    My name is Caressa Cowan. First off, thank you so much for this interview. I feel very honored to share some facts about myself. I’d like to bring to your attention that I’m your everyday mom, wife and friend. I just love to share my style sense and hope I inspire others to try new looks!

    What is your proudest achievement so far?

    My proudest achievement hands down had been having my two beautiful little girls. They have brought so much joy to my life.

    How will you describe your fashion style?

    My style is a reflection of the many hats I wear in life. I’m a mother, homemaker and wife! It’s a mix of boho/chic. I’m very earthy at heart so you’ll see lots of flowy tops and flared denim. I’m a Virgo so I’m really true to my sign as far as style goes!

    Which is your favorite type of food or drink?

    My favorite food is anything sea food! Right now I’m obsessed with poke bowls! My favorite drink is either iced chai or coconut milk.

    Do you have any hobbies or interests?

    My hobbies include vintage shopping for one of a kind pieces and constantly looking for ways to grasp more knowledge on any subject, I love learning new things!

    Is there something you have always wanted to do or learn but haven’t had the time?

    I’ve always wanted to learn to sew and make my own clothing! Also I’ve also wanted to travel and start an organization to help people in need all over the world!

    If you can have a superpower, what will it be?

    If I had any super power, I would want the power to think of food, like tacos …and BAM! I get tacos.

    What turns you off on a date?

    I’m married but when I was dating the thing that would turn me off right away is if he was arrogant and rude to people.

    When you are authentically yourself and are completely comfortable in your own skin, that is the true definition of sexy. I think for some women when they become mothers and wives they think that being sexy is no longer needed or acceptable anymore, but it’s actually the opposite! Never stop loving yourself and taking care of your hear, body and mind. Just being yourself is “sexy”!

    Hi SimplySxy! Thank you so much for featuring me! It’s really a pleasure! I’m from the Philippines but I’m currently based in New York to pursue graduate school.

    Where did the inspiration to start your website come from?

    While I was in college, my friends would always push me to create a blog and I would always find an excuse not to make one because of school. After I graduated in 2013, I found myself not doing anything substantial and I realized I was ready to commit to making one and that’s where my blog – The Style Diplomat – started.

    How will you describe your fashion style?

    My taste in music is the same as my style in fashion – very versatile. I can go from very feminine to athleisure (or to a mix of both) to boyish. It all depends on my mood!

    Which fashion accessories are a must have in your collection?

    Stacked necklaces, a watch and a bag!

    Is there a memorable travel experience you can share with us?

    My most memorable travel experience up to date was my first time in Amsterdam last December 2017. I traveled with my best friend who lives in Paris. He slipped on ice and he broke his ankle! We were only there for the whole day so we spent the whole day at the hospital. He felt bad for me spending my first Amsterdam trip in a hospital so he told me to explore for a few hours and so I did. We took the train back to Paris in the afternoon.

    Are you more of a morning person or night owl?

    I’ve always been a nocturnal person.

    If you could have a superpower, which will it be?

    Reality warping!

    What is the funniest or lamest attempt a guy has tried to know you?

    I wouldn’t think it was lame. I found it funny in a way that one guy tried to bribe my friends to join for dinner so I wouldn’t have any choice but to go with him! Haha!

    I define sexy as things that are considered to be “underrated” in this over-hyped social media world. Intelligence is sexy. Vulnerability is sexy. A real conversation is sexy.

    Is there a fashion style you are most attracted to?

    Zendaya! She’s just effortlessly stunning. I love her from her avant-garde to her everyday looks.

    What food or drink can you not live without?

    I can’t live without RICE. I mean, eating a dish without rice is not just okay (for me). That’s why I have leftovers all the time. When I’m full and there’s food left, I will not finish it.

    Have you ever been in an embarrassing situation that is funny now?

    When I threw up in the car of my friend’s dad. I hate the smell of car air fresheners and her dad drove so fast (like Fast-and-Furious fast). Our 8 hour drive became 5.

    What flavor best describes you? 

    Sweet and spicy. I am both.

    Would you rather explore space or the ocean?

    I’d love to explore space. I want to see the world outside earth. That would be a great opportunity and experience.

    What turns you off on a date?

    When he talks about his exes and their past. That’s just disrespectful.

    What inspired you to go into modeling?

    My mom is a model and my inspiration towards modeling. It’s an outstanding career, and I love it.

    Is posing in front of a camera a lot harder than it looks?

    Well for people that aren’t photogenic, yes. On the other hand, me with all the energy, happiness, and personality. It’s easy.

    On a scale of 1-10, how much of a shopaholic are you?

    For sure a 10, I have about 25 online shopping apps and live next too the 3rd biggest mall in America. My shopping is ridiculous!

    Is there something you wish could change or do differently if given the choice? 

    I have learned to love what I have and enjoy what I do. So the answer to that is no, I wouldn’t change anything.

    If you could be a fictional character, who will it be?

    Snow White.

    Would you rather go deep sea diving or bungee jumping?

    Bungee jumping, for sure!

    What is the funniest or lamest attempt a guy has tried to know you?

    One time, a guy pretended to be Israeli and tried to get to know me.

    The best compliment would probably be that I have a nice smile, because I barely smile and I just always have the resting bitch face haha.

    I’m not really a fan of accessories but I can’t live without my boots.

    Do you have any guilty pleasures when it comes to food?

    Filipino food is always my go to, I also love isaw (chicken intestine), dugo (pigs blood) and all other street foods. I grew up loving Filipino dishes.

    Are you more of a lingerie or bikini babe?

    I think I’m more of a bikini babe, lingerie can sometimes make me uncomfortable and I’m the type of girl that wants to be comfy all the time.

    How much of a party animal are you?

    I started early so I got tired of it early. I mean I know when to have fun and when to just stay at home and cuddle.

    If you could be a fictional character for real, who will you be?

    It would be Peter Pan, it’s funny because when I realized it’s so hard to be a teenager I always want to go back and never grow up but I have to face the reality.

    What is the funniest or lamest attempt a guy has tried to know you?

    Guys these days, they’re very aggressive, this guy tried to be something he’s not for me to like him but I don’t roll that way. It’s either be yourself or don’t talk to me.

    Being sexy doesn’t mean to show of your body, sexy for me means being you and being a individual that knows her worth. So many of us are poisoned by social media, that you have to look some type of way to be sexy and to be known.     Hi, my real name is Khloe but I am known as ‘Dahlie’. I currently live in Quebec, Canada. At day I work as a Claim Adjuster for an Insurance company and at night, I am a Twitch streamer. I love gaming, geeky stuff and I could spend my life on 9GAG.

    What is your proudest achievement so far?

    Recently, one of my dreams has come true; to become affiliate with Twitch. Being affiliate means that people can subscribe to you (4.99$/months) and you can start to earn money with that. There’s a lot of perks that comes with being a subscriber to a Twitch streamer. For an example, all my subs have access to my personal Snapchat and Discord channel so they can spend more time with me when I am ”off Stream”.

    Which is the best compliment you have received?

    When I started streaming, someone had told me that it wasn’t going so well in his life and that spending time with me and being able to talk to me was the only thing he was looking forward to. It simply was the best compliment because I’ve always wanted to be able to help and inspire people by doing the thing I love the most.

    Do you have any hobbies?

    Other than gaming, I play the piano and violin since I was 4 years old (music has always taken a huge place in my life). I also make sure to have a book in my purse so I can read whenever I have the time.

    On a scale of 1-10, how much of a foodie are you?

    I would say 10 for the simple fact that I could never refuse food hahah. I love eating, trying new stuff and going to good restaurants. How could I refuse a good meal with a glass of wine?

    Is there any superstition you believe in?

    I believe in the superstition that if you break a mirror it’s seven years of bad luck. I’ve always been very careful with them!

    If you could travel to any part of the world for an experience, where will it be?

    Without hesitation I would go to Antarctica. It has been a dream of mine to do an Antarctic Cruise and see the glaciers and the beautiful landscape. Since I’m living in Canada, I’m not afraid of the cold! Furthermore, I really love penguins and I would be so excited to see some in their natural environment.

    What is the funniest or lamest attempt a guy has tried to know you?

    I receive lots of message on Instagram per day. I don’t always answer to all of them but I do take the time to read each one of them. One day I received a message from a guy and he was saying that for our first date, we should do something casual like going to my favorite restaurant. He told me that after that, we would go shopping for my wedding ring and started to find a venue. I laughed hard when I read that. For those who are wondering, we’ve never even gone on a date hahah.

    What is your proudest achievement so far?

    My proudest achievement definitely will be meeting friends that I can actually rely on! Because people come and go, what are the chances you can meet a real one who will stay with you through thick and thin? I always believe that it is better to have a few true friends than a large group of fake ones 🙂

    Which is the best compliment you have received?

    I love every compliment I received. Especially being recognised and complimented for those small things that I do where not much people will notice.

    Do you have any hobbies?

    I grew up loving art and singing (just bathroom singer er hem hahahaah). However art is too time consuming and I rarely have time for it now… but I still love spilling my creativity juice nevertheless!!

    Is there a food or drink you can’t live without?

    Oh no this is tough, I have too much favourites. But if I have to choose one, it will be stuff crust Hawaiian pizza; who can resist all those cheese that comes oozing out in just a bite haha, I just made myself hungry. And for drinks, I guess it will be bubble tea. Hahaaha I love it.

    Are you more of a morning person or night owl?

    Definitely a night owl! Let me tell you a secret, I can sleep until late noon if there isn’t any alarm or events.

    If you could have a superpower, which will it be?

    I always wish I have the ability to turn invisible. Imagine all the rules you can break and not get caught!

    What is the funniest or lamest attempt a guy has tried to know you?

    The lamest pick up line I received was a text on Insta saying, “Santa told me to text you, because he told me that is my present this year, every year.” and it wasn’t even Christmas!

    It’s often difficult to judge someone’s motivations when your only clues are the smile in their profile picture and the stuff they’ve mentioned in their description. A cynical person might even question how recent that image is, and to what extent aspects of their background might have been exaggerated.

    Actually, telling the difference between a player and someone interested in connecting is quite straightforward. So if you are out to meet local singles using an online matching site, here are five signs the guy you’re messaging is seeking a real relationship as opposed to another in a series of casual pickups.

    Energy

    One giveaway is the level of enthusiasm he displays when communicating with you. If he is only really interested in getting to know you better because he has an ulterior motive – another one night stand before swiftly moving onto his next conquest – then he will be less likely to engage. However, if he is genuinely interested in wanting to have a relationship he will show interest in everything you have to say. He will be eager to get to know you better and uncover different aspects of your personality, quizzing you about your interests and hobbies. What if he can display knowledge in your subjects? This may well take you by surprise, but what it also indicates is he has taken the trouble to do some research after looking up the passions and leisure pursuits you have listed in your profile description.

    If he is the one who is always initiating online chats or suggesting possible dates then he is obviously interested in something a bit more than casual romance.

    Moving away from the site

    If your only conversations with this guy are in chat rooms and any hint you drop about taking things offline is rebuffed, then you have every right to question his motives. But what about when you’ve developed enough chemistry in your chats for you to get the notion you’d like to take things to the next level? If he wants a real relationship he will be likely to suggest moving things on to WhatsApp or Facebook messages, or even suggest you exchange phone numbers. Wanting to actually connect with you at this intimate level is a surefire indicator he is serious.

    Honesty

    Guys who are only after one thing are hardly likely to announce it. Neither will they feel much like lying about the hidden depths they are sorely lacking. But if he is continually going out of his way to explain his feelings to you, then there is every possibility he is being honest.

    Aspirations

    Does he ever talk about longer-term ambitions or plans? Does he subtly drop hints about what it would be like to have someone to share accommodation with? How about conversations about moving in together, or even the possibility of starting a family? If he has the courage to come out with these at the risk of appearing overly keen, he is clearly passionate about you.

    Taking it slow

    If this guy shows no immediate signs of wanting to hook up but seems content to chat with you, finding out more about you over a period of time, this is another clear example he is looking for a partnership.

    How did you get started into modeling?

    Always been a dream of mine, I really started pursuing  it more when I moved from Georgia to Florida. I have always been very photogenic which has helped a lot.

    Have you ever felt nervous before a photoshoot?

    Yes! A lot right when I was starting out. Now I don’t as much, you really just can’t think too much about it before you do it. You have to keep your mind on other things or be busy lol.

    Do you have any hobbies or interests?

    I love free diving and spearfishing, I love the outdoors, camping and traveling. I also love riding motorcycles and extreme sports.

    What food or drink can you not live without?

    Eggs! They a great protein source and I eat them A LOT for breakfast!

    Drink is water, I drink it all the time to stay hydrated, plus it keeps my skin looking great which is very important when you’re a model.

    Is there something you’ve always wanted to experience but have yet to do so?

    Sure, I would love to visit Bora-Bora. I would also love to try base jumping.

    Would you rather have the ability of invisibility or mind reading?

    Invisibility, ahh the places I would go 😉

    What is the funniest or lamest attempt a guy has tried to know you?

    When I had my own motorcycle and rode all the time, I had a guy get one to try and impress me and ride with me, he didn’t have a clue and ended up wrecking trying to follow me through the mountains.
