pleasure to speak with you. My readers span from Tokyo to L.A., and they tend to be professionally-minded millennials of both genders interested in finance. The latter part of the question is rather fragmented– my parents had me much younger, and I grew up in Houston, Texas where my dad was in residency for medical school. I later relocated to Sacramento, and finished my schooling in Los Angeles.
What is the inspiration behind starting your blog?
I simply loved writing, sharing my life, thoughts and ideas. I wanted to empower individuals to realize the economic implications of their choices, and to provide a resource that can help educate them; in undergraduate I was always that kid in the lecture hall that would challenge my professors and had no fear of public speaking as I presented to classrooms; blogging is a means of dispersing ideas to a multitude of individuals, albeit in a less interpersonal way. I wanted individuals to realize that blogging isn’t always just about being a pretty face but curating content that surrounds what you enjoy.
How will you describe your fashion style?
My fashion sense depends on my mood. It is both feminine and edgy; I don’t believe those two are always mutually exclusive. Mostly, I wear vintage knits, which range from ripped sweaters to nit cables for semi-casual meetings, to full blown tailored suits.
Which common misconceptions about vegans do you usually hear?
The purview of veganism is a broad spectrum, constituting individuals whom are plant-based for health reasons which I fully support to individuals like myself that do it for animal and ethical reasons. A great deal of vegans, especially ones that are more vociferate and radical hate on those that fail to abscond from animal products. When I began my journey and joined this cohort, I did so too, mindlessly before realizing that I was treating animals better than human beings, failing to acknowledge that we as mankind are part of the animal family as well.
For me, veganism is a lifestyle and a personal choice. While I do have a few small second-hand goods and leather products before I became vegan and donated most, I still gift perfectly new completely leather items I receive as a means of respect and not wasting it.
I understand that veganism is simply one way or mode of thought that can co-exist with others that ethically eat, such as those that are vegetarians and buy cage-free eggs, to “ethical” meat eaters. In Japan, there are shrines of animals that are sacrificed and they are appreciated wholly as one in guilt takes their life sustenance for our own.
Do you have any hobbies?
I love cooking, and I love all modes of art. I am such a bad feminist, but I absolutely enjoy living in the kitchen.
Is there anything you’ve always wanted to do but haven’t had the time?
I want to write a book, but I have yet to know what of to write one of. I enjoy the escapades of romance novels, but no one actually needs, another one. I might still try, one of these days.
Would you rather have the superpower of invisibility or mind reading?
Mind reading!
Funniest or lamest attempt a guy has tried to know you?
He was a physician and offered to be my photographer. “Glamour photography” he said. I never met up with him again.
Thank you for taking the time to answer our questions Osone. One question before we end, how do you define “sexy”?
Sexy is being free to be yourself. Like the sinoidal S curve that multiplies in integrations of area, sexy encompasses a large breadth of individuals, and is fluid like the river of water.
Being a hot housewife that owns it is sexy. Being a man that wears makeup that owns it is sexy. Being a bossbabe, and wearing size 14 because you are yourself, is sexy. It is not what is defined by anyone else, but you.
Hi there! Thank you for having me. My name is Janelle and I was born and raised in the Philippines, currently living in Los Angeles. I am a Brand Ambassador and a Makeup Artist. Also an aspiring registered nurse in the US. Planning to take my licensure exam this year, wish me luck!
Where did your inspiration for makeup and beauty come from?
My inspiration for makeup and beauty came from my mom. My mom always tells me, people treat you depending on how you present yourself and when you look good, you feel good.
Which makeup accessories are a must have for every lady?
I think every lady should have good quality makeup brushes, eyelash curlers, brush cleaner and makeup organizer.
Is there a food or drink you can’t live without?
Can’t live without chocolates. I wish I can eat as much as I want without gaining weight!
Do you have any other hobbies?
I like exploring new food spots, going to art exhibits, social events and concerts.
What is your beauty regime like?
After I wash my face, I put my toner, then serum, eye cream, moisturizer and then sunscreen! I also facemask once – twice a week.
If you could time travel, where will you go?
If I could time travel, I’ll go to the future so I can make smarter choices in life.
What do you not get about guys?
I don’t get their mixed signals!
Thank you for taking the time to answer our questions Janelle. One question before we end, how do you define “sexy”?
Sexy is being confident and fearless to achieve all of your dreams even if it’s a little scary.
Well, I’m from Detroit Michigan, and I’m a fashion model. I don’t know what it is, but I just love being in front of the camera. I’m very charismatic and easy going.
What is the best compliment you have received?
My boyfriend actually gave me this compliment. I was having a really bad day so he was texting me trying to make me feel better, and he texted me that I was a beautiful woman with a delicate soul. And I don’t know why but that just touched me. He’s always so sweet though.
Do you have any hobbies?
I actually consider myself somewhat of a jack of all trades because I have a lot of hobbies. To name a few: drawing, painting, jewelry making, etc.
How is your fashion style like?
To be honest, it’s kind of just all over the place. I represent a brand (Epyon Royal) so I wear their stuff a lot. But I guess I’m more on the edgy side? I just like looking different, but looking good.
Do you have a sweet tooth?
Do I?! To be honest, I think all of my teeth are sweet teeth. I love sweets, which means lots of time at the gym.
Where is your dream holiday destination?
I hate to be kind of basic, but I would love to go to New York for Christmas. It always looks so beautiful. I would love to go for a ride through Central Park, stroll down the street, and look at all the Christmas lights. It just sounds so beautiful.
Funniest or lamest attempt a guy has tried to know you?
Even though it was lame, borderline creepy, he still became my boyfriend, so it must have been too lame. He added me on Facebook and noticed that his best friend had also lived in my hometown, so he messaged me and said, “So I see you’re from Crossville Tennessee, my best friend is also from there, you might know him.” And that’s how we started talking and now we’ve been together for a year.
Thank you for taking the time to answer our questions Jessie. One question before we end, how do you define “sexy”?
I don’t think sexy is a look, it’s a feeling. For me, because I can’t speak for everyone, sexy is when I feel so confident with myself and with my body that I want to express it; whether it be by my actions or what I’m wearing.
Hi everyone! Thanks again SimplySxy to give me the opportunity to be featured in your magazine! I am a professional model for almost 10 years now; I am currently working with agencies in Paris and London, and as a freelance. I also joined Suicide Girls few years ago to realize a teenage dream and I’m pretty proud of it. Modeling is my first passion and thanks to that, I am able to enjoy every other passion I have; as travel, fashion or tattoos! I currently live in France, but to be honest I wish I’d be able to come back to London or crazier, move to Los Angeles forever!

When did you get started into modeling?
It was something like 10 years ago! I started around 16, with collaborations for professional (or not) photographers. At the beginning it was just for “fun”, something for me to become someone else for one or two hours, during a photo shoot session. Then, I was discovered by an agency in Paris at 18 and they proposed me to sign with their company, built me a portfolio and taught me how to be a model. It was a dream come true, I never thought I could live off my passion, of THIS passion… You know, I am just a random girl, too small for “Haute Couture” and probably too weird haha! But I guess it was my destiny, and I enjoy every single moment of this life until it’s gone.

How many tattoos do you have and is there a story behind one of them?
Not enough! I mean, I don’t want a full body (I guess, we don’t know haha) but when you start tattoos you never know when you gonna stop, you always want more. I have a lot of tattoos, but to be honest I really don’t know how many … The only thing I know is that I have a lot of projects yet and that I’ll have new tattoos really soon for sure! And about a story behind them, the fact is, they all tell the same story, mine. If you watch me carefully, you will get the meaning, the good vs. the bad, the hell vs. the paradise, life vs. death (that’s actually tattooed on me)… This is truly my story.

Where can we catch you partying on weekends?
In my bed! I’m too old for this shit haha! Well, I work a lot, I’m always tired and I need to sleep as much as I can whenever the day. I mostly work on weekends, and if not, I prefer partying with my friends at home, something casual, but still fun. I’m a little bit afraid by people, so it’s quite hard to party in an unknown place with a lot of unknown people. But, sometimes you can find me at a rock bar in Paris or London!
Photo: Julie Lily Marie
Is there a drink you can’t live without?
Water? I try to not drink soda or too sweet drinks. I really drink water everyday actually; I drink a lot of fruits juice, tea and coffee. And if I have to choose an alcohol… I guess I’ll go for a Jägerbomb!
Photo: Julie Lily Marie
How long will you survive a zombie apocalypse?
I am the blond girl, I mean, should I answer for real haha! Seriously, I hope I will die before the Zombie apocalypse. It will kill me to see people I love turn into Zombies and won’t be able to do nothing for them except kill them. So I prefer to be far away, kill myself than be a weak or a coward! #sorrynotsorry

What flavor best describes you?
Raspberry flavor? It’s quite hard. But whatever, it’s one of my favorite fruits by the way. It’s soft when you touch it and taste it for the first time, but when it’s in your mouth, it becomes a little bit acidic! Just like me! #devilinside haha.

What is the funniest or lamest attempt a guy has tried to know you?
I receive a lot of “friends request” on my private Facebook and I always send a message to the person to tell them why I delete their application. I try to explain to them that this account is private and so only for people I truly know. Most of the time, people (not only guys) answer me, “well, let’s know each other!” So boring …

Thank you for taking the time to answer our questions Lola. One question before we end, how do you define “sexy”?
There is no definition. I mean I can find something sexy and you won’t. “Sexy” is about self-confidence I guess and what you are able/want to share with others. A beautiful foot picture can be so sexy, a smile, an eye contact … we are all sexy, in our own way! This is what I prefer with this kind of words like “sexy” or “sensual” or “erotic”, everyone can see and define it by their own.
