Professor Dr. R. Y. Jalali, Ph.D “Professor of Sexology” is Director & Professor of the South Asia Institute for Human Sexuality (SAIHS). An eminent internationally qualified sexologist, he attained the highest education in Clinical Sexology. Professor Jalali is a Diplomate of the American College of Sexologists (USA), Diplomate of the American Board of Sexology (USA) and Diplomate of the American Board of Psychotherapy (USA).
He is inventor of the Marvellous Sex Posture “CAMELEX” and had been awarded the “Medal of Excellence” from Colombo University. Due to his contribution to sexology, Professor Jalali was awarded a professional doctoral degree “Doctor of Sexology” Honoris Causa by the Academy for Sexology (South Africa).
Involved in the world of sexology since 1983, Professor Jalali has been working with various international universities and colleges as Dean & Professor of Human Sexuality Studies Programmes. He is a Lifetime Professor of Sexology, affiliated with the Academy for Sexology (South Africa). Professor Jalali is also a Distinguished Visiting Professor & Chairman of the Nepal Institute of Human Sexuality (Nepal).
A leading Training Specialist, he has conducted many training programmes and delivered countless lectures on the subjects of human sexuality, psychosexual health, drug addiction, spiritual healing, communication skills, conflict resolution, motivation, environmental hygiene, capacity building, business management skills, female empowerment, leadership and management skills.
In addition, Professor Jalali is a unique Urdu poet in the junction of twentieth and twenty-first centuries. In the marvellous world of Urdu poetry (especially Odes), his name is listed amongst the the list of great poet. His poetry is a beautiful commingling of bygone and modern poetry. Its example is impossible. A great prose-writer, he is author of many books on various topics including Human Sexuality. He is also contributor of “The World Book of Love”. In the book his topic is “Live to Love”. His good name will be alive in golden words in the history of world.
