Hi guys! Well where do I start!?

I am 23 and live in Swanage in Dorset. I train in boxing/MMA and K1 at least five times a week over in Bournemouth! I also compete in beauty pageants winning the Miss UK Fitness Inspiration and Miss Dorset Sports Women! What inspired you to get into fitness and health?

Your body is your temple and at the time I wasn’t treating it that way! I had to make a change and decided to start at the gym and never looked back!

How do you motivate yourself?

If you want something hard enough you have to get up and work for it. The thought of losing a fight is enough motivation.

Do you have any guilty indulgences for food?

Peanut butter with a spoon…..

Is it easier to diet or exercise to lose weight fast?

Losing weight fast is a big mistake. You will end up yo yo dieting and most likely end up putting more weight on. Just train hard and eat healthy!

What is a typical day like for yourself?

Busy! Wake up, eat, train then race to work !

Is there something you’ve always wanted to do but haven’t had the time to do so?

Thailand! It’s beautiful!

What do you not get about guys?

When they wear their hats the wrong way round, like why…. ?!

Sexy to me is confident but not tacky. An easy line to cross ….
