Hi Ivy, thank you for taking the time to answer our questions on SimplySxy. Please share with our readers a little about yourself and where you’re from?
Thank you so much for having me! I’m a Seattle based creative and model with a love for fruit gummies, lace lingerie, and bubble baths.
How did you get into modeling?
I helped model leggings a few times for a start up I was a part of with no plan of getting into modelling seriously. But, a year later, I thought, “why not?”, made a ModelMayhem account, and the rest is history!
Which is your favorite genre to model?
I love shooting casual sexy type styles mainly because I’m in comfy clothing, not outside in the cold, and most likely lounging around on a bed.
What do you enjoy doing in your downtime?
I’m an artist, so during my downtime I love creating something new. I have a dream to have my own apparel line, so I love working on designs for that. I also take the time to think up shoot concepts. I work hard to make my work stand out with there being so many other models out there.
Do you have any hobbies?
I love being outdoors, eating Dim Sum, and watching YouTube.
Is there a song that best describes you?
OMFG’s “Hello”. It’s super bubbly which is a word a lot of people have used to describe me.
What is your favorite body part?
Ooh, um, I’ve never thought about this, but I think I’d have to say my hands. It’s a weird body part to love because they’re rarely the star of the show in my photos, but they’re dainty and slender, and I’ve always thought they looked nice. Haha, I’m very particular about fingers! Plus, I use my hands all the time for work, brushing my teeth, and eating Cheetos, so I’d have to say they have a special place in my heart.
Best compliment you have ever received?
A photographer I shoot with once in awhile told me what he likes about shooting with me is that I never stop being me, even for a second. This made me incredibly happy because I strive to be genuine to who I am and not try to change for the sake of other people’s approval.
It’s a pleasure to feature you, Ivy. One question before we end, how do you define “sexy”?
There have been so many times where I’ve compared myself to others because I wasn’t like them and I wanted what they had and it’s during those times I’ve felt the least “sexy”. But, once I realize I’m being unreasonable and stupid, I’m back to embracing who I am and that is “sexy”: being confident with who you are.
