Thank you so much for having me here. I’m Carla Navarro and I live in Antipolo City. Just a fun fact about myself, I spent the first 10 years of my life in Nigeria (Africa). I graduated from UST and I’ve been working as a Cabin Crew for 3 years.
What is your fashion style like and where do you love to shop from?
Honestly, I don’t have a specific fashion style – I just wear clothes that make me feel comfortable. I love keeping everything simple – shorts/pants/leggings paired with plain shirts/crop tops and sneakers (dresses for special occasions). I usually shop in bazaars, H&M, Cotton On, Uniqlo, and Forever21.
Do you have a strict beauty regime to look so fabulous?
My skin care is pretty normal – facial wash, toner, sunscreen, moisturizer, and brightening serum. Before going to bed, I always make sure that I wash and clean my face thoroughly (especially after putting on heavy make-up). Aside from my skincare routine, I workout 4-5 times a week to keep myself healthy. Having proper sleep is also important!
Is there something you have always wanted to learn or do but haven’t had the time?
I always wanted to learn how to play the guitar since I love doing covers. Aside from that, I also want to learn how to speak fluently in different languages like Mandarin and French because I think that it would be a great advantage – especially in my line of work.
What food or cuisine do you enjoy most?
I love seafood! Oysters, crabs, and shrimp. If I were to choose a cuisine that I enjoy the most, I would choose Japanese, Chinese and Korean cuisine since I love ramen, sushi, dumplings and samgyeopsal!
If you could be a superhero or villain, who will you be?
If I could be a superhero, I would choose to be Wonder Woman. I love her compassion and kindness and how she hates and fights against injustice. She’s a brave woman who wants to make this world a better place.
Would you rather stay in or go out for a date?
If it’s my first time to meet a guy, I’d prefer to go out for a date. But once I’m comfortable being around him, that’s when I’d prefer staying at home and spending quality time with him. Nothing beats relaxing at the comfort of your home while watching your favorite movies with someone special.
What do you not get about guys?
I don’t understand why some guys tend to bottle up their emotions. I don’t get why they think that showing their ‘soft side’ is considered a weakness. They don’t feel comfortable sharing their problems or feelings – they just keep it to themselves. I just think that showing and expressing how you truly feel doesn’t make you any less of a man.

In my opinion, being sexy is not just limited to the physical attributes of a person. I have always admired women who are focused on their goals without depending on anyone. For me, intelligence and confidence is sexy.
I am Pamela K. Solis from Lipa City Batangas, Philippines. A soft-spoken person, passionate, and a woman with a good heart to the needy. I am turning 19 this 31st of December and currently taking AB Psychology as my pre-law degree. Some of my friends knew that ever since I was a kid, I wanted to be a triumphant lawyer who fights for the right nor wrong.
I am Anne Danielle C. Calizar from Padre Garcia Batangas, Philippines. I am in 11th grade now and currently taking Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics strand because I want to pursue my dream of becoming a doctor. Also, I want to help and treat patients with illness, disease, and injuries to maintain and restore human health through the practice of medicine. As of now, I’m still undecided of my pre-med because I want to think and make a hard decision on it. I am a very transparent person, I love to share everything about my life because that makes me who I am. I want to influence and inspire others with the things I’ve been successful with. I’ll be turning 18 next year, on the 14th of April and I am super happy that I gradually am achieving all of my dreams together with my best friend.
How long have you been best friends?
We’ve been together for almost 7 years. Our friendship started when I was in 5th grade and Pam was on her 7th grade. We got to know more about each other because of our cousins that was in a relationship way back then. And that’s where our friendship started and is continuously growing even up to this day.
Where did the inspiration to start Anne & Pam Vlogs come from?
To be honest, we wanted to have a simple life; But then, someone believed in us and pursued us to inspire many people to do good and to empower everyone that equality is all around us.
How do the both of you choose what content to create and share?
Actually, we plan and talk about the things needed for our content. We even ask our audiences about their suggestions or opinions so that we can combine it and create a very good content that we are about to share with them and to satisfy their expectations of us. In addition, we are also searching and participating in the different trends that can help our channel grow and be known by many.
As best friends, do you two ever disagree or quarrel?
For almost 7 years of our friendship, quarreling and disagreeing on some things have been a part of it but there was never a moment nor an argument that we chose to leave each other’s side. We always choose to stay no matter how hard the situation is, because we know that we only have each other’s back when times get rough. We always remind ourselves that It is so hard to find a very good friend that will accept all our flaws and imperfections.
What is your secret to having such a strong friendship?
Understanding and communication is the best answer for this question. Learning how to communicate with someone is the key towards a strong relationship. It allows you to be connected and explain to someone what you are experiencing or what your needs are.
On the other hand, understanding individualities can maintain long lasting relationships, and simultaneously, love to one another. The willingness to understand is very important. It is not always easy, but healthy love is strengthened by the willingness to understand.
Is it harder now to have best friends or is that a myth?
From the society that we have today, it is so hard to find a friend that will be true and will be accepting of who you are; mainly because, we have been controlled by modern technology and so everything is a big deal where all the posts, likes and comments should reach the standards of the society that causes someone to be insecure and develop complexes between friends. And there starts a race to boast of their social status that leads to hostility and not a true friendship.
But to be honest, it all depends upon the perspective of that person. Perhaps, it’s their choice to keep their friendship going and develop their character as a human being. As an advice, be wise in choosing friends, because not everyone will be true to you and would want you to be in their life’s journey. Good friends are hard to find and harder to keep!
What do you not get about guys?
Actually, it’s funny how we manage to answer this question. Besides, we are just a typical girl who prefers, appreciates, and looks for a guy with a good character and a good heart than a good-looking guy with high charisma.

Well, our definition of sexy is not about the body proportion of an individual. Rather, it is defined by your confidence and how good your heart is, especially in times of need. Having confidence in yourself makes you wonder things that keeps you going in your everyday life.
Needless to say, we don’t think that being sexy has much to do with appearance alone nor beauty; because while beauty attracts, beauty in itself is not sexy. Many women tried to be sexy but failed, because this isn’t something that can be practiced or faked.
Being sexy means being genuinely confident and positive, intelligent and proud of being who you are, being able to take control of your life, and having a very good heart that will always be open to those in need.

Acting has always been my safe place, it is where I can fully express myself. I can say that acting is my passion.
Getting Started Into Acting
Ever since when I was a kid, I’ve always dreamed of being on TV secretly but in order to do that I know I had to finish my studies first. So after finishing college, I pursued acting workshops in ABS-CBN and I also took one on a different channel from a director on GMA-7 and that’s how it all began. After finishing my workshop from Direk, she started to push me so hard. And took my first TV role and the rest followed.
Was Vlogging A Natural Thing To Move Into?
Honestly, I never really moved into it because I still do acting while vlogging. It is just another great platform wherein you’d be able to show what you can do, talents that you can perform, people you can inspire and a lot more.
Challenges I Face
Maybe the only challenge is when you see that your views are going down. Because that is how it will affect the revenue, statistics, brand deals and a lot more. And you started to doubt yourself and that’s how it will be messed up. And my advice to overcome it is to let it pass.
IT HAPPENS, all the time and not just to you but also to the other YouTubers. Let it pass, take a breathe and think again… maybe you needed another new content, maybe the time and date of posting is not the right moment. Just don’t give up. And remember why you started it.
My Typical Video Creating Process
That’s a good question. So to be honest, I’m only using my phone when editing my videos. I used Imovie for that. And for special effects or sound effects, I just Google it. Then for uploading, I just use the YouTube app or Safari for a classic mode.

Sexy first comes from an intimacy I have developed with myself to not hold back every divine quality that is already there from birth, so the development of sexiness is often re-living and remembering how truly amazing I am/women are.
Hi! So I’m Maddie Bruce, I live in the South of England and I’m a fashion beauty, lifestyle and travel influencer. I also make videos giving advice on all sorts of things like relationships and mental health.
How would you describe your fashion style?
I would say my style is classic with a twist. I love my basics but equally I love wearing statement pieces, especially around festival season! At the moment I’m obsessed with anything pink to go with my pink hair.
What is the best compliment you have received?
That I’m a beautiful person and that what I do has saved someones’ life. Compliments about my appearance are great but compliments about who I am and being able to help people on a deeper level is what makes what I do worthwhile.
Which city or country have you visited that has given you a strong lasting impression?
Bali. The culture out there is so different but the way of life is just so relaxed. I love the beaches, the food, the sunsets and everything about it. I aim to go once a year.
Is there any item in your wardrobe that is a must have?
At the moment because its cold – a faux fur jacket, I own so many!
If you could change one thing about the world, what would it be?
That everyone would be a little kinder and more accepting of each other.
Have you been in an embarrassing situation that is funny now when you look back?
Oh so many! Once at a school assembly, they were calling people out for awards and I thought I heard my name so I went up to the front and it turns out I hadn’t won, I was so embarrassed haha.
What turns you off on a date and have you had a bad date experience?
What turns me off is if the guy is overly arrogant or if they’re always on their phone. Yes I have, on a first date the guy was way too keen and just overly friendly with me from the beginning, hand on my knee at dinner etc. and basically thought we were boyfriend and girlfriend on the first date haha! Deleted and blocked his number.

Sexy to me means exciting, intriguing and appealing. Anyone can be sexy, there are no criteria they just have to feel it!
To be honest, I never thought I’d even be modeling or acting growing up because I always thought it wasn’t possible for a plus size girl like me. But luckily, Eat Bulaga (a famous noon time show here in the Philippines) had a plus size beauty pageant in which I joined in. From reaching the Top 8, a few of us from the competition were pulled in to be regular talents in the show and that started the opportunities for me. I had a lot of exposure from the show and a few agencies asked for me to audition for some commercials and it started from there.
For modeling, my college professor started a plus size clothing line and saw me in Eat Bulaga, as well, so she hired me to model for her company and then other brands saw those photos, and it just kind of snowballed from there.
Do you have any favorite quote or mottos you like to use in life?
I really like the saying, “Those who matter won’t mind and those who mind don’t matter”. It just says a lot because it’s very true in a lot of ways. In the way I wear my makeup, clothing, or how my personality is, if those people really loved and cared for me, they wouldn’t really mind the shallow things like appearance.
And of course, I have an advocacy called #MagandaAkoPeriod, which means, “I’m beautiful, period.” I live by that now, because growing up I was always told that I’d be beautiful if I was like this, or looked like this, etc. So today, I just say, I’m beautiful, period.
How do you like to spend your weekends and free time?
I spend it with my loved ones. Whether it’s with my family, relatives or friends. I love spending time with people I care about, and vice versa, because it’s always time well spent.
You can, literally, do nothing and still have fun as long as you’re with good company.
Is there any food or drink you can’t live without?
I can’t live without salmon sushi. It, honestly, makes me so happy when I eat good Japanese food. It’s one of the things I’m worried about for when I get pregnant someday. I can’t eat raw food for nine months. Ahaha, it’s a legit concern of mine, as funny as it sounds haha.
If you could learn anything in this world, what will it be?
It’s that having an open mind/heart and respect for others is key to peace.
On a scale of 1-10, how much of a party animal are you?
I think I’m down to a 6/7 now that I’m older. I used to always want to go out, drink and have fun. I spent so much money on expensive clubs and alcohol, but now I prefer to chill, and have sit-down night outs with friends. It’s what we call “Tita-Mode” here. Haha
What do you not get about the opposite sex?
Well, I don’t know, because I think I’ve come to understand men more now that I’ve grown up. And quite frankly, I don’t bother to depict men with questionable actions anymore. Haha I just focus or move on to things that isn’t complicated now. Less stress, less wrinkles. haha
