A Brief Guide On Vagina Tightening: What You Really Need to Know

Vagina tightening is something on the rise. Thanks to porn stars and celebrities’ pressure have been building for a woman to have tighter “designer” vaginas and some woman will go to great lengths to get the results they desire. Some woman even turns to surgery to get their vagina looking and feeling the way they want, but – like most things like this – surgery is a risky, expensive option so many other women use different methods like creams, pills or certain exercises to tighten their vaginas or pelvic floor. Whether you’re curious or thinking about having your vagina tightened. Here’s the ultimate guide to vagina tightening that you need to know.

  •       Surgery

Vaginoplasties have been growing in popularity in recent years. The surgery exists to reshape the vagina in order to make them “tighter.” Celebrities and magazine articles have boosted the chat about vaginoplasties, often talking about how great they are but, surgery for woman’s genitals isn’t condemned by professional gynaecologist unless it’s required after childbirth.

Not only that but if you choose to go down the surgery route it’s a very expensive option costing several thousand, depending on where you go. The risk factor can also be high. As with any plastic surgery, the chances of botched surgeries occurring are more likely and if you choose to have a child and you’ve had vaginal surgery the chances of being a complication increases.

  •       Pills and Creams

Pills and creams are also something that’s available for a woman to use that’s a great deal cheaper than surgery, but the truth is these are mostly bogus. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that taking pill isn’t going to do anything to your vagina and a lot of the creams that are on the market contain an ingredient called glycerine which you should stay away from as it’s been proven to cause vaginal or yeast infections. Honestly, it’s probably just better to save your money with this one.

  •       Pelvic Floor Exercise

Pelvic floor exercises are also something that a lot of celebrities and media outlets have been talking about and this method is worth the chat. Pelvic floor exercises can be done at home with the use of a trainer (a tool that you can buy in certain shops or online) – which can be pricey we’ll admit – or without one. Doing these pelvic floor exercise can help support your pelvic floor organs, like your bladder or your uterus etc, and tighten the muscles around the vagina. After doing pelvic floor exercises for some time most women agree that sex has improved for them which just adds to the list of benefits. However, it’s worth noting that pelvic floor exercises only strength your vagina and doesn’t change its appearance so if you were hoping for a “designer vagina” this method won’t work for you.

So there you have it. A brief guide on the methods of vaginal tightening. While surgery isn’t recommended whatever option you make, that’s up to you and no one else. Like with all these things, it’s important to do your own research.
