    I am 27 years old and originally from Switzerland. I moved two years ago to Miami for a new start and new experience.

    How did you get started into modeling?

    Through Lee from LHGFX. I met him almost 2 years ago at Starbucks and he talked to me about fitness modeling and that I have a lot of potential, I took it very seriously and made a dream a reality.

    What is your workout regime like?

    I train 7 days a week and I split my training.

    What is the best compliment you have received?

    You’re beautiful from the inside and outside.

    Funniest or most embarrassing thing that has happened to you?

    Haha, I am very clumsy and embarrassing and funny things happen daily to me.

    If you could choose to learn anything in this world, what will it be?

    If I could learn a skill, it is to beat every illness in the world to save lives.

    What motivates you?

    That I have the ability to work for my dreams, not everyone can do it and I am very grateful for it.

    How will you describe an ideal date?

    Lots of laughter and good conversation.

    Hi SimplySxy! Thank you for interviewing me 🙂 I’m very flattered haha! I’m currently turning 21 in October this year and I’m a medical student in the Nanyang Technological Univeristy (NTU). I’m from Singapore 🙂

    How will you describe your fashion style?

    Homeless. I’m chilling in my sweats with my hair up 90% of the time. Either that, or I wear a dress because I’m way too lazy to pick out two articles of clothing. Haha but when I do actually bother to dress up, I make sure I’m never half-assed about it. I’d describe it as bold but not outrageous – the fine line between attention-grabbing and over the top.

    How did your develop an interest in fitness and what is your workout regime like? 

    I had serious body image issues when I was growing up, so I started out purely with the intention of wanting to lose weight. I did a lot of cardio and I joined a sport, where my coach first introduced me to weights training. However, I only started developing a real interest in fitness when I used to go out with someone from our local fitness industry.

    In the beginning, all I wanted to do was to know more about fitness just to understand more about his lifestyle and passion. He debunked so many myths about fitness that I initially had, the most important one being that girls would look manly if they started lifting heavy, taught me so much about diet and nutrition, as well as motivated me. I also started to get to know more people in the local fitness industry, all of whom made a contribution in kickstarting my fitness journey, be it bringing me into gyms, giving me advice or drafting out workout plans for me.

    As for my workout regime, I train on average 6 times a week, making sure that I hit every muscle group at least twice each week.

    Do you have any guilty indulgences when it comes to food?

    I strongly believe that there are no bad foods, only bad portions. One piece of chocolate isn’t going to set you off from your fitness goals if you’re able to fit it into your diet to suit your daily macronutrient needs. That being said, I definitely have a weakness for dessert and pancakes. I’m always saving up calories just so I can eat those.

    What’s the sexiest item in your wardrobe?

    Can I please not talk about my underwear on the internet lol.

    What is the secret behind you looking so gorgeous? 

    Haha wow this question definitely threw me off, thanks for thinking that I’m gorgeous. I am not trying to humble brag or fish for compliments here but very honestly in my own opinion, I think that I’m very average looking. If you have a different opinion from that, I’m definitely flattered. Just that occasionally, I make the effort to dress up, look nicer than usual, spend a bit more time trying to get my camera angles right. This is the only part that you get to see on the Internet. I don’t live up to that all the time, in the same way I don’t live up to my passport photos and yearbook photos all the time lol.

    Lamest pickup line or attempt a guy has used on you? 

    I can’t decide which is worst lol.

    Hi Jason, thank you for taking the time to answer our questions on SimplySxy. Can you share with our readers a little about yourself and where you’re from?

    Thank you for the interview. I am from Singapore and currently I am a certified personal trainer. Besides personal training, I do modeling as well. I joined contests such as Manhunt and CLEO bachelor in the past while I was modeling. Now I am focused more into physique and fitness model competitions.

    How do you motivate yourself to pursue and maintain your dedication towards fitness and health?

    There are actually two key reasons to my dedication. Firstly, as a short term goal I hope to encourage and inspire my fellow peers who have just started out at their fitness journey. My goal is to compete overseas in hope to achieve some titles in the near future. I hope to be a role model for the younger men in Singapore being able to make that small difference at making a mark for our country on the international platform.

    Secondly, I feel like I have a responsibility to my fans, for their ever growing support always. I need to keep myself at my tip top condition, always moving forward, body, mind and soul. I am a man of my word and not someone who is just all talk and no action.

    What is your regular exercise regime like?

    Generally I work out 5 times a week, hitting different body parts at every session. Currently I am hitting my back twice a week as it is my weaker part and I focus on cardio once or twice a week. Currently I am not preparing for any competition hence I am only doing cardio at this frequency.

    Do you indulge in any guilty pleasures from time to time or do you stick to a strict diet?

    Yes, my diet is pretty much the same almost everyday and I try my best to stick to it as they contribute towards my goals. I do have my cheat meals like twice a week where I can eat anything I want. My favorite cheat food has to be ice cream!

    You’ve won many awards and participated in various competitions before. Which one will you say is most memorable to you?

    I would say Manhunt International 2012 was quite memorable. I didn’t win that contest, but I got ranked 5th across 58 countries, the highest for Singapore ever.

    I joined Manhunt during 2009 prior to the 2012 pageant, it has proved to me that this time round it was like a validation for myself. I had improved a great lot. Lastly, it was really heartwarming that my family flew to Bangkok to give me their full support. I am glad I didn’t let them down.

    Is there a way to lose weight within a short period of 3 months?

    Yes definitely, provided if you were consistent and hardworking enough. Keeping straight to a good diet (diet doesn’t mean not eating anything) accompanied by proper training, losing fats in 3 months is totally possible.

    What will you say is the common excuse most people have for not exercising enough?

    There are many reasons really, given our busy schedules, I will not say that it’s an excuse. Most people experience problem finding time to exercise, because they think it’s too troublesome. After a long day at work, to imagine that they have to travel to the gym, wash up and work out then wash up again and head back home. This is a common hindrance for most working crowd.

    How often do you get girls coming up to you and what is it like?

    I get asked this quite often and sadly, I do not get any of them coming up to me. Believe it or not, no girls had ever asked for my number or fb or anything before. So, I am sorry I cannot answer this in an ideal manner. Hah!

    It’s a pleasure to feature you on SimplySxy and before we end, how do you define “sexy”? 

    Thank you for the opportunity as well. I think sexy has to be from your inner self. Being confident and accepting who you are and not afraid to show your true personality is sexy. There are many people out there trying to be someone whom they are not. I think just love yourself and portray your own personality and people will naturally like you.

    How did you develop an interest in body building?

    I developed an interest in bodybuilding when a friend introduced me to basic resistance training about 2.5 years ago. Seeing small changes and progress made me want to pursue bodybuilding further.

    What is your fitness regime like?

    To me, having time to train is a luxury. When I am not that busy (e.g when I am having holidays), I train about 5-6 times a week. I train legs once a week, back twice a week, shoulders and abs 2-3 times a week and arms once a week. I also do about 20-30 minutes of moderate to intense cardio after my training sessions about 3-4 times a week. When I am too busy with school or other commitments, I might reduce my training frequency to about 4 times a week instead and combining different muscle groups into one session.

    Do you have any favorite workout routines?

    I do enjoy doing supersets because it can save time and drop-sets to ensure I fatigue my muscles completely. I like doing the stair-master because it is rather challenging in a fun way.

    Is it possible to lose weight fast within a period of 3 months?

    It is possible to do it the right way in three months but I do not advocate anything too extreme or crash dieting because the harder you diet, the worst the rebound. I will suggest staying in shape/staying lean as a lifestyle and not giving yourself a specific deadline of e.g 12-16 weeks to achieve your goals. I had a bad experience with hardcore dieting for 12 weeks and even though I got pretty lean, my metabolism was in a bad place and I was suffering from slight metabolic damage. It took me more than 12 weeks to recover my metabolism and to successfully reverse diet to the point where my metabolism was running normally again. Hence, the best “diet” to be on is a diet that can sustain you for life and not something that sets you up for failure, rebound and body fat overshooting.     Can you afford to indulge in guilty pleasures or do you follow a very strict diet?

    Yes, most definitely. Personally, after about 2 years on my “fitness journey”, I have learned that our body does not know what “clean” food is and what “dirty” food is. It’s really just a myth and Bro-science. I don’t believe in following a very strict diet anymore because it will only set myself up for failure as it is unrealistic and unsustainable. As long as I am able to incorporate treats into my diet and keeping it within my macronutrient allowance for the day, there will be no “damage” done and having treats does not mean “letting yourself go”, it simply means that I am not obsessive and much more flexible now. I can “diet” happily and still reach my goals without leading an extreme and rigid lifestyle. The key to a successful fitness lifestyle is happiness, sustainability and balance, and not forcing yourself to stick to a diet and workout regime you hate and then calling yourself “fitspo”.

    How do you motivate yourself?

    I find that as time passes, it’s no longer a matter of motivating myself but doing it because I love the lifestyle. When I am feeling very tired and unmotivated, I just tell myself that I will feel much better after the workout.

    If I had the chance to learn something new, it will be dance or video editing.

    What’s your fitness regime like?

    You can say that I am addicted to training as I train everyday! I adopt a split routine, training different muscle groups on different days.

    Monday: Legs

    Tues: Back

    Wed: Chest

    Thursday: Shoulders

    Friday: Arms + Cardio

    Saturday: Legs

    Sunday: Any lagging muscle group + Cardio

    I add in abdominal exercises based on feel twice a week!

    I’m a morning junkie so working out enables me to start my day on the right note.

    Where do you get your motivation from?

    I need no motivation because I love what I do! So in another word, I am self driven and motivated, my goals of getting better all the time keeps me going. I work hard, I see improvements, and I feel good. That is more than sufficient.

    Common excuses you hear about not exercising?

    “ Oh, I’ve no time. Too much work!”

    “ I don’t think it will make much of a difference”

    “ I am fit enough, exercising is not necessary”

    “I’ve accepted the fact that I am lazy.”

    What’s your favourite food?

    No one exact favourite. But cod fish, chicken breast, sashimi, dark chocolates, ice cream and smoothies are on the top of the list!

    How is your diet like?

    I watch what I eat very closely to ensure I can stay relatively lean all year round. Definetly not to look like how I was on stage, but good enough to be called for an ad hoc photoshoot.

    It isn’t difficult for me to eat clean because I don’t fancy fried oily food either. I am also a person pretty adverse to change to food(picky eater), so my weekly diet is generally the same!

    Monday to Sunday Breakfast:

    Protein Bar + Bread + Peanut Butter + Shake + Chia Seeds (optional)

    Weekdays lunch & dinner:

    Meals at Wafuken in Asia Square Mall Tower 2.

    I take exactly 10 meals per week there, and this is of no exaggeration at all. You can say that I am addicted because they serve delicious clean Asian fusion Japanese style cuisine, which I can never get sick of! As mentioned earlier, I am very cautious about ensuring I get the right nutrients I need on a daily basis, so having my meals at a place I trust makes it all simpler than to think of different places to eat everyday.

    Weekends lunch and dinner is where I do some research for food hopping! Anywhere with a good serving of protein, I am good haha.

    If you had the choice of any superpower, what will it be and why?

    I want to have the superpower of emptying my tummy whenever I want 😛

    Enabling me to eat loads of food, and just anything, without getting fat! I will be able to selectively remove all the excess food and unhealthy crap from the stomach after meals.

    Which cartoon character best represents you?

    I would say Popeye the sailor the man because he brings around spinach. As silly as it sounds. I bring around vegetables in my bag- celery/carrot sticks, corn, cherry tomatoes. All that snacks to keep me alive!

    What other hobbies do you have?

    I love to eat! I find joy in looking up for new places to eat, in particular Japanese buffets where I can go crazy on sashimi haha.

    Other hobbies would include dancing, something I’ve been doing since young. Though I haven’t been dancing as OFTEN, I still enjoy it very much! Hopefully I’d be able to plan out some time for it in the later part of the year.

    Craziest thing you’ve done?

    When I was 15, I felt that my life was too plain and decided to do something beyond the ordinary. I pencil rolled on the streets of Orchard Road, planked in the middle of the pavement, wore pyjamas and high heels, all for the fun of it.

    Thien: I am Vietnamese but was born and raised in Australia. I currently live in Sydney and work as a Personal Trainer/Martial Arts instructor running my own business, Hard Personal Training at Dong Thanh Alliance Martial Arts.

    SimplySxy: Being crowned Cleo Australia’s Bachelor of the Year 2014 is a massive achievement. Has a lot changed for you since winning the title?

    Thien: It is definitely a highlight of my life! I became an ambassador for Lenovo since then and have been given opportunities with agencies to further my modelling/acting career. Other than that, I am the same person with some nicer clothes and a more trendy haircut!

    SimplySxy: You must be even more attention from the ladies. Do you get a lot of request from females requesting to be their personal trainer?

    Thien: It is funny how I got more female attention after winning Cleo Bachelor. It may have been all a co-incidence? Haha. I get a lot of request to train models/actors that want to make it in the industry. I can’t complain. Loving it!

    SimplySxy: What are some fitness tips you can share to achieve that amazing body like yours?

    Thien: Eat well and train hard. Avoid the 3 white poisons in your diet; Salt, sugar and flour. Remember, it is 80% diet and 20% training to achieve that sexy body!

    SimplySxy: Have you gotten any weird or odd requests from female fans?

    Thien: Nothing too weird, yet. A female fan offered to be my Vietnamese tutor and others just asked for a selfie because they were in love with my smile.

    SimplySxy: What type of girls are you into?

    Thien: I am attracted to girls that a down to earth, ambitious and with just the right amount of independence. Girls that enjoy adventure and aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty tick my boxes.

    Thien: I envisage a candlelit dinner on a yatch or at least overlooking the city lights with a violinist playing my date her favourite song. A romantic stroll by the beach would follow ending with the two of us enjoying each others company whilst gazing at the stars. I must have seen this in a movie somewhere! lol

    XXX Fitness Tips to have Sex like a Pro

    Hello, I am Luke Hardy, a UK adult performer. I am a qualified personal trainer and an ex-commando. I am going to give you an example of a few of my exercises and tips to keep your body toned and in shape so you can give your girlfriend, wife or fuck buddy a good seeing to and look good whilst doing so! 1

    First of all,

    NUTRITION

    • Drink lots of water every day (2 litres). 3 litres on a training day.
    • Avoid fizzy drinks.
    • Drink green tea. It is a metabolism booster.
    • Avoid processed packet foods. They are full of rubbish.
    • Eat fresh meat, fish, nuts and seeds for plenty of protein.

    EXERCISES

    • Squats. Legs. Stand with your feet a little more then shoulder width apart, bend your legs keeping your knees behind your toes and sit down until your thighs are parallel to the floor.
    • Lunges. Legs. Stand up normally, step one foot forwards and bend both legs until your rear knee almost touches the floor. Come back up and change legs.
    • Crunches. Abdominals. Lie flat backed on the floor with your knees bent and your feet flat. Put your arms straight out and place them on your knees. Pull your back off the floor and reach over to touch your shins with your fingers.
    • Leg Raises. Lower Abdominals. Lie flat on your back with your legs out straight. Put your hands on your stomach and raise your legs until the back of your hips are lifted off the ground.
    • Wide Hand Press Ups. Chest and shoulders. Have your hands in a wide position whilst doing press ups.
    • Close Hand Press Ups. Arms. Have your hands almost touching whilst doing press ups.

    Complete each set of exercise for 30 seconds, 3 times through every morning when you wake up, take note of the number and watch the improvement week to week! When you feel ready, increase the duration to 60 seconds.

    This is enough to get anyone started on their fitness journey; I hope you have enjoyed reading!

    How Fitness Helps Prolong Being Physical

    It is no secret what is important to men and women, and when it comes to love and sex.  Each partner will tell you, regardless of their gender, “I want more, and I want it to last.”  Now, I am not trying to bring up any insecurity on anyone’s part.  I am simply trying to shed some light on a very simple situation to help both men and women make the most of their time together.  I am not going to speak for every woman, but for the women I know and for myself, “WE LOVE SEX”.  When we can get it, we want it to last, and as women we are willing to do our part, and we want our men to do their part as well.  I think most men do try, they just need information on how to beat the clock, so to speak.

    It is like when you go to the gym for a work out, or you go to work and you see the guy who is catching all the attention.  It happens for women too.  It is always the same ones.  The woman with the legs that go all the way up to her, oh yea, you know her.  Then there is the guy who has the “chick getters.”  The biceps that are so prominent underneath the sleeves of his polo shirt, you almost think that the shirt is tailored to fit that well.  It is those little things that catch the eye of the opposite sex.  Inevitably, we find ourselves staring at the ‘leggy’ girl to see what is on her lunch plate, or the guy with the ‘arms’ to see if that is a protein shake he is drinking?  We want to know their secrets!

    It is all physical and it makes us drive a little slower when we see the gym on the corner.  As the day comes to an end, you start thinking of how you could get a run in, or add a workout into your day.  The sex appeal is there and that insecurity comes sneaking up on you.  When you get home, and your partner is in the mood, you tend to think about how you will look in six months and it gets you through the time together.  It seems rushed though, and the old familiar argument comes back up, “You just aren’t into me, what’s wrong, don’t you find me attractive?”  “Is it someone else?”  How do you say, “Yes, it is someone else.”  “It’s me, wishing I were him, giving you what you want and need.”  Think about it.  Here she is thinking, “If I looked like her, he wouldn’t be able to keep his hands off me.”  Instead of sliding into home plate, he would still be caressing second base.  Maybe if we took things a bit slower, and realized first, be with who you are with.  Leave that guy at the office, and the girl with the sexy legs at the water cooler.  If you want sexy legs or flashy biceps, then get them.  However, those are just part of what brings us together.  It is part of the workout, part of the gym world and what happens to the body when you invest in fitness.

    Fitness is sexy.  Let’s not deceive ourselves.  However, let us start talking about the benefits of fitness, how it is related to sex, and how we can make the most of the time we spend together.  That is really what happens when we come together as intimate partners, or sexual partners.  We take our time with each other.  Instead of rushing off to the gym and walking in with our own agenda, which leads to us walking out disappointed, we make it about making improvements within.  Once you feel as if you are accomplishing something, that is what makes you come back for more.  If you can see or feel changes, especially if it is sexually, then chances are you have found motivation.  Men and women alike have what is known as Pubococcygeus muscles, or (PC) muscles.  Yes, who are we kidding, no one uses this term over dinner conversation, so this is something you may not have heard of before.  You may know the term pelvic muscles.  Those muscles for women that help you during childbirth.  For men, what about prostate health, or those muscles that make your penis move up and down?  These muscles are controlled with exercise, just like any other exercise.  There are exercises called Kegel exercises.

    These exercises provide strength, intensity and control.  Men and women can learn to strengthen these muscles.  Kegel fitness will stimulate the orgasmic response for both parties allowing resistance during intercourse.  This will make the time you have together last longer, right from the start.  The strength and resistance of the muscles of both man and woman, will intensify the orgasmic response.  During intercourse, it is natural for a man to thrust as the vagina tightens; however, if both parties practice Kegel exercises, when the man feels the tightening of the vagina, instead of thrusting, he can use those muscles to squeeze against the tightness.  This provides a different form of stimulation.  This is where the ability to control those muscles comes in.  A woman controlling her pelvic muscles, controls her orgasms.  Yes, orgasms.  A woman can have multiple orgasms; therefore, men have always felt at a disadvantage somewhat because of this.  Why should they?  A man controlling his pelvic muscles, controls his orgasms.  He experiences “dry” orgasms by controlling his ejaculation.  Whenever he feels orgasmic sensations, he can squeeze his pelvic muscles, thereby preventing the semen from being released, but still feeling the orgasm.
