Camming was a way for me to open up and explore my sexuality. I was very shy and reserved when the topic of sex came up before camming. Now, it has made me feel proud to express my sexuality, desires, kinks, everything. It’s also helped me learn to be more sociable, making friends with a wide variety of people online. We as cam girls learn to entertain an online audience, whether it be with our bodies, talents, or even straight up personality. That to me is ridiculously empowering; men as well as women coming to us and paying us for our time, for looks and into ourselves. The ability to work from home and adjust everything to your own comfort levels is better than any other jobs I can think of. As well as member friendships, the cam girl community is a beautiful, supportive place. I’ve met some of the sweetest and most caring women in the industry, which I think is something people on the outside don’t expect.
Videos I Enjoy Making
When it comes to video themes, cosplay and costume themes have to be my all time favorite. Getting to dress up as you or someone else’s favorite character, channeling their personality into an erotic setting; what could be better than that? You can choose to dress up as an exact likeness to the character, or create your own sexy spin on their look. You get to become an entirely different person with each video, which always brings something new to the table. Cosplay videos are definitely becoming a more popular and beloved theme among the video creators as well as customers. I love being able to make those kinds of fantasies come to life for buyers.
How To Make A Good Video
Making videos can be a difficult, lengthy process, just as well as any form of art. I always try to do research before making a video; watching similar videos made by other women, to get ideas and the general tone I may want for it. Sometimes for more detailed videos, I find it helpful to make a basic outline for what you’re going to do in the video. What kind of positions, things you’re going to wear, what you’re going to say if there’s talking involved, etc. If I’m nervous about a particular video, sometimes I’ll have a drink or two to loosen up and shake my nerves (only consider that advice if you’re 21+!).
To make a video exactly how I want it, I may re-shoot a specific part multiple times to see which one has the right look and feel that I wanted at the start. Don’t be afraid to make mistakes and shoot the same scene over and over until you get it right. There will more than likely always be bloopers, awkward camera angle changing, just small mistakes scattered throughout a video shoot. Editing is also very important, making sure you catch all of the mistakes before you put out the final cut. I’ve had a few moments in the beginning of my career where some were missed, and the video wasn’t how I wanted it to be.
Differences Between Video & Photo Sets
Photo sets to me have always been much more time consuming, as well as a little more frustrating. I can sit there and take 100+ pictures, and end up only liking 10 of them enough to use in the set. For editing, you want to go through and make sure your pictures look flawless, as well as keeping a natural look to them. You don’t want to put out a photoset that’s been photoshopped so much you can’t even enjoy the resulting product.
Tips To Take Sexy Selfies
Have fun with it! Try taking all different types of pictures; amateur phone pictures, ones with professional lighting and a DLSR camera, etc. See the variety of results you get and what kind of feel you’re looking for. Camera timers are also going to be your best friend. If you aren’t comfortable with having a photographer or someone to take them for you, just set the timer and pose! When it comes to poses and angles, I’ve realized that what poses and angles look good for others may not be the best for yourself. Try all different angles to show off your sexy body, and you’ll soon find out which ones work best for you.
