Hi Lucy it is a pleasure to feature you on SimplySxy. Please share with our readers a little about yourself and where you’re from?

Hi guys! For the past 2 months I’ve been building an Instagram page dedicated to three major themes: Fashion, Makeup, Beauty. Although I’m fairly new to this, the publicity and attention I’m getting are unexpectedly a lot. Instagram is a great platform to start beauty blogging. I’m from New York and honestly, I haven’t gotten to know this city much until I started this page. New York is top-notch for photography and modeling around.

What perks do you love about modeling?

Opportunities. I’ve received many offers from companies with paid photoshoots and product promotion so not only am I enjoying the hobby I’ve picked up, I can also build a career off of it. I also love dressing up and finding new fashion or makeup trends to indulge in.

What do you usually do during your free time?

Besides taking selfies or surfing the web for beauty updates? Not much. Just kidding, I also enjoy a variety of other things besides beauty such as reading the news, cooking, online gaming, etc. I think it’s important to have a good balance of doing various activities other than focus on one thing in life.

How much of a party animal are you?

Haha, I’m a natural party animal. I love going out once in a while to enjoy the New York nightlife. It’s important to loosen up every now and then to break away from work and for me, partying is one way to do that.

Which is your proudest achievement so far?

My proudest achievement would have to be when I turned being laid off from a 5 year job to starting a photography blog and finding an even better job than I had before. Although I work hard on my Instagram page, I also spend much of my time working for my current full-time job to build an additional stable career path for myself. People are multi-talented by nature and one should always utilize their potential to the max.

Are you more of a bikini or lingerie babe?

I actually don’t do both since I’m more of a “casual-clothing” model hah. But if I had to choose, I’d be a bikini model. I enjoy outdoor scenery for my pictures and my favorite season is the summer.

If you could describe yourself as a flavor, what will it be?

Sweet. I’d like to describe myself as happy, optimistic, loving, friendly—everything that describes a sweet person. Oh, and I love desserts…which are sweet.

What is the lamest attempt a guy has tried to hit on you?

One time, a guy and I were flirting and he was talking about how the touch of his magic hands can make boobs bigger and I told him no wayyyyyyy. Well he’s my current boyfriend now. Lame.

I love sexy. Sexy is always fun to be and sexy is in anyone who wants to believe it. Sexy is when you dress how you want despite societal judgment. Sexy is pursuing a career that you’re passionate about. Sexy is fighting for what you believe in no matter the obstacles and differing opinions. Be sexy.

Five Outfits That Will Make Any Girl Go Wild

Alright guys, it’s time to talk about fashion. Wait, wait come back! Don’t you want to know how to make girls go wild? Now that I have your attention, it really is time to talk about fashion. No matter how you look or what you do, there are some outfits that will make any girl look twice. There are too many to count, so here are just five outfits, in random order, that will make girls go wild.
1. The Cowboy Look
Alright ya’ll, it’s time to pull out those cowboy boots and that plaid button down. Now this just may be a Southern Girl bias, but the cowboy look is just so sexy! Though this may work better if you live in the south, it’s still something that many women would go crazy over.

2. A Full Suit

If you’re going to a formal setting, going in a full suit is definitely going to get you some glances. Girls like a guy who’s important and classy, and walking around in a suit will give off that vibe! So, next time you’re going out to a formal event, or even somewhere with your friends, a full suit is sure to turn a head or two. Maybe even get a flirty smile.

3. Complimenting Colors
Now guys, I’m not sure if you know what colors compliment what and there isn’t an article long enough to explain it. Just know that black goes with anything and white looks great with dark colors. Mixing light and dark colors are a great example of color complementing. Pink and white is another good example, but that’s getting a little too complicated.
4. Military Suit*
Girls love a guy in uniform, and a military uniform is no exception. I have to say a military man has to be one of the sexiest people on earth. So to my military guys, if you’re off duty and out on the town, odds are you’ll find a girl who can take those buttons off with her teeth.
5. Leather Jacket

Now I don’t know what it is about a leather jacket, but seeing a man in one automatically makes them a hundred times sexier. Maybe it’s the “bad boys” complex that every girl goes through but never really get over.

And there you have it, here are five outfits, or outfit ideas, that are sure to get you at least a second glance from a cute girl on the other side of the room. The best part about this guide? The terms and items are so broad that you can customize each one of them however you like!
All in all, it doesn’t matter what you’re wearing, as long as it’s something that fits your personality and you enjoy wearing it, go for it! Just.. don’t go on a first date with ripped jeans and a t-shirt with holes in it. I hope you enjoyed this quick guide!

What Is Something Model Lauren Roth Can’t Ever Get Enough Of?

Hi Lauren, thank you for taking the time to answer our questions. Please share with our readers a little about yourself and where you’re from?

Yeah, no problem! A little about me: I graduated University a couple of years ago with degrees in Pre-Med Psychology and English. Recently I took some classes to be a certified interior designer. Mostly what I do is model and work as a paralegal. I’m originally from Chicago, but have lived in NY, LA, London and Paris. I mostly identify with living in Chicago and Paris. I speak fluent French so living in Paris was the best experience of my life.

What genre of modeling do you love to do most?

I love shooting high-end fashion. I shoot a lot of commercial work, mostly because that’s what pays, but I have fun on those sets as well.

Do you have any hobbies?

I love reading and writing. I’m working on a book and giving it the final tweaks. I’ve released a few articles for various magazines and online publications to promote it, but it that me crazy busy. Other than that, I love hiking and the outdoors. Obviously, I’m into interior design and putting together boards. I love making things and my next project will be making myself a new bed, so I’m pretty stoked.

Is there something you can never get enough of?

Books. I can never get enough books. When I’m on a specific subject I’ll usually get three to five books on it if it’s something I’m really into. I recently got done reading four books on Marcel Petoit, a serial killer from France during WWII. It had two things I love, history and the macabre.

Which is the sexiest item in your wardrobe?

I mean, I guess lingerie, since I get sent free lingerie all the time. But I think the thing I feel sexiest in is this forest green silk Burberry dress I own. It’s floor length with a train and has an open back. I’d say that’s pretty sexy.

What was your last movie watched and was it any good?

The last movie I saw was “Don’t Breathe” which was amazing. I did a bit of film studies so I’m really into cinematography and this film’s cinematography was incredible. I loved it.

If you could go back in time to live in a historical period, which will you choose?

That’s a hard one. I’d probably choose the Victorian Era in England. There were so many things going on and the world was changing at such a rapid pace. It would be incredible to watch that unfold.

What do you find attractive about the opposite sex?

Intelligence. Hands down. Looks come and go, but when I’m able to have an intellectual conversation, not just about superficial things but more meaningful and philosophical things, I find that to be insanely attractive.

It is a pleasure to feature you Lauren. One question before we end, how do you define “sexy”?

I’ve done a previous interview where I really went in depth to this, but I define sexy as a solely looks based way to define a person. Since it’s all about perspective, my version of sexy is more classic, Audrey Hepburn. Looking clean and well put together is sexier to me than the Marilyn Monroe version of sexy.

How Does Model Sasha Spend Her Weekends?

Hi I am 25, I have lived just about all over the state of Michigan from up north to downstate… I just can’t leave my home state! But I love to travel!

How did you get started into modeling?

I just have a love for photography and fashion, whether I’m in front of the camera or behind it.

Do you have a funny modeling experience to share?

This past summer I was shooting at Kensington Park, Detroit, MI and this crane kept trying to get in my photos. He eventually let me walk right up next to him and snap a picture!

What is the best compliment you have received?

That I am a good daughter, my mom means the world to me.

Do you have any phobias?

If I could sum it up, my fear would be the unknown. I guess you could say I like to be in control 😉

How do you usually spend your weekends?

I love shopping, playing dress up and believe it or not: eating!

Is there anything you wish would come back into fashion?

Yes!! Chokers, corsets, big natural hair, and 60’s eyelashes!!

Hi Moonie it is a pleasure to feature you on SimplySxy. Please share with our readers a little about yourself and where you’re from?

Hi! I am Moonie and I have a corky, boyish, and fun personality even though I dress more feminine than I act. Growing up I was the biggest tomboy until I hit the end of high school, where I was trying to figure out my style. Ever since then fashion has been a big part of my life. Like most girls, I love make up and have an obsession with lipsticks and experiment with all lips brands. Oh wait! Can’t forget that I love food, especially raw salmon! Enough talk about me and now to go on with where I live. I live in Canada in a town called Waterloo and I’ve been living here my whole live. You would imagine me loving the cold winter weather here in Canada but I actually despise the cold! Also, no I do not live in an igloo!

How will you describe your fashion style?

I would describe my style as minimal and unique. It is a little challenging when one asks about my style, in all honestly, I tend to go for whatever meets my eye. I love showing a bit of skin when it comes to clothing that ranges from showing the shoulders, collarbone, and stomach. Crop tops are my favorite and I can’t purchase t-shirts that go past my waist. I find that long shirts look odd with jeans. Anything with cuts, I love, and also if I see an extravagant article of clothing, I automatically purchase it without a doubt! I detest colours in clothing, while red and muted colours is the only consideration. Therefore most articles of clothing in my wardrobe are monochromatic.

What is your secret to looking so fantastic?

First off I would say, to looking fantastic, just don’t give a dahm about what others think. If you want to portray your style then go for it! I have beauty routines such as, facemasks, cleansers, and exfoliating. Other than that I am a night animal that sometimes sleeps at the latest 4am, I won’t be recommending that secret for anyone!

Do you have a preferred side when taking selfies?

Actually I do have a preferred side, well two! I take selfies while angling my head downwards or to my left side. I find that those angles portray my better sides. In reality, when taking selfies I go crazy and just move my head anywhere!

How much of a party animal are you?

Growing up in high school I was a really shy kid who didn’t like to converse with many people. After getting my first job at a university it was my job to converse with students. After that job I learned how to open up with others and become more talkative. Partying? Don’t get me started! I love EDM and when my jam comes on I literally dance my butt off. I love those funny events and stories after a good party! I don’t consider my self a big party animal, but I can be when I want to be!

If you could choose to learn anything in this world, what will it be?

Music has been my background for a while and singing was my forte. Because of that I somewhat learned the guitar, but I am far from mastering it. If I would learn anything in the world, I would learn how to play more instruments. I am always inspired my others who play the violin and piano so beautifully. Hopefully in the near future I will take on the challenge.

Which is the funniest or embarrassing moment that has happened to you?

This is both a funny and embarrassing story! Before my boyfriend and I were dating, we were invited to stay over my cousin’s condo for a hang out, and I had the biggest crush on him at the moment. We went down for a swim on the bottom floor, and after that swim we took the elevator back up, being me… I didn’t bring any bags to hold my clothes, so it was all juggled in my arms. While we were walking back my panties fell, and he picked them up and handed them to me and was like… Uhmm are these your underwear? I quickly snatched them away and rush into the room. It was before I got into my stage of wearing prettier undies! These undies had puppies and hearts on them!!! I was so embarrassed. But now it’s such a funny story!

How will you describe an ideal first date?

Going to somewhere where you can have fun and talk or get to know each other. To me, setting is not important. Being with that person is enough. I don’t have ideals on a lot of things, because sometimes those ideals are not met. I consider myself as a laid back person whom you can literally be yourself with and nothing too fancy. All in all, a first date should just be simple and a way to get to know each other.

This is a very generic answer, but I define sexy as being confident. Nothing is sexier than being confident in yourself. Rock everything that you are! Simple as that!

Many thanks to SimplySxy and a big hello to all the readers! It’s May here. I am a 26 years-old Chinese girl, was born in Malaysia, and I’ve been living in London for more than 4 years. I’m still in Uni at the moment, as a second year research student. Additionally, I’m also a Jo Malone London stylist, based on the Covent Garden Boutique.

How do you describe your fashion style?

Effortless is the answer! Haha! I wear what I feel good. I really admire French chic at the moment. I was reading a book called ‘Love x Style x Life’ by Garance Dore a while ago. It helps me a lot!

I would like to share some of my tips here.

Mix high & low (e.g. Celine bag with Zara coat)

Always say no to anything which does not flatter me.

I stock a lot of white, grey, camel, black color items in my wardrobe, as they’re always the best!

Where do you usually shop from?

Massimo Dutti, Banana Republic, The Kooples and Zara for clothing; Uniqlo for winter inner wear; Intimissi and Victoria Secret for lingerie! (They are always amazing!!! <3)

Are you a morning person or night owl?

Definitely a morning one! Nowadays, I always feel sleepy after 10pm and start to yawn… I know, it’s crazy…

Which cities are on your must travel list that you have not yet visited?

Svalbard in Norway, the best place to see the Aurora; Las Vegas, to act like a badass hahaha!

What beauty tips can you share to look so fantastic?

In London, the weather is different from back home, if I don’t look after my skin, it gets dehydrated easily. I always apply body cream on my full body… yes, it’s full body! My top favorite is Jo Malone London – Wood Sage and Sea Salt. It’s a very lovely scent! Moreover, I only wash my face once a day in the morning. I use Laneige sleeping mask almost every night. I love it very much, it always does fabulous job on me!

If you could have a superpower, what will you choose to have?

Invisibility. Imagine I follow the person whole day and do whatever I want just to drive he or she insane! Hahaha I am sure it will be fun.

Do you have any hobbies?

I like to travel and I like food or you can say I respect good food!! Hahaha!! One more, but I am not sure if I it’s a hobby… I love to lie on the beach the whole day doing nothing but just to tan my skin. By the way, Southern Europe has a lot of amazing secret beaches.

Hi Molly it is a pleasure to feature you on SimplySxy. Please share with our readers a little about yourself and where you’re from?

Hi everyone. My name is Molly and I’m from Bangkok, Thailand. I’m a proud mother of two boys. I have a strong interest for fashion, travel and blogging. I’m a true fashion addict and constantly on the lookout for the latest trends but the fashion of mine doesn’t mean it has to be always expensive, if you know how to mix and match, and make all those outfits suit with your character. As I mentioned, I love travelling the world to discover unique art and culture.

When and where did the inspiration to starting your website/blog come about?

My website and blogging were inspired by my Instagram followers/friends. I have had my IG account for quite some time but only since recently I have been very active. I have met many people through this platform who have been an inspiration to me. My decision to start a website and writing blogs also comes from my desire to show more of myself than just pictures.

Where do you usually shop from?

Good question! To be honest I don’t have a particular shop that I always go to. Sometimes I also buy them online and made so many mistakes on it. Typically, I stumble upon a good outfit. I do have a preference for a certain type of shop, namely the “boutique” style. Here I can find more unique outfits with the right cut. I have written about this on my blog: Tailor Made

Share with us 3 great things Bangkok has to offer!

Bangkok is located in Central Asia, and therefore very famous for tourists and businessmen. I’ll try to summarize the highlights for bangkok
1. I would recommend to see the beautiful temples that Bangkok has to offer.
2. Floating markets are very famous and should definitely be on your list.
3. And the last but not least is our night life. Bangkok is famous for its exquisite nightlife scene (as an extra I would like to promote the street food with all its variety of flavors and spices).
Are there any hidden gems in Thailand you can recommend for a getaway that most tourists don’t know about?

Thailand has many, many beautiful places and of course, many are very touristic. We have many small (nearly) un-touched islands that are breathtaking, and very quiet. If you want to leave the tourist areas and discover the real Thailand, then do some investigation and you’ll be amazed with what you might find!

What beauty tips can you share to looking so fantastic?

Thank you so much for such a great compliment, you can’t see but I’m blushing at the moment. I use certain products on a daily basis, particularly for my skin and my hair. I’m very proud of my hair as it’s very healthy. Other than that, I try to work out a few times a week to retain my health.

If you could have a superpower, what will you choose to have?

Hmmm… I would like to have a super mum power who can fly everywhere and who can lift heavy things up so I can lift up my children and fly to school to avoid the traffic in Bangkok.

Do you have any hobbies?

This might sound cliché, but as my social media takes up a lot of time, plus I enjoy doing it, you could say that is one of my hobbies. I enjoy shopping on some of Bangkok’s local market. I love cooking and I love to spend time with my friends and family.

Hello readers! OMG it’s my greatest honor to be featured by SimplySxy! Well, my name is Chelsea Ng and I’m from Malaysia! I was born and raised in a beautiful town, Kuantan where the Lynas are located at (and I’m thankful that I’m still alive, damn). Just completed my two year degree in Victoria University months ago and that’s the world welcoming me to the adult life!! Hahahahaa.

How will you describe your fashion style?

Honest speaking I don’t really have a specific style for myself though. It pretty much depends on my “mood of the day”. But one fact about my style is white. I am a forever #whiteaddiction, I don’t know why, it’s just like the world has only offered me one colour which is sadly white that I can’t even look into any other colour that fits me better than this loll.

Where do you usually shop and what are your preferred brands?

Oh well, this is the toughest question out of all LOL. Hmm.. I’m such an indecisive person. I don’t have a favorite brand. Actually I probably do, I love Forever21. I can’t really pick favorites because I’m just so indecisive.

Which is the most expensive item you have ever splurged on?

(*evil laugh*) I would say… lipsticks! I cry a little looking at the amount of money I have spent on lipsticks in the past couple of weeks.

What is your beauty regime like to looking so gorgeous?

I’m just gonna say, I’d never own myself any beauty product or skincare to sustain a flawless skin, yes not even a sunblock LOL. I often get scolded by my beautician but I’m just lazy to put on so many shit on my face. (I know I’m terrible). My basic essential is just, cleanser and toner, that is all.

How much of a foodie are you?

I don’t know if this question is asking about how much I can eat or how much knowledge I have about food. Well let me answer both. I enjoy food a lot, I love good food (I mean who doesn’t love foods???) but wait, one thing you gotta know about me is I LOVE BELGIUM WAFFLES super a lottttt, I gotta specifically state that because I honestly do love waffles a lot and even considered myself a waffle freak!

I hunt for good waffles very often. Do question me if you wanna know some great café for waffles! … (Yummm) Anyways, there’s still a long way to go before I can start calling myself a foodie because honestly I need to brush up a lot on my food knowledge.

What hobbies do you have?

DEFINITELY TRAVEL!

If you had the chance to travel to anywhere in the world, where will it be and why?

If I can travel to any country, I would easily go to America. I love America so much, there are still so many different places that I wanna see. I wanna go Florida, I wanna go DC and I wanna go back to Las Vegas so badddd. It was literally the most beautiful places that I have ever visited in my lifetime and yes, please take me back to Vegassss. Anyway, I have never been to Japan, it is also one of my very top wish list. It would be my next long vacay for sure.

Hello! I am from Malaysia and have been staying in Singapore since 11 years old. I am 19 years old this year, I am currently schooling in the University Of Bradford (MDIS). I love to blog and vlog about fashion, lifestyle and food related content, I also enjoy working out 3-5 times a week and play games like LoL.

What kind of fashion and styles are you into?

I like a range of fashion and styles, and it changes daily based on my mood and the event of the day. However, I basically am more into the pure and clean styles after getting influenced by my Korean boyfriend so I will tend to choose pastel color clothing.

Which is the best compliment you have received?

It is so tough to choose the best compliment because any compliment from anyone meant something to me but I personally think the best compliment anyone can receive will be about their inner beauty, like being kind and smart.

What is your favorite childhood memory?

My favorite childhood memory will be cutting random pieces of cloth and making shirt and dresses out of it and walking around my grannys’ house showcasing my own fashion pieces to my families. It was really fun doing that when I when I was young.

Do you have a favourite flower?

Definitely Baby’s-breath, it’s so beautiful.

If you could have a super power, what will you choose to have?

I will choose to have teleportation super powers so I can just magically appear at different places around the world, travelling around, taking photos and living the dream life.

What is one thing a guy should never do on a date?

A guy should never let a girl wait for too long on a date!

How will you describe an ideal date?

An ideal date, is one that’s filled with laughter and happiness and makes you feel good at the end of the day even after the date ends.

Hi Aldora thank you for taking the time to answer our questions on SimplySxy. Please share with our readers a little about yourself and where you’re from?

Hola! I am Aldora and I’m from the sunny island – Singapore. I am a freelance Beauty, Fashion & Lifestyle blogger and an avid instagramer for @Aldora_Muses.

Aldora means “Noble” in English and “Winged Gift” in Greek. I believe that I exist for the noble purpose to be a winged gift in everybody’s life – shedding light to the doubtful and showering joy to those who are down. Oh by the way, I am also nicknamed “Rabbit” as that is my zodiac sign.

When did you start blogging and made you do it?

I started my blog “Musings of a Rabbit” (now rebranded as “Aldora Muses” for a more personal touch) about 3 years ago when I was still dating my fiancé (now husband).

We were always exploring new dining places during our dates and I thought it would be interesting if I were to share my experiences with others via my blog. I established my presence in the blogging industry as a Food Blogger but am shifting my focus to Beauty, Fashion & Lifestyle over the years.

In addition to that, I am fond of taking photos and my blog is the perfect platform for me to showcase my photos.

Is there a particular fashion or style trend in Singapore?

I would say that a comfy tee paired with shorts/jeans and flip-flops would be our favorite casual weekend style. Singaporeans tend to be easygoing when it comes to dressing in view of the humid weather here.

Name one instance of a fashion catastrophe you have witnessed?

I prefer not to highlight anything too negative here but my pet peeve will be sighting butt cracks with low-waisted jeans that are too loose. If I must list an instance.

What other hobbies do you have?

I enjoy online shopping, shooting OOTDs, café hopping, singing and watching the television whenever I am free.

If you could have one chance to learn something about the future, what will it be?

I would love to learn more about the upcoming opportunities available for grabs so that I will be prepared to seize hold of every opportunity that comes my way immediately. Think of it as investing on something that is guaranteed to make you handsome profits – how exciting!

What is an ideal first date to you?

My ideal first date would be a romantic candlelit dinner at an exquisite restaurant followed by an awesome musical. Sounds posh but in reality, my first date was nowhere like that *HAHA*

What do you find most attractive about the opposite sex?

I find witty and charismatic guys most attractive. Having that said, I wouldn’t resist humorous ones though.

It’s a pleasure to feature you Aldora. One question before we end, how do you define “sexy”?

Thanks for granting me the feature. To me, “sexy” means being comfortable under your own skin and having the sense of empowerment to influence others. It can be difficult at times because we tend to be self-conscious but I think it is important that we must accept ourselves first in order to feel sexy and convince others that we ARE indeed sexy.
