    I like intelligence and strength.

    I think sexy means a lot of different things in different situations. Generally, I think being sexy for yourself means feeling good about who you are and the way you look; being sexy to someone else is just about having qualities that a person desires in another.

    I am flattered and honored to be interviewed by you guys! I’m excited to let you get to know the sexy me. I am born and raised in the Philippines. Yes, I am a Pinay! Growing up as a kid, I knew I loved makeup and dressing up. Whether we’re going to school or to church, you will always see me on a ridiculous or fabulous outfit that anyone would instantly notice. I am twenty-three years old and I now live in Oregon. I’m a stay at home mom of a two year old bughead.

    How will you describe your fashion style?

    I remembered being made fun of for wearing scarfs and shorts in a cold weather. I have always been a weirdo when it comes to my fashion and I am proud of it. Girls have two types of moods, all girly and pink and all black and comfy. While that is very true, I do have a couple different moods. I like to combine sexy and street wear, where you can wear your basic LBD with your favorite colored chuck shoes. I’ve always love the color ‘dusty rose’, so anything with that color I tend to rock. For summer 2017, I’ve been wearing a ton of off shoulder long sleeves tops and dresses. It really makes me feel sexy showing off my collar bone and my long neck.

    Do you have any hobbies?

    I like a good mystery. Therefore, I’ve been reading different types of books, one is ” The Good Girl -Mary Kubica.” I just recently watched the movie ‘IT’ and I am planning to read the book as well. I also love hiking with my family and friends. I love trying different types of foods, thai food especially is my favorite. I consider eating out as a hobby since I eat out a lot with my significant other.

    What is the sexiest item in your wardrobe?

    The sexiest item I own right now is a fishnet leotard where it exposes my nipples.

    Have you experienced a funny or embarrassing moment before?

    Funny memory? Yes. Do I remember it? NOO. My friends and I went out to eat and plan on dancing. After shots and shots of alcohol, I am in the middle of the dance floor dancing on someone’s weave… Yes, you read that right. Someone must had accidentally dropped their weave and I was dancing on or around it while a complete stranger is recording me. A fun night indeed but I can’t remember much from it..

    If you could time travel, where will you go?

    The days where I was just a child with no responsibilities. The time where we can just wake up, eat, do our bathroom business, play, sleep, and repeat. Those good days I will definitely time travel to, Ha! Ha!

    What do you find attractive in the opposite sex?

    I am attracted to women as how I am attracted to men. I’ve learned that experiences are very important, it helps us grow and let us learn from the mistakes and achievements from that relationship, with that being said; I am very attracted to how an individual carry themselves. I like a woman who is conservative and knows how to make a conversation exciting. With all the partners I had, appearance isn’t what attracted me from them, it has always been their personality and the chemistry I had with them.

    Lamest or weirdest attempt a guy has hit on you? 

    In retail, any customer asks you about a product and in this case it wasn’t as weird, although I am a girl and I don’t use any beard shaving tools… This man was standing next to me the whole time, he seemed like he couldn’t decide which shaving tool he should buy. Later, He asked me politely on how much is the product he was interested with and later asked more questions like if “I have any experiences on how well this tool is.” I told him that I don’t have a beard but the product he was interested with did have good reviews online. He chuckled and said I’m just asking because you’re cute, *blushed and walked away…FAST. I didn’t even get to react on his compliment.

    Sexy has multiple definitions. Someone who is simply talking can be sexy just by being intelligent. A confident woman/man can be very desirable by the way they carry themselves. Don’t ever hesitate to tell that person you’re looking at the mirror that they are sexy, because it starts with you before anybody else. I’ve learned that you can find your own definition of sexy. Sexy is in everyone’s eyes, body, and soul. Own it, because everyone can be sexy.

    Hi! Thank you so much for the feature! I’m a full-time freelance model of Russian and Italian heritage now based in Houston Texas. I’ve been modeling for several years and have experience in a wide variety of styles, including fashion, figure, and cosplay.

    How did you get into modeling?

    It was kind of by chance actually – One day I heard someone needed a hair model and I thought to myself “I can do that”.  I was hoping for a new look, which I got, in addition to a lead on another creative that was looking for a model. From there it just spiraled into a hobby and then a career.

    What is your secret to looking so fantastic?

    I wish I could say there’s some special secret, but it’s just practicing good habits. Everything comes down to eating well, exercising, and getting rest. Of course I get off track sometimes just like everyone and have a hard time staying as “healthy” as I would like!

    Do you have any hobbies?

    I’m one of those people whose life revolves around their work. Before I transitioned to modeling full-time, it was my hobby.  Now it’s my hobby, my job, and my whole life! It can get crazy and overwhelming but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

    Which flavor best describes you?

    I’d say something diverse and complex – like a flavor that starts out as one thing and then takes you to another flavor. I can be fun and sweet, but I also get very focused on work and I think that would be a bold flavor.

    How much of a foodie are you?

    I’d say I’m kind of a foodie – I don’t really like to cook, but I love to eat! I’ll try most foods at least once. Dumplings are my favorite and I have a huge sweet tooth.

    If you could have a super power, what will it be?

    I’d want to control time. I feel like my schedule is always crazy and I’d love to be able to slow time down sometimes. Then again, being able to speed time up would be great while traveling from place to place!

    Is there something you totally don’t get about guys? 

    I think guys are pretty straight forward in general, they aren’t any more unusual than anyone else – It’s individuals who can sometimes be confusing. Who knows how someone is going to act in any given situation?

    Hi everyone. I am Candace, and I am from Hong Kong. I am a mom of 2 girls. I quit my job after I delivered my elder daughter and worked as a full time mom for more than 10 years. Around 4 years ago, after my little one went to primary school, I started my career again. And now I am simply the slash generation of everybody mentioned, I am a mom / housewife / writer / cooking teacher / blogger / food artist.

    How did your interest in cooking start?

    I cooked since I was a little kid in primary school. I lived with my grandma when I was a kid, she was the only one who cooked for whole family. My family was quite big, in a small apartment, there lived my 3 aunts, 2 uncles, my mom, my sister, grandpa and me. You know, grandma is getting older and older, it was quite difficult for her to handle such big task. When there was no one able to help her, I came out and told grandma that I would be her side kick in kitchen. And so…I started my cooking at primary 4. I enjoy cooking, or you may say, I enjoy the lovely time in the kitchen with my grandma.

    Where do you get your inspiration to have such beautiful food creations?

    Thanks so much for your kindness. Mostly I got inspiration from my 2 daughters and their friends. As a full time mom, I am the only one who takes care my girls. I stay with them most of the time of a day, I know everything about what they like, and what is popular among kids. Sometimes, I just try to pick out some of their daily life, and make it with a famous cartoon characters, and turn them into food. For example, I made a sleeping Rilakkuma rice ball, with a piece of egg sheet as a blanket but it fell off Rilakkumra’s tummy. That’s exactly what I saw in the morning of my girl sleeping in her bed. It was quite funny. And I do really enjoy making all little daily things into edible creations.

    Is there any food you will never eat?

    Hm…actually I am not a food picky lady. I eat everything. If you really need me to mention one kind of food which I really avoid, I would pick food which are made of food coloring. No matter that is the beautiful decorated cookies, cupcakes or those Chinese colorful tangyuan. I just feel…they are so so so full of chemicals.

    I used to make tangyuan once with food coloring, and I found once the food coloring left on your hand, it would be quite impossible to wash it off. Imagine what happened inside your tummy when you ate a load of food coloring food? I can only imagine a colorful inside part of the body…that’s so disgusting, right?

    I did tell my daughters about the food coloring stories, and they are just same as me, feeling disgusted of all food which made of food coloring…

    Do you have any other hobbies?

    I like drawing too, but am not really good… When I have a free weekend at home, I would love to take out a piece of canvas and some paint brushes and start painting. I enjoy the time of being alone by myself, and concentrate on working out with color. That’s a very relaxed and chilled moment to myself.

    If you could have a superpower, what will it be?

    If I could get a superpower…I wish I could walk thru people, like what a ghost could do. XD. You know, I live in HK, even at the very downtown of HK. Once I get out of my home, there are already millions of people all around me. Some of them are tourists from China walking with big suitcases. It is really difficult to get your way among that big amount of people. Especially when you are in rush, you wanna walk fast, but sorry…there are thousands of people right in front of you blocking your way. So…I wish I can just walk thru them to save a lot of my time….

    Have you done something embarrassing before that seems funny now?

    well…I got a memory which always come up from my mind. I believe I would keep in my mind for my whole life…and it was rather embarrassed even now…

    When I was kid, my family love to cut my hair short, very short. Not only like shoulder length short, but short like a boy, with only like 2-3cm hair left on my head. My family said it was much easy to handle, and kids dun need to care about the hair… I was really upset and hate my hair style for my whole childhood.

    I remember one day when I was something like 6 or 7, the first 2 years of my primary school. On the day, I wore the set of PE uniform, something like a polo shirt and a pair of shorts. There were no differences between boy and girls’ PE uniform. At recess time, I went to the girls toilet as usual, but I was caught by a elder girl who was in senior primary class. She told everyone around her that she found a boy inside female washroom…there were some other senior kids said I was maybe a girl as my face looked so girly…it was so super embarrassing to a little kid like me. Anyway, I was saved by a teacher who told everybody that I was a girl.

    What is a typical day like for you? 

    Wow, I wake up quite early everyday, at 5:30am! Hahah. Even if I woke up that early, but mornings are still so rushed to me, as I have to make 3 lunchboxes to my 2 daughters and my husband, together with their breakfast.

    After sending them off to school and work, I will start my daily routine of housework. Then I will do some writings or food creation on the day so I don’t need to work outside of home. Unfortunately, I am quite busy on so called “out of the home” work, video shooting, teaching classes, events or some workshops…. But I still try my very best to make all the work done by 3 o’clock, that’s my 2 daughters finished school time. Then I will turn myself back as a full time mom…

    After my girls go to bed at around 10pm, I will start my own work again… writing, research or reply emails. I worked till quite late like 12am. Yes…I dun sleep much, I sleep enough. But I do very enjoy my work. I love working. I am what people called a “Fxxking workaholic”.

    Thank you for taking the time to answer our questions Candace. One question before we end, how do you define “sexy”? 

    I believe ….Sexy comes with age. When I was a young girl, I always admired those a little bit mature ladies who were in their 30+. I thought they have kind of a woman charm which come with age and experience. They stand out with confidence, perfect posture and beautiful curve, and you know it could never able to find on a teenage or 20+ girl. At that time, I really wish I could be something like them one day…

    And now, I am at the age of what I want to be. I dunno if people think I am sexy or not. But I still believe woman with confidence are pretty and sexy, and yes…I am ok sexy to my opinion. Hahaha…

    Hi Akemi, it is a pleasure to feature you on SimplySxy. Please share with our readers a little bit about yourself and where you’re from?

    Hello there! My name is Akemi Hogan and I am a model and cosplayer born and raised in Southern California, I’ve been modeling since 2010 and cosplaying since 2013. I’m currently going to school for Apparel Production and Design, but creating costumes is my real passion! My likes include cats, mac and cheese, Overwatch, and League of Legends. My dislikes are sharks, cucumbers, and chipped fingernail polish.

    Did you get started into modeling or cosplaying first?

    I  first started modeling back when I was still in high school as a source of income and as a creative outlet, but I ended up discovering cosplay entirely by accident much later on! My little sister had visited AX for the first time to attend a few panels, and fell in love with the idea of dressing up at conventions. She said: “It’s so awesome, it’s like Halloween every day over there!” So we started cosplaying for a couple years, not even knowing that what we were doing was called cosplay! I of course, ended up falling in love pretty hard, considering that now it’s a part of my job.

    What is your most memorable photoshoot experience so far?

    My most memorable photo shoot experiences are all with Saffels Photography, he is a genius! The final images just turn out that much better when you have another creative mind to bounce ideas off of before, during, and even after the photoshoot.

    How long does it take you typically to create a costume from scratch?

    Depending on the complexity of the costume, it can take me a couple weeks to a few months to finish a costume. For example, my Steampunk Harley Quinn only took me a week to complete, but my Witch Mercy took me approximately four months!

    Is there something in life you can never get enough of?

    Good ol’ mac and cheese! The perfect breakfast, lunch, and dinner food~

    If you could travel to anywhere in the world for a vacation, where will it be?

    I would love to take a vacation to Japan, especially Kyoto during the winter. The food, culture, and atmosphere is all something I’m dying to experience!

    Which was the last movie you watched and was it any good?

    Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. Not as good as the first one in my opinion, but I still enjoyed it!

    What turns you off on a date?

    The biggest turn off only applies to me… I cannot stand it when someone tells me I look like Jennifer Lawrence. I have absolutely NO clue where people get this from, I’m half Japanese for crying out loud!

    I believe that “sexy” means that your brimming with self-confidence, which is something that I’ve only been able to achieve through cosplay. I think that’s why I love cosplaying so much, is because it makes me feel incredibly sexy!

    When and how did you get started into modeling?

    When I was about 16, I had my first photoshoot. It went from there really.

    Is there a memorable modeling or photoshoot experience you can share with us?

    I’ve done some really cool ones, with some of the most beautiful vintage hair styles. I did a shoot in the forest once but the weather was torrential, I was wearing a corset too! It was crazy, but the pictures look so moody.

    How will you describe a typical day for yourself?

    It always starts with a good breakfast, I love pastry! It depends, on whether I have Uni or a job. My day will always involve writing something online though – lately its been with my new blog PalsyVibes. Also I watch a lot of films.

    Do you have any guilty pleasures when it comes to food?

    Pastry, but I’m not guilty about it. I make a lot of one pot dishes and they always seem to taste better the next day!

    Is there anything in life you can’t get enough of?

    Hmm, like what? Peanut butter, Kit Kats and Chanel lipstick.

    If you could have a special or super power, what will it be?

    I’d love to pop up around people when they need me most, like a magical genie.

    Which is the lamest or funniest attempt a guy has tried to know you?

    Oh I’ve had some really weird things, it cringes me out when a boy will try to hard and pretend to know about my disability when they only have one motive in their head! Sometimes I get compliments from strangers online too and when I don’t respond they can get nasty!

    Kia Ora! I’m Kiki Kisses from the corner of the world that is New Zealand! By day I am a graphic designer and digital marketer and by night I shimmy around the stage as a burlesque dancer. My friends describe me as a fizzy unicorn! I’m the reigning Miss Burlesque Beauty and Miss Frankton Thunder, which has helped immensely with my pin-up modelling!     How did you interest in burlesque start?

    I spent my childhood making googly eyes at classics like Grease, Dirty Dancing & Fred Astaire movies which started with vintage fashion and naturally progressed into the glitz and glam that is burlesque. I’m a magpie at the best of times!

    Is there a story behind one of your tattoos?

    There is a story behind every single one! The one I would have to say means the most is my wrists. In Scottish Gaelic they say “shall be Merry” “shall be Frank” but it’s a bit of a play on words. The obvious – ‘Be Happy – Be Honest’ but also, my grandparents names were Mary and Frank.

    Do you have a memorable photoshoot experience to share?

    The most memorable to date would be when www.rikmedia.nz (Richard) and I went on a full day shoot in Northern NZ!

    From 5am to 6.30pm, we shot in beaches, forests, rivers, waterfalls and even glow worm caves! It was a fun, but very tiring day!

    What is a typical day like for yourself?

    Typical day consists of me getting up – usually lying in for 20min and the other 20min frantically trying to get out the door. Heading to work during the day – designing, filming or on the computer. Head to the dance studio for a couple of hours and then home to diamante or something else creative.

    Do you have any other hobbies?

    I make acrylic earrings at the moment. I work for an art supply company – so I’m always finding an excuse to buy some new products and be creative!

    How long do you think you’ll survive a zombie apocalypse?

    HA!!! Not long at all – I’m one of the clumsiest people you’ll ever meet – especially when I’ve had a glass or 6 of bubbles! Haha

    One thing I find super sexy is when someone is being them genuine selves. I admire people that can just let their freak flag fly without caring what others think. You do you!     What I’m wearing really depends on my mood. If I’m not in the mood I’ll wear some basic leggings and top. But if I’m happy or excited, I’ll dress something sparkly which is screaming. So, my style is mixed, it’s casual, sporty and sexy in one.

    Is there a preferred side you have to taking selfies?

    Actually it exists. It’s my left side! I do not know why but I just prefer this side. For me, everything is about good lighting and nice makeup.

    What hobbies do you have?

    With stuyding I don’t have so much free time. So Instagram and blogging are my hobbies in some way.

    Definitely Lady Gaga’s meat dress !

    If you dropped everything and went on a road trip, where would you go?

    I would like to travel around the world. But in fact, it is most important for me to be in good company with the right person.

    I was discovered by a small agency when I was 16.

    How will you describe a typical day for yourself?

    My typical morning is starting with a green tea, light breakfast and straight to the gym to keep my body toned 🙂

    Yes whatever side my hair looks good on the day haha.

    Where can we catch you partying most of the time?

    Whatever club I’m hosting at the time, usually always on the dance floor hahaha.

    What is the funniest or lamest attempt a guy has tried to know you? 

    The most awkward, is when someone sees me but doesn’t say hi, then messages me, ‘hey I think I just saw you”.

    Hi Kaela, thank you for taking the time to answer our questions.  Please share with our readers a little about yourself and where you’re from?

    I am simple and complicated. Shy and adventurous. Gentle and fierce. Flexible (literally) and stubborn. A skinny girl with a chubby face, pouty lips and perky butt, who loves junk food and eats a lot!

    I have no direction sense, I love pink and army green, chocolates, desserts, soft toys and lilies. Weak when it comes to love. I am a shopaholic, buying things mostly on Taobao at a fraction of what it is selling outside. I love to dress up but I am so lazy…

    How did you get started into modeling?

    I started modeling when I went for a makeover. The photographer loved the results and asked if I would like to take more photos for free. I was ecstatic! Being treated like a princess with my make up and hair done by someone and free photos to keep, why not?!

    My very first shot was with the photographer and he was just testing the lighting.

    What is your proudest achievement so far?

    Winning the first prize SGD 30,000 on channel 5’s Family Talent Time with my family when I was 9 years old. We were like a mini circus, each of us had a different skill, I was a contortionist.

    What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

    Plenty! Sleep, watching movies, TV series, reading, cooking, baking and modeling.

    How much of a foodie are you?

    I am a Singaporean! This place is a melting pot of all the fantastic food from all the different cultures! Of course I am a foodie! Plus I do not put on weight.

    Which was your last movie watched and was it any good?

    I watched Kong Skull Island. It is alright. Not my kind of movie. Typical story line, where you know who will die. I am not sure what is the purpose of having the Chinese Actress Jian Tian on the movie? She barely has any dialogue or action. I guess the saving grace of the movie is the action and great CGI!

    If you could time travel, where will you wish to go to?

    How many times can I travel? If it is just once I would want to travel to the past, probably 911, evacuate the building and save as many people possible. Tell my past self about my future, which are the boys I can avoid. Tell myself to spend more time with my grandfather when he is still around and ask my aunt to check for throat cancer. Perhaps she would be here now.

    What do you find attractive about the opposite sex? 

    Looks, he can be short or tall but he can still be very handsome. He can be slim, fit or chubby, but he can be cute like a teddy.
