Things To Know About Anal Sex

As I’ve always been pretty adventurous in bed, anal has been one of my favorite things since the very beginning. I’ve always been into rough sex, even before I understood the difference between rough and vanilla, and anal is perfect for that because it can make the most mundane sex extraordinary if done right. Experimenting with anal has given me my most intense orgasms to date, it’s just a whole different level of pleasure than I can achieve with vaginal or clitoral stimulation alone and I love it.

Why Every Lady Should Try Anal Sex

While I do know anal isn’t for everyone, I do think everyone should try it once because it really can open new doors for pleasure and sensation you can’t achieve with vaginal sex. I won’t downplay the importance of having a good partner to start out with though, many of the women I know who have had bad experiences with anal had a partner who went too fast or hard for their limits, which ultimately led to a painful and unhappy experience. My advice for anyone starting out with anal is to start small, use plenty of lube, and don’t be afraid to tell your partner to slow down or stop if you need too. But trust me on this, when done right, anal can bring you to whole other dimensions of pleasure.

    Always Lube Up

Without adequate lube, I would say the chances of having a good time with anal are extremely low. If you plan to make anal a regular part of your sex life I suggest investing in a good silicone based lube, which will last longer and cut down on the number of times you need to reapply. If you’re just starting out and aren’t sure if you’ll enjoy anal, you can get away with a good quality water based lube, but remember to always add more if you feel like you need it.

    Foreplay Before Anal

When I was first starting out with anal I needed a lot more foreplay than I do now. I’d start by having my partner finger my asshole and get it all nice and lubed up. Then we’d pull out a medium sized plug and slowly insert it, making sure to take time to stretch me out and get my body ready. Once we got to the actual anal part, we still made sure to start out slow and steady before we finally got to the rough stuff. Nowadays though, I’m more in tune with my body and sometimes all I need is to rub some lube in there and I’m ready to go!

    My Ideal Anal

Definitely fast and rough! Of course I do always suggest taking it slow at first to make sure everything is properly lubed and stretched out, but anal always feels so rough and primal to me, it’s definitely not something I would do with a gentle lover.

    Favorite Anal Positions

Doggy is hands down my favorite position when it comes to anal, it just feels so good when a guy is pounding my ass from the back. I especially love it when he adds in spanks and hair pulling to amp up the mood. When it comes to me and anal, the rougher the better in all honesty.

    Lube Burns My Vagina

My wife and I tried lube for the first time and within seconds, she started feeling a burning/hot sensation in her vagina and we stopped immediately. Now she has a fear of lubes and does not want to try any. Is she allergic or did we use the wrong type of lube?

Many lubricants are made with ingredients that are highly toxic to the body, especially for women because the vagina has no filter. Itching, burning, and a hot sensation could definitely mean she’s allergic to the ingredients in the lubricant. Two common ingredients in lubricants that have been known to cause burning sensations are parabens (which have also been linked to Cancer) and glycerin (which can cause vaginal yeast).

If you want to be able to use lube again, go organic and read the ingredients. If you never heard of it, you probably don’t want to be applying it to your precious parts. One of the reasons I love Sex Butter (http://www.sexbutter.net), which I recommended in the last question is because it’s made of ingredients I know and love; organic cocoa butter, shea, coconut oil, jojoba oil, grape seed and a hint of mint.
