Hi, I’m Sophronia from Hong Kong. I’m currently studying at the University of Hong Kong. I started food blogging since I entered the university. Have a look on my Instagram and you will be bombarded with food photos!

How much of a foodie are you?

I would say I’m a full-time foodie! I’ve been an eager eater since I was small. (Somewhat influenced by my Cooking Mama haha!) I share food posts on Instagram and Facebook almost every day! Also, I met many foodie friends and even instamet with food bloggers from Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia!

Can you recommend some fantastic tastes of Hong Kong to our readers?

Dim Sum and Cha Chaan Teng! You mustn’t miss the traditional local street food too!

What is a typical day like for you?

Enjoy great food to reward myself after attending lectures at the university!

Do you have any other hobbies?

Yes! I love singing and travelling. I went on 5 trips this year and took loads of beautiful photos during the trips.

If you could choose to be a superhero, who will it be?

Spider-Man!

What can a guy do to impress you on a date?

Having a sense of humour and intelligence! Many girls like smart guys, right?

One major turn off a guy can do in a date is?

Too talkative and keeps on boasting about himself. It’s really annoying.

Appealing. It doesn’t necessarily mean having an attractive appearance. To me, “sexy” is to exude charisma and confidence from inside.
