Fashionable Law Student Carmene Tan

Hi everyone from SimplySxy, I am Carmene Tan from Malaysia, I’m 20 years old this year and I’m currently a Bachelor of Laws student. I love everything about fashion, beauty and travel and these are the things I enjoy doing the most!

What is your fashion style like?

I love cheeky and cool styles but I love being casual as well. My fashion style all depends on my mood, like sometimes if I want to look sweet, I will wear a skirt to University. On the other way round, if I’m moody that day, I will wear an oversized black sweater with a black cap.

Which is the best compliment you have received?

Strangers complimented me when I have a good hair day and good fashion style in a lift!

Is there any type of food you will never try or are you game for everything?

Uhm no… I’ll never try insect-related foods.

Do you have any hobbies?

I love to watch makeup videos on YouTube, shopping, watching dramas, gym, playing the piano and scrolling through Instagram to see how people style themselves.

Would you rather go sky diving or bungee jumping?

I WOULD GLADLY GO WITH BOTH!!

If you could be a Disney character, who will you choose to be?

Sleeping Beauty, I believe every girl’s dream is to become a princess to the person she loves.  The fact that she’s still looking young despite so many years of sleeping is a bonus point.

What is the funniest or lamest attempt a guy has tried to know you?

When a police man stops me at the road side during a road block just to get my phone number.

Thank you for taking the time to answer our questions Carmene. One question before we end, how do you define “sexy”? 

Sexy is not about how much your reveal your skin, it’s about the attitude, confidence and how you believe in yourself. I believe that a girl who has a nice body figure and a girl who is fat is equally sexy as long as they are confident and believe in themselves. It is the attitude that matters.
