    My name is Maryliza Campos and I live in Toronto, Ontario. I’ve been modeling for two years straight now and all I can say is it’s one of the most beautiful things that happened to me. I also, work full time as a flight attendant in Air Canada express.

    What do you love most about being a model?

    I started modelling two years ago. And I don’t regret anything about it. Because of it I get to gain my confidence and to experience all the fun about modelling. I guess the one thing I really love about it is seeing my work turn out to be more beautiful than I expected, and also how the public people will see me as a different person.

    Which challenges did you face when you started into being one?

    I face so many judgement even when I’m applying to an agency. They judge me before knowing me and that would probably hurt the most. But I don’t ever use it against me, instead, I use it to have the power to stand up and show them they’re wrong.

    Where do you get your fashion inspiration from?

    Since I was a kid, my fashion inspirations came from my favourite cartoon TV series ‘Totally Spice’. There’s always an episode of them wearing cute clothes and that’s when it hit me. I want to try to mix and match when it comes to fashion. But now I look up to Kendall, Hailey, and Naomi for inspiration. I want to be like them in the future. 

    How do you like to spend your free time?

    I’m a full time flight attendant and usually, if they give me a proper day off, I spend my time traveling to other destinations. I always look at that life is short and we shouldn’t waste the beautiful parts of it. Or sometimes, I hang out with my friends to catch up.

    Which is the best compliment you have received?

    Lately, I’ve been working with a few clothing companies and they’re the ones who keep showering me with beautiful comments about my work and because of it, they don’t know how much they helped me to boost more of my confidence. And probably the best compliment I have received is when they always tell me, ‘you don’t have to put so much effort, all your pictures always comes up nicely’

    If you meet anyone past or present, who will it be?

    If I would want to meet someone from the past, that would be my grandfather. He always gave us wisdom advice about life and I think that’s what we need in life. And for the present, I would like to meet my long time idol in life and that would be the people who inspire me to open my heart to fashion.

    What is the worse pickup line or attempt you have experienced?

    People who try to give me pick up lines or attempt to do it, I never in my entire life discriminate it. I always find it cute and appreciate the effort of making me happy through the day.

    I define sexy in many forms, and everyone has its own way to show it. And for me I define sexy as sweet and painful.

    My name is Lauren Burch, and I am an 18 year old model and YouTuber. I have a twin sister named Julia Burch, and I danced competitively for six years growing up. I was born and raised in Ontario, Canada. However it is my dream to move to Los Angeles, California as soon as possible.

    Where did your inspiration to be a model come from?

    My inspiration to become a model definitely came from my twin sister, Julia Burch. She got into the industry a few months before I did, and after awhile, I became interested in pursuing the same kind of work as she was. It was definitely one of the best decisions I have ever made.

    What is your most fun or memorable modeling experience so far?

    My most memorable modelling experience was definitely both times I travelled to Los Angeles, California to shoot with my agent. LA is definitely my favourite place to be, so being able to model there was the best.

    If you could improve one thing about the modeling industry, what will it be?

    The modelling industry has come a long way when it comes to accepting all body types into the industry, however it still has a long way to go. Before I began modelling, I was still interested in that type of work. However, I always thought that I was too short to be a model. Luckily I was able to model despite my height. But I definitely hope that the modelling industry continues to become more open about accepting any and all body types.

    How do you like to spend your free time?

    I definitely love to spend my time either hanging out with friends, partying, and just being outside. Although I am very shy, I love to be out and doing things. I am a very active person and I love to be out and have fun!

    What have you always wanted to do but have yet to find the time for it?

    I really want to start going to the gym more. I am already really proud of my body, but I would love to go to the gym more, just to tone my body a little bit more, and because working out is very good for mental health. I have a gym membership, but I just need to find some time to actually go!

    Would you rather be able to mind read or teleport?

    Definitely teleport. Just because reading someone’s mind would be really interesting, but it could have some negative outcomes from it as well. Such as hearing someone’s negative thoughts about you. But being able to teleport would be amazing because travel would be free, easy, and you would never have to buy a car or board a plane. Just lots of travel!

    What is a funny or awkward attempt a guy has tried to know you?

    There are too many to count hahah. But there was this one guy who offered me $2000 in cash just to go on a date with him. I said no lol.

    I think that “sexy” is completely relative to the person. It is impossible to define a word that changes per person. For example, some person might find slim thick sexy, whereas another person may specifically only enjoy tall slim girls. So I think that any body can be sexy. Everyone is beautiful in their own way, and anyone can be sexy.

    Learning how to bake a cake and decorating it, seriously. I really want to do it, but yeah I have no time.

    How long have you been cosplaying and why do you love it?

    I’ve been cosplaying almost three years, the most exciting part about cosplays are having the chance to portray my favourite characters from my favourite series, and studying on new make-up styles for every character when cosplaying.

    I’m very thankful to have so many people, especially Mai Team, who loves what I’m doing while I can enjoy what I love.

    Which characters do you love to cosplay and why?

    Actually there are a lot of characters that I love, but haven’t had chances to cosplay as. Other than that, my current waifu(s) which I had cosplayed the most times are Rem from Re:zero, Mash Kyrielight from Fate series, Unicorn & Takao sisters from Azurlane, Theresa from Honkai Impact 3, and Uraraka Ochako from Boku no Hero Academia etc.

    These characters are mostly having gentle and soft characteristics, which I couldn’t resist their bashful smile. I’m always attracted by cute and sexy characters, but they are also powerful and strong at the same time.

    Which is a memorable cosplaying experience you had that you can share with us?

    The most memorable cosplaying experiences are the moments when I get to met Mai fans. I remembered every time when Mai fans told me how much they love me and why; while some of them also remembered my favourite things and brought it to me no matter how far they’re from. They made my cosplay life so happy and enjoyable, as they always told me they will love me no matter what I do. I’m so thankful to have them in Mai life, I never knew I could be so important until I met them.

    Especially this year, I’ve received a lot of encouragement and support from Mai dear fans, and I’m also very thankful for having opportunities to work with amazing people and companies from local to overseas.

    What is the best compliment you have received?

    The best compliments are when people want to take photos with me, and tell me I look exactly the same as the character. I’m also very happy when I receive kisses and hugs from girls, even when I’m exhausted from preparing and cosplaying the whole day.

    If you could be a superhero or super villain for real, who will it be?

    I wish to become a superhero that always puts smiles on their faces which can influence others to have positive minds. At the same time, they are strong and powerful, never give up no matter how difficult the situation is. I’ve always wanted to be like the characters who influence me, which are: All might from BNHA, Luffy from One Piece, and Sun Goku from Dragonball series etc.

    On a scale of 1-10, how much of a foodie are you?

    I will choose 9, as 9 is my lucky number! (jk)

    It’s because I’m especially fond of sweets and meat, but I don’t normally eat vegetables.

    What is a lame or awkward attempt a guy has tried to know you?

    The most awkward moment I remembered was that time, I had received a piece of tissue from a person, he requested me to sign on that tissue, while he doesn’t want to buy any of my merchandise or take photos with me. The thing is, my pen couldn’t write anything on that tissue paper… so I had to reject his request. But other than that, it was a funny experience that I first knew I couldn’t sign on tissue paper, haha!

    Sexy to me is confident, you are sexy no matter what body size and how you look from the outside, the important part is how you define yourself. Other than that, I think posing is also important in showing sexy; I’m always learning on how to pose in cosplay and modelling photography, as my job normally requires cute and sexy poses, so I had to be prepared to look ‘perfect’ in front of the cameras.

    I use to be a heavy smoker and a drinker and one day it just clicked that I didn’t want to be that person anymore – life’s short enough as it is … I might as well be the best me!

    How is your training regime like?

    It’s pretty intense. I’m not training for anything in particular at the moment but I just enjoy being pushed and learning new things.

    I always start the week with strength training for an hour with my PT, then the rest of the week is focussed on training. Thai boxing five times a week for 2/3 hours a time, followed by 7k runs, then I will finish the week with some heavy lifting! So it’s pretty intense for six day’s of the week!!!

    What favorite quotes or mottos do you like to use?

    A motto I go by is that you really don’t always need to ask anyone for their opinion on your life choices and desist one!

    Think how many things you could have achieved if you didn’t get put of by someone else’s point of view?

    Life is about taking risks!

    I wouldn’t have taken the dive to work for myself and quit the 9-5 if I had listened to people around me. I would still be working away minimum wage and for someone else to gain!

    Do you have any other hobbies and interests?

    Eating …. oh and holidays!

    I love working with children. Kids are awesome!

    Thank you for having me, My name is DJ Yukie from Bangkok, Thailand. I’ve been in the music industry for about 10 years now performing in clubs around the world, from America to Australia to Switzerland to France and throughout Asia.

    What inspired you to be a DJ?

    I’ve loved music since I was really young. My whole family is involved in music as well so it was an easy transition for me. I guess the first time I every really wanted to DJ was when my dad show me his vinyl collection and then I headed over to YouTube. That’s when I stumbled upon some DJ performance videos. I can’t remember who it was but it really sparked my interest and from there, the rest is history.

    Is it tough being a DJ and performing in front of crowds?

    I would say that it is just hard in the beginning but as you gain experience, it becomes second nature.

    What kind of music are you into?

    My favorite genre would for sure be hip hop and rap but actually, I am really into everything from bass house to dubstep, it really depends on the day. Some artists I think I couldn’t live without though would be rappers like J. Cole, Guru and Jazzmatazz. Jazzy music that is about life and staying motivated.

    Which is your go to drink you’ll always order at a club?

    I don’t drink often but if I had to say my go to would definitely have to be Vodka & Redbull. Have to keep the energy up.

    Do you have a beauty regime to look so fabulous?

    Yea of course. I exercise everyday, especially my abs to stay fit and firm. I also love to use waist trainer belts. Other than that I just make sure I always eat healthy and get lots of rest which is hard with the traveling nightlife schedule.

    Where can we catch you performing most of the time?

    I am always traveling and performing in different cities but my base would be in clubs around Bangkok. My IG @DJYukieMusic always has my updated schedule.

    What is a funny or lame attempt a guy has tried to know you?

    Haha funny question. Let me think. Mostly it comes in the form of texts. So many flirty and weird ones. Also people love to fight to get in the front row at my shows to try and get my attention while I’m performing. One moment that really sticks out was when a guy tried to climb the speakers yelling my name. Security handled that one real fast.

    What is your fashion style like?

    I definitely have a sexy fashion style. I love tight, form-fitting clothes that accentuate my assets. Like a pair of jeans and a low-cut top, or a tight dress, and always paired with heels!

    Have you ever been in an embarrassing situation before that is funny now when you look back?

    Oh I have tons! One that sticks out was I by accidentally sent a sext message to my ex-boss. I literally felt my heart drop in my chest once I realized it was sent to the wrong person. Luckily she found it pretty humorous, we laughed it off, and then I tried my best to suppress the memory haha until now!

    On a scale of 1-10, how much of a shopaholic are you?

    I would break the scale! I am like a 50. I have an addiction to lingerie, lipstick and heels. I cannot get enough!

    Is there any food or drink you don’t take?

    This may upset some people but I cannot stand avocado. I attempted to eat it twice, once on a burrito and another on toast, but could never get past the first bite.

    Which is the best compliment you have received?

    The best compliment I received would be that I have a “contagious aura”. I am a very positive, fun person with a big heart so I think that translates through to the vibe I give off.

    Do you have any other hobbies and interests?

    I love to stay active and do so by going to the gym and kickboxing! I am also a huge horror movie fan so if Netflix counts as a hobby, then I am there on my couch with a glass of wine watching horror movies until I am too scared to sleep.

    I’ll never understand how most guys like beer! I just cannot figure out how that tastes good. But that’s okay, just means more wine for me.

    Was being a model something you have always wanted to be growing up?

    I wanted to model, yes. But, I didn’t think I had the potential as I had been bullied a fair bit and wasn’t comfortable in my skin. Was also self-conscious about my height, rather than seeing it as a blessing. After I sought help for my addictions and working on my self-esteem, I thought I would pursue modeling. It has done wonders for my confidence.

    Is there one thing about modeling you love and one thing you feel can be improved?

    I believe that the modeling world can be quite shallow. It puts an expiry date on models and unattainable expectations and pressure on us. This, I feel needs to change.

    Have you had a funny modeling experience to share?

    Just last year, at the beginning of my shoot, I was climbing up on a wooden horse prop on my own, despite offers of help. There were several people at the shoot watching. The stand the horse was on broke, and the horse and I fell to the ground. This was so mortifying for me at the time, but now, I can laugh about it!

    What have you always wanted to do or learn but have yet to find the time for it?

    I sooo would love to learn Latin ballroom dancing. It’s so sexy!!!

    Which is your proudest achievement so far?

    My proudest achievement is my sobriety and all the hard work I have put into having a new life. So worth it. I have too much to lose to ever want to go back to the life I was living before.

    Is there any food or drink you can’t live without?

    I can’t live without my coffee!!

    What is a funny or awkward attempt a guy has tried to know you?

    I’d say that many of the guys sliding into my DM’s on Instagram have no tact. I will just leave it at that. LOL!

    I have tons of quotes to live by but my all time favourite is “be the change you wish to see in the world” by Mahatma Gandhi. I like to think that we are all authors of our own stories!

    How will you describe a typical day like for yourself?

    Typical days for me are usually uneventful. My weeks consist of working a 9-5 job and doing freelance modelling on the side. I also workout at home 3-5 days a week!

    Are there any hobbies or interests you are into?

    I don’t really have many hobbies other than lifting weights and modelling but I do really enjoy altering my clothes, as well as doing makeup on myself! I would probably also consider watching Netflix as a favourite hobby of mine.

    What have you always wanted to do but have yet to find the time for it?

    My grandmother passed down her favourite sewing machine down to me. I’ve had the machine sitting around for a while because of other priorities. I love hand sewing but I never learned to use the machine so my goal for the end of the year is to learn how to use it!

    If you could have a super power, what will it be?

    If I could have a superpower, it would definitely be to teleport! I can be impatient at times and so the thought of being wherever, whenever, is extremely intriguing!

    What do you not get about guys?

    It’s a broad question but to generally answer it, I don’t get why (most) guys don’t express their feelings enough!

    My definition of ‘sexy’ is a man with a good sense of style, sense of humour, love for fitness and a soft side. Lucky for me, I have all of these things in my amazing boyfriend!
